They were punctual, friendly, and professional. We were very pleased with their work. Both members of our crew, Mike and Austin were pleasant and did a great job. They welcomed questions and inquiries and explained the process thoroughly. We would hire them again and happily recommend the company to friends and family.

Did not show up for first appointment but did reschedule for another time. Seemed very professional. Estimates were very thorough and detailed but price was higher then others.

Excellent. Great job done by the "Straight Edge" crew. On time every day. Had to fight a couple of rainy days but job was perfect. Entire house pressure washed. Everything sanded down as needed, Caulked and holes filled as needed. Entire job cleaned up when finished. Great price and work. (Two years ago "Straight Edge" painted the complete interior of our home. We knew the quality of work the crew performed and the competitive price Zach gave us. So we knew exactly who we wanted to do the exterior.)

Far beyond my expectations. Can't stop telling my friends & neighbors that they have to hire these guys. Actually makes me quite angry at the previous company that painted the house -- not even close to the professionalism & quality of Straight Edge. Straight Edge Painting is outstanding ! Straight Edge did an excellent job painting the exterior of my house. I keep receiving compliments on how good it looks. I could not be happier with the service provided. They were very meticulous and so professional. They addressed any questions and concerns promptly and put us at ease. Zach and his crew are professional and courteous. They showed up the day they said and on time every day. The work performed was done with precision and care. Even working around the storms this time of year they finished the project on time. The site was cleaned up every evening before they left. I would highly recommend this company!

What sets Zach and his team apart is their professionalism and quality. Zach outlined what he was going to do to my house in detail, and offered a few options. I was surprised that he was going to apply two coats of paint (different paint) when others had quoted one since there was no color change involved. I checked with Sherwin Williams and they said what was proposed for my stucco home would deliver long lasting performance, with minimal fading. They said the one coat approach others had proposed would offer good performance but have significant fading risk. The real question is would I hire them again? Yes - absolutely.

Excellent! They arrived on time, worked diligently, were polite and respectful of our furnishings. They cleaned up before leaving on day 1. On day 2 they not only cleaned up but made sure everything was put back where it was before they started and that we were satisfied with it. We are very pleased with the results. Zach and his team did a phenomenal job repairing all necessary wood damage (rot, soft spots, etc.), prepping, and painting the exterior of my house & back wooden deck. They were professional, courteous, friendly, and punctual. The price was fair and reasonable. They have great attention-to-detail and excellent customer service. Straight Edge Painting recently completed the exterior painting of our home. The company is owned and operated by Zachary Bristol who hires and trains his own painters, he does not subcontract. Only quality products and process are used in the painting and it shows! The team of painters demonstrated high levels of skill and were able to problem solve and find solutions to complicated areas to paint on our home. The team was punctual, neat, and courteous. The job was completed ahead of schedule even with a last minute addition of service requested! We are extremely pleased with the outcome and look forward to having the team back to paint the interior of our home later this year. It is so satisfying to work with a company who follows through and delivers a suburb product. What an exceptional company!

There was no delay in coming out to inspect my home, the written quote was very detailed, and they provided some very helpful information about how to prepare for and what to expect from the job. Excellent! Is there an A+ option to rate?! Paul, Steve, and Lorena have restored our confidence in contractors. After two terrible experiences with two other local painting companies, this was a breath of fresh air. They were friendly, on-time, professional, put down drop cloths, taped off, did what they said they would and more, friendly (yes, I wrote that twice!), thorough, asked questions if needed, had me walk through periodically to make sure we were happy with their progress, did a final walk-through with me, cleaned up, covered and taped off shelves, floors, etc, and were efficient and great communicators. You can tell they are a well-oiled team. They made our house look like brand-new. We keep saying, man, look how smooth and fresh the walls look! They smoothed down spots previous painters hadn't, repaired three cracks near our windows so well you can't tell. Can't say enough about how great this experience and work was. We already asked for a quote on things we'd like painted next! Thank you!

great communication, advised what and when work would be done, preasure wash exterior, replacing rotten wood and sheeting, caulking, paint primer, applying two coats of paint. They took their time prepping our house and repairing our stucco. They made sure we liked everything as they were painting. They estimated it would take 5 days, and finished up in 4. Zach, the owner, responded quickly to my call for an estimate. He was on time for our appointment and reviewed the scope of the job with me. He left information on his company and explained how Straight Edge works with their customers. Our paint crew, Paul and Lorena, were very professional, friendly and hard workers. They arrived on time and Paul explained the work that would be done that day, then they got to work. Everything was protected with plastic sheeting or drop cloths and the work space was kept tidy during the day and was left neatly at the end of the day. The job was completed in 3 days...we had anticipated it would take 5 days at least. The job included a lot of trim painted with oil based enamel. GREAT JOB! We couldn't be more pleased and we look forward to working with Straight Edge Painting again in the near future.
