The team showed up at 8:00 sharp. Everyone introduced themselves and wasted no time in getting all tools and supplies needed to do the job. They went through the house again with Zach so everyone was on the same page. They confirmed with me everything we had previously discussed and got to work. I was surprised how fast they mobilized from arrival to actually starting- literally within minutes. I found all the guys to be friendly and courteous- super clean and left the way they came. They were a pleasure to work with! I thought the price was very fair based on what I needed, and communication and scheduling with Zach was easy and straight forward. I have referred Straight Edge Painting already to many of my friends and would most definitely use them again!

Their work was excellent. They were clean and courteous. He was prompt in returning our call as well. They were on time and cleaned up after themselves. They were professional and efficient. They knew what they were doing it was outstanding.

I contacted Zachary through e-mail on Angie's list. I was contacted that day. I explained what I needed do end he informed me that he was available this week. Without any pressure, he suggested that I think it over that night. I did and immediately scheduled him. In our initial conversation, he quoted me the cost which I thought was great. I checked on paints and called him back scheduling the date. I e- mailed him the colors. Zachary informed what time that he would arrive, that he would pick up the paint and another associate painter would complete the project . Both gentleman were prompt, very professional and expedited the painting in a timely manner. You can tell that Zachary takes great pride in his work and it shows in all aspects of the project. I will definitely contact him for my next paint project and would recommend him to others in need.

Zachary personally came to our home to review the details of the project in order to provide a quote for painting services. He is very clear on services that he provides and honest with details of what he can and cannot provide. He is timely and follows up quickly, his quote was very clear and he was quite professional. We received the promised quote that evening. During the quoting process, we had updates/changes which were out of scope of the original intended project and he was quick to follow-up on that as well. The process of the project was fully explained and clear and Zachary is personally involved in all aspects. We were truly sorry that we had to tell him that we did not choose him for the project. Our reason was simply due to the fact that ultimately our project involved services beyond what Straight Edge could provide; we also wanted repair on textured ceiling, wall tiling and Faux finishes on a few accent walls. While Zachary was quite clear that he did not provide (as most painting companies do not) provide these additional services, he also could not/did not offer/recommend directly anyone who could. In the end we awarded to a company that allowed us to complete the full project with a single point of contact/coordination - as opposed to dealing with 3-4 different contractors.

Zach specializes in interior home painting. I found him very professional , sensitive and responsive to my needs. He takes care to protect your home and furnishings. After my experience with several contractors, I found Zach to be an excellent balance of cost and timeliness in project completion. On my first call to Straight Edge Painting, immediately was impressed with the owner's message left on his voicemail. It was warm and friendly, and it made feel comfortable leaving my call back information. Once the owner (Zach), called me back, he was very professional and amicable. Upon the end of the meeting we were able to come up with a good working agreement, and completion date...Zach kept his commitment to all aspects of the agreement and we, the Owners, were totally satisfied.

We couldn't be happier. They did an incredible job, start to finish. Soon after our first phone call, he came to our house to give us an estimate. While there, he gave great advice on how to pick the right paint for our rooms. He then emailed an estimate soon thereafter. The day of the job, they showed up right on time and set to work. They took good care of everything in the rooms - kitchen cabinets, hardwood floors, all of our belongings were in good hands. They taped off everything, filled and sanded every, single hole. (The house was built in 1936 - there were a lot of holes!) We can't get over the quality of the work. Nice even color and very sharp edges. I don't think these walls have ever looked better. We can't see a mistake anywhere. We'll definitely call them again. I highly recommend them.

Straight Edge was prompt and professional from the first contact for a quote all the way through the completion of the job. They took great care to cover and protect my belongings while they painted. They arrived promptly every morning as promises and finished the job well within the estimated time frame. I will use them again and would recommend them to anybody looking for interior painting.

Zach and josh showed up at the time in the am as we requested, went over everything and told us there game plan for that day. they came in covered everything with there tarps and performed one of the best paint jobs we have ever had done. they are very professional and very good painters besides being a couple of the nicest guys you could want in your home. they even had to problem with our 2 dogs being loose while they were painting. After they were done each night they cleaned everything up and moved the furniture back to where it belonged. we will be using them again in the near future to paint our new front door and the window above along with a couple of other items.

Zach chose to start 5 days project with painting doors first. He came alone first day and didn't finish the painting of all doors as he told me do so. I pointed out issues next day then he just got out of control and said he doesn't want to do the work because I am raising concerns. I told him to leave the job because he said he is not feeling comfortable. After all, he decided to complete the work and he finished all walls and doors on time with help of other painters. Later he apologized about his behavior but for me it was like first you slap and then say sorry. Overall work he did was okay. He is good painter but not the best as he had assured me before starting the work. There are still some small issues but I won't call him again and fix those issues myself.

