Description of Work: Because I work full time (sometimes 12 hours/day)I require the tech to come on Saturdays. I made the appointment for a Saturday, changed my plans to be home, and THEY CAME THE FOLLOWING WEDNESDAY!!! This just isn't one time, I can truthfully say, they mix up the appointments EVERY time.

Description of Work: They hold my Termite Bond and inspect each year to make sure I do not have termites. If evidence were found, they would repair Termite Damage at no additional cost. The last time they had to repair damage was about ten years ago. No further damage has occurred.

Description of Work: Treatment of bugs. Service Tech very nice. Took some extra time to clear out any cob webs around my home. I've been with them a long time. Only issue I have is price increase every year. I'd like to see a year without a price increase.
