Description of Work: My termite bond is with Terminix and has been for many years. Their prices are a little high, but they give excellent service and have a really good termite damage repair guarantee.

Description of Work: They go around looking at the foundation and make sure no termites are there. |Don't forget we have a bond with them so if a side wall is infested they will |replace wall.

Description of Work: I have a wooden house so I have always maintained a termite bond on it. The prior Sears termite and pest control was bought out by Terminix many years ago and they maintain my bond with annual inspections and preventative treatments. We have never had a problem with termites. They come each year and bill us. No problems.

Description of Work: Renewal of termite bond/contract and annual inspection. Used Terminix since 1996. Have had 2 termite infestations during that time frame. Responded in reasonable time and sub-contractors did good repair work. Not sure how effective the service is preventing infestation.

Description of Work: Checked the outside of the house for evidence of pests, found mostly ants and roaches, treated for both and reset barrier. Swept some spider webs but left others as requested. In all, very satisfactory.