They were excellent. Arrived on time for the estimate and then on time to do the actual work. Picked up the paint for me and the work was very professional and looked great.

Zach was truly a pleasure to work with from his initial visit to give his estimate through the completion of the four day job. He struck the perfect balance between professional and personable. He showed up right on time every day with his assistant Josh and got right to work. After meticulously cleaning up, each day was completed with a walk through to address anything that I thought might need additional attention. Nothing ever did, Zach was very thorough, paying attention to every detail regardless of how small. Zach fixed all of the DIY mistakes on the ceilings and baseboards made by the previous owners, fixing any and all manner of damage to the walls along the way. I changed my mind on paint color after the first day of work. Zach never acted like it was an inconvenience or just another day of work to him. He was very understanding, and wanted me to be happy with the results. The entire job was completed on time, and on budget. I highly recommend Straight Edge Painting.

Zachary Bristol, the owner of the business was highly responsive and extremely professional from the first contact to the completion of the work. He turned around the proposal quickly and accurately, arrived on time and did a thorough job on all areas requested. The job was done with the utmost care with a friendly, yet professional attitude. Two coats were applied to all areas with straight edge accuracy on all cut ins. At the end of the job Zachary and his coworker Josh asked us to do a final inspection, which we did, cleaned up meticulously and left with us completely satisfied with the entire process. One other really impressive aspect was at the end of the job there was just a very small amount of paint left for future touch ups. Nothing wasted by overestimating the supply needed. Zachary was great to work with. He and his team did a great job. They showed up at the agreed upon time and got to work. Very professional. the ceiling had settlement cracks and he did a wonderful job fixing them. I have recommend him to friends.

I contacted Straight Edge for an estimate on a Friday after doing some research on Angie's List. I was very impressed with their reviews and they lived up to their billing. Zach came out on Saturday and looked at the scope of my work. I received a concise clearly written quote that was very competitive with my other bids. Zach's professionalism and competitive price won him the job. Two days before the work was to take place Zach contacted me to confirm when he'd be there and about how long the job would take. I appreciated the contact! On the day the work was performed Zach and his crew arrived promptly and they finished the work quicker than he had estimated. I had to leave for a few hours and felt completely comfortable leaving them in my home. The work was done in a flawless manner. All of my carpets, floors, and furniture was protected with drop clothes. The crew properly prepared the surfaces for painting and the finished product is fabulous! After completing the work they cleaned up after themselves to the extent that you never knew they were here. They FAR EXCEEDED my expectations!!! After a walk through with Zach to insure my complete satisfaction, I showed him additional areas that I want painted in the future. I'm planning the date for the additional work around other projects. I will use Straight Edge again and will also highly recommend them to anyone I know that needs their service. Superb! From our first contact with Zach everything went smoothly. He is extremely responsive and professional. We needed the work broke up into two jobs and he willingly agreed to this. Zach and his crew arrived on time, went to work immediately and cleaned up their work space better than any contractor I have ever hired. I am so thrilled with the results. They took a builder grade painted home and turned it into a beautiful, living, happy home! All this in just two days. I highly recommend Zach and will certainly use him again.

Zach, provided his estimated within 24 hours of being in our home to view it. The estimate included the paint which was great for us. He was able to accommodate our schedule as we were doing alot of other remodeling as well. He came in and completed the project in one week. He painted our entire 2900 sq ft home in one week and it looks absolutely amazing. We had some very bold colors and the rooms look amazing.

The painting went really well. Zach pushed hard to get this job done in 3 days since he knew I need to get back to work. He picked up the paint based on the colors we selected so we didn't have to worry about it. He only had one issue. One of the days some of his labor didn't show up but Zach worked extra and like I said above really made sure he was done early for me. At the end of each day Zach let me do a walk through and he quickly addressed any issues that were would and made sure we were satisfied before he left. The quality of the paint job was excellent. The rooms looked great. I would recommend Zach to anyone.

Zachary came out personally and gave us an online estimate, detailing all aspects of the job. We found him courteous, clean cut and professional. He worked along with his crew of two men. The employees were also well groomed, courteous and hard workers. They did an outstanding job. We will certainly hire them again when we paint the bedroom areas of our home!

The finished product looks great, despite some stuck on wall paper and damaged walls which they did a superb job repairing. The crew worked through Memorial Day weekend to complete the job on time. This was the best experience I have ever had with a painting contractor. Zach and Patrick were professional, prompt, and courteous. They made sure at the end of each day that they had the area cleaned up and put back in order before they left. My house looks brand new on the inside now and my husband and I are just thrilled with the results.
