Straight Edge did a great job with our large painting project! They were on time every morning and completed the majority of the painting while we were at work. Zach, the owner, was very easy to reach throughout the process. Overall, I'd definitely recommend this company. I'm sure we could have found less expensive options, but I don't think I would have trusted anyone else in my home while we weren't there.

We hired Zach and his team to paint the exterior of our house in Ponte Vedra Beach. As part of our decision making process, we were most focused on hiring a company that was professional, paid attention to small details, could work within the confines/rules of our homeowners association, offered a reasonable price, focused on safety of the workers, and had the ability (equipment, staff, etc.) to complete the job in the time promised. Zach was very thorough with his estimation process and had a very well thought out list of all of the "extra" type of work that other painters may charge you for but that he included in his pricing. He also did a very good job communicating with us to address any questions that we had. Since we have other renovations in progress at the same time, it was important to me that our painter could be self-sufficient and manage the job on their own. Each day, his team showed up as early as our neighborhood HOA would allow (i.e., 7am) and worked all day long until the job was done in the time frame that was committed to. We received zero complaints from any neighbors or from our neighborhood security about the team working on the house which is actually a big deal as the HOA is very particular about how jobs like this are managed. They cleaned up each day and left the job site in great shape before they wrapped for the day. Once the job was approaching the finish line, they began working very **** ** the small details (i.e., going around all of the tile with razors to ensure that no paint had dripped anywhere, etc.). When you hire Straight Edge Painting, you are paying for a professional, high quality job. There are definitely cheaper ways to get a house painted. However, Zach's company offers a "headache free" service that will most likely exceed your expectations. I would definitely hire he and his team again and appreciate the work that they did for us.

Zac Bristol, owner, reviewed the project and provided an acceptable bid for the completion of the work. He and his team arrived on time and performed an exacting service in completion of the staining of my home, including some wood repair and pressure washing. All work was completed as requested, workmen arrived on time and completed all work as requested. They cleaned up all materials and equipment at the end of each day. While the work was ongoing and when completed, I was able to review all work that was performed. The workmanship was excellent. They were extremely professional and I would recommend Straight Edge Painting to anyone based on the service and level of effort that I received in the completion of my job.

I cannot say enough about the integrity, conscientiousness, professionalism and expertise of Zachary and his team. From the first estimate through completion of the job Zachary was on schedule, easily available with rapid response to any inquiry and very accommodating to changes I made during the job. I have done specialty wall painting as well as painted all my own homes in the past so I am incredibly, even obsessively, detail oriented. Yet throughout the entire job Zach and his team maintained an easy-going get-it-done until the customer is happy attitude. I literally had three painters following me around fixing tiny little things during the final sign-off until I was completely and totally happy. That is the degree to which Zach stands behind the work of his team and upholds their reputation. I had the entire interior of a 2000 sqft apartment painted in high end Benjamin Moore paint - ceilings, crown moldings and trim, doors, closets and walls. I wanted an off-white matte palette painted over original wall/door colors of dark green and ochre. I knew the job would require 3 coats and on some doors 4 with primer - and that is the quoted price Zach gave me. Every other painter gave me a standard paint coverage estimate ignoring everything discussed during the walk-thru. Zachary's team also painted my dark wood cabinets in the kitchen and 2 bathrooms white. The end result is a beautifully painted apartment with gorgeous edge work around every door and newly installed crown molding. I couldn't be happier and highly recommend Zachary and Straight Edge Painting.

I contacted this company for exterior painting of our home, based on their online reviews. My initial call was to schedule an estimate to have the work performed. I spoke with the owner, Zach, gave him my contact info and explained the type of painting work we needed for our home. At the time, he indicated that he didn't have his calendar with him and would give me a call back to schedule. I waited, but didn't hear back. I tried to give him the benefit of the doubt that he just got busy and wasn't able to return my call at the time. I called back later that same day, left a detailed voicemail with my contact information and the painting work needed. Another day went by and still no call from Zach. As of today, still no call from Zach to schedule a work estimate. My encounter with this company was not positive and very unprofessional. It is very disappointing to spend time thoroughly researching a company and their reviews, only to not receive a professional response from one of their representatives. It's back to the drawing/research board for us.... It's unfortunate, because we wasted a lot of time researching this company, only to end up with this type of an experience.

