After getting several bids to paint my house, I elected to go with Straight Edge Painting. I was impressed with the professionalism that Zack exhibited with his proposal for the job. The price was in the middle of the quotes I received which included prep and two coats for the exterior and trim. Zack and his crew showed up on the agreed upon date and time ready to go to work. The crew was on time each day and stayed with the job until it was completed. I was impressed by the quality of his crew who communicated continually as the job progressed. I’m very pleased by the work Zach and his crew did on painting several bedrooms. Also Some repair work around the ceilings and removing wallpaper. They were extremely polite, professional and very important to me they always showed up on time. I feel they did an above average job that had lots of little repairs and a challenge with a rough plastered wall in the kitchen that needed smoothing out for the look I wanted. I would really recommend this company to anyone that wants work done by people who really care and have pride in their work

We highly recommend Straight Edge Painting. They were totally professional from start to finish, they were good communicators, and master craftsmen. We purchased a home that had been a long term rental and they transformed it into a home that looks like it has always had lots of TLC. Zach recommended colors and paint types that were perfect for the extensive renovation. Paul and his crew paid great attention to all the details, fixing some prior poor quality work to look fabulous. Can’t say enough good things about them. Licensed, insured company that pressure washes, can replace wood rot and paint? Look no further. Zachary and his team were great to work with. I had gotten the suggestion to go with them after posting on a Facebook group asking for good painters in the area. I wanted someone who could do the pressure wash, replace any wood rot pieces, and paint (exterior job). I didn’t have the time or really patience to deal with 3 different companies. Zachary’s team does it all! I also had siding that had broken off, and they took care of that also. He provides you with license/insurance info when he sends the estimate too, so you can trust you’re getting a legit company. We had a hurricane pass by Jax during our scheduled time, and Zachary stayed in touch the whole time to keep me updated on the status of the project. Would highly recommend them.

Since new floors were being installed as well as painting Zack coordinated with the flooring contractor so both painting and flooring was conducted with a minimal amount of disruption for my wife and I. Zack went out of his way to complete the job professionally even after the floor guys damaged some trim that had been painted. He refused to accept payment for the extra work he had to do caused by the floor contractor. Straight Edge Painting truly is a company you want to do business with. Brandon, Brice and Lorena were the painters that went above and beyond. Extremely careful moving furniture and attention to detail was impeccable. A company like this definitely reduces the stress of a home renovation!

The entire experience was very pleasant. We had used Straight Edge 6 years ago for interior painting on a new home. Our paint still looks great. Zach, the owner is an excellent communicator and he provided a detailed proposal. His crew was talented and easy to get along with. This was an excellent experience. The crew that came to paint the house was punctual, thorough, professional, careful, and detail oriented. Straight Edge had a crew pressure wash the house, then fixed small cracks in the stucco, many of which were barely visible. Then they coated with high-quality Sherwin Williams Loxon paint as a first coat and Super paint as the second. This was recommended by Troy as the Loxon does a better job of sealing the stucco and the Super Paint holds color. I checked in on the progress regularly and found that each day the tools were put up, washed, and stacked neatly (a hallmark of true craftsmen). The masking was done carefully and it shows. I won't hire any other company to paint for me as Zach's team did such an amazing job, even if I can get a cheaper quote.

Zack, the owner was prompt in responding to my request for an estimate for my painting project. I had 3 rooms in my house which needed painting. The price was comparable to other quotes & He was able to get the work schedule in a timely manner. The 3 member crew was very professional, polite and efficient. They gave "keen" attention to details; were flexible with a willingness to work around my special "no disconnect" home requests. Their workmanship was of great quality and WOW-they finished within 1 day and 2 hours!!! I could consider hiring again.

Worked with Paul and his crew. We had some damage on a couple of walls, and when Paul got finished, they looked brand new! These folks did an excellent job! Very professional. Straight Edge Painting was amazing! They showed up every day at exactly the time they said they would (7 a.m.) and worked the whole time they were at my house. They were very polite, courteous and conscientious! Plus they did all the work with no down payment -- only expecting payment after the work was complete and I was completely satisfied, which I was.
