Zach’s painters were prompt. Very professional and respectful of my home and furnishings. They covered all my furniture with plastic tarps. There were several large holes that once were telephone jack. They patched these areas and textured the areas to match the rest of the textured walls. They did an outstanding job matching the texture! After the job was completed I noticed a few issues that needed attention. Some areas around the linen closet needed additional painting. Also, some with trim paint got onto the rug in the living room. Zach sent his lead painter back out to take care of these issues. They were able to remove the paint from the rug without any evidence left behind. It took the painter 3 days to complete all the work. They were a fun group of people and very pleasant to work with. Zach is very responsive to calls, texts and emails. I will use them again the next time I need painting. I highly recommend Straight Edge!

Very well. Zach was prompt with estimate and proposal. Once his team started the job, they located and repaired rotten wood. They continued with an excellent job with the painting portion. I should also state that Aarron's Pressure washing was excellent.

Everything went great! Zach was extremely responsive and very quick to get me on his schedule (which I appreciated because I really wanted the work completed before Thanksgiving). His crew arrived promptly, exactly as promised. They were professional, careful with my items they had to move, and very detailed about the job. They made sure I was satisfied with everything before they finished. They cleaned up after themselves and left no mess behind. I will definitely use Straight Edge Painting for all of my future painting needs!

Zach and his team were fantastic! Zach provided a thorough proposal and estimate in advance. He was flexible and worked with some scheduling conflicts that we had arise. He and his team were right on time for day 1 and reviewed the scope of work to ensure the correct details of the job. We have worked with different painters before- but Straight Edge Painting blows away the competition. Their work was perfect. They were working with some dark colors- but were able to cut in so cleanly. Zach and his team were all very polite, organized and very neat. Certainly exceeded all expectations. It was a great experience, they arrived when they said they would.. They didn't make a mess anywhere, very neat and clean. The crew were very professional and polite and they even helped me with my final decision on the paint color for my front door.. They exceeded my expectations. Another thing I really liked was I never had a problem with communication with the owner he kept in contact during the whole process and wanted to know if everything was going well and did I have any questions. They took care of my house like it was their own. Love that. Don't hesitate!!!!!

This is the second time we’ve used Zach and his team. They are very professional through the entire process; proposal - completion. This was a big job, the previous owners had sprayed a flat coat of paint on all the cabinets and they were chipping. The process they went though was extensive and we believe they will hold up to regular use after they cure in 30 days. We will definitely use them again.

Zach is hands down the most honest and trustworthy contractor I've ever hired. His communication before and during the project was excellent. He sent emails walking through us the entire process and letting us know how we could help prepare our home for their arrival. He and his team arrived right on time and ready to work every morning. His team of painters are hardworking, talented painters. They were also friendly, respectful and I completely trusted them in my home. They exercised a high level of care to protect our flooring and furniture. They had to match colors of paint in certain areas and the blending looks fantastic. Like I said above, I wish all contractor's took as much pride in their work and the process as Zach does.

The Straight-Edge crew was prompt, a neat as this job permitted, respectful, and clearly eager to meet our standards. (I'm picky.) We reviewed the previous day's work every morning, and the responded to all of our comments. We were particularly grateful that they were willing to come in after the carpet installation to six the base boards. The cost was a bit higher than other quotes we got, but we put our trust in Zach and the crew anyway. We have zero regrets.

Zach and his crew - Mainly Larry and Joey did a great job on both the exterior and the interior of the house. They were punctual, courteous, professional and had great attention to detail. They cleaned up adequately everyday and were always attentive to my questions and concerns. Both Larry and Joey were very pleasant to have in and around the house and always treated our home with respect. They had a "can do" attitude with any areas they approached that were challenging. Most of all Zach, Larry and Joey cared that we were happy with every part of the job and worked to solve any issues that came up. I recommend Straight Edge Painting and I would hire them again.

We are very happy with result. The guys showed up on 9/12, yes, the day after Irma, right at 7:30 AM sharp to get started. They prepped the whole house, re-pressure washing to remove storm debris and sanding/prepping the windows. They finished the job early Saturday afternoon. House looks great. They did a terrific job getting our windows back into shape. Paul and his crew were always on time, polite, and professional. They did an excellent job. For the quality of work and the price, we would definitely recommend and use Straight Edge again.

I was very satisfied. It looks good. I think the price was fair. He was careful with my yard.

When they painted, they painted over a rotten area out front. They replaced the wood. They cover the rot up underneath it. I don't know if it was them or if they had someone else come in and replace it. I don't recall if they did it themselves or if they had someone else come in and do it. Everything is As. The only dig I would have is where they either painted something that was rotten. When we found it was rotten James came over and said that the paint job had disintegrated. When they went to remove it or something it would have to already be showing signs of rot before that but maybe they were trying to stop it with the paint over it. There were two different areas that I had bad wood. One of them they replaced and they covered that. Then the rot came thru a small area. The other one was underneath the bedroom window up over our 2nd story addition. According to James he said that the wood had to already been rotted when they painted it because it was so bad. The rest of the paint looks fantastic. They were very careful with the paint. I did not have paint everywhere outside. As for he paint job, it was great. It was just underneath work is where the problems were. They were not the cheapest but when they came to give me the estimate although they were not the least expensive they were the ones I left the most comfortable with. I found them on Angie's list.

Excellent. Straight Edge is a very professional company. They do what is promised, and they do it on time. Very pleased with the work they did.

They worked every day 8 to 4:30, painted more than we had originally asked them to do, quicker than they had estimated, and for less money (labor) because they finished sooner. Zach came and quickly gave us an estimate, and got us on their schedule within two weeks. Larry and Joey spent four days in our house, painting trim, walls over wallpaper, walls that had been stripped of wallpaper and just plain walls. And now the walls all look the same! They had prepped and taped and sanded and caulked and patched. They were polite and professional; they cleaned up after themselves each day. We will use them again assuming the price is right, as it was this time.

It was great. They were reasonably priced and the work was very well done. The communication was great, no complaints.