Great. Zach sealed off the garage with plastic, laid paper on the floors to create a work space. Did the same in the kitchen to spray the cabinet boxes. This was a big job and they were meticulous in their prep. His team showed up promptly at 8:00 a.m each day, were friendly and neat. A few of the doors needed to be redone which they did without issue. The cabinets look great! Very pleased with the result. I highly recommend Straight Edge.

From the start to finish, my experience with Straight Edge was excellent. Zac came out for a walkthrough of what I wanted done and had an email proposal over to me within 24 hours. In the proposal email I received a quote for the work we had discussed, a copy of the companies insurance coverage, and a checklist of items to complete upon acceptance. In accepting the proposal, a start date was set for pressure washing on a Friday, with Painting starting on a Monday and completing on a Tuesday. Rain prevented the work on Monday, however Zac kept me apprised via email over the weekend of the possible delay, so it wasn't a surprise. The crew was out on Tuesday and the work was completed by Wednesday. One day of pressure washing, two days of painting just as was planned. Zac's crew were excellent in making sure the paint job met our expectations. Anytime I walked around the house and had a question or concern, they were more than willing to stop what they were doing and answer my every question. Also if they had a question they did not hesitate to ask as opposed to assuming how we wanted something done and then have to redo it. I cannot speak highly enough of the painters on Zac's crew who completed the work. Overall my experience was excellent and I'd recommend them to anyone needing paint work.

Zach are and his crew were professional, friendly and did a quality job. I would definitely use this company again. You cannot ask for a nicer guy than Zach to work with and he expects alot from his crew. You don't have to pay for the work until the job is completed.

Two workers showed up 15 minutes early and waited outside until 8am, started on time, under promised (hope to get it done today), over delivered (gone by 4pm), and did great work. They covered everything in sight, taped off everything, and painted with little bleed through (they touched up afterward with the wall paint, hard to get around with popcorn ceilings). Larry was the lead; they were very professional and did a great job!

Zach, the owner, worked with me so that I could do a portion of the work to reduce the cost. He was also accommodating to my request to switch to a different type of paint than he quoted. Paul and Larry did a very good job, asking me several times along the way if I had any concerns. We also did a comprehensive walk through at the end. They did not ask for any money until I was satisfied. In the end, I got a quality job and save a little money by doing some of the work myself.

From the pressure washer and the stucco repair person to the painters and the owner, they were all very personable, professional and punctual. Their work was outstanding and they made sure that we were pleased with what they did and the price was very competitive.

We had a wonderful experience with Straight Edge painting. The owner, Zac, came out and provided an estimate in October. We obtained three proposals from Angie's List preferred painters and compared these for price and quality. All were rather comparable on quality but Straight Edge was more competitive on price. We scheduled the service for December and Zac stayed in contact with us regarding what we should expect. A week ahead of time, we advised what color we wanted and he made arrangements for the house to be pressure washed ahead of his crew arriving. The individual who completed the pressure washing did a great job and even took care of our patio and driveway for an additional, small fee, for which we paid him directly. When the painting crew arrived, we were greeted by three gentleman who explained they would be with us throughout the week. They summarized what we could expect and spent the entire first day removing structures from the exterior and patching cracks and holes. They returned at 8 a.m. each morning and rang our bell to let us know they had arrived. They worked diligently all day and were quiet and polite as they worked. Each day they concluded work around 4:00, cleaned up and were gone by 4:30. When rain deterred them one afternoon, they let us know that we would likely have to extend the project by one day, which was understandable. Upon completion of the job, they had us check out everything and made corrections where needed. They even came back 3 weeks later when we found something we missed originally! The end result was fantastic! Our house looks brand new again and the compliments we get from our neighbors keep pouring in. One thing that we hear time and time again is how thorough they found the painters to be, as they noticed the extreme detail in prepping our home prior to the start of painting. I absolutely recommend Straight Edge Painting to anyone looking for an exterior painter. You won't be disappointed!

Painted family, dinning, living rooms and adjoining hallways. Painted several doors and ceiling areas. Work lasted three days and several crew members each day.

Loved this company. Everyone was super friendly and pleasant to have in my home. They did a great job and seemed to take pride in doing everything so well. They were also great at communicating about what exactly we wanted and making sure everything was perfect. Very impressed.

Excellent. Zach and his team did fantastic job painting all of the bedrooms and bathrooms in our new house. Not only were they prompt and professional, but they went out of their way to make sure the job was done well.
