Snyder rep was professional and came an hour before promised. I would use again. I thought the recommendation was sensible given the situation. Unit was up and running in less than an hour.

The personnel were professional and knowledgeable about the problems I was having and give my suggestions on how to keep my A/C working without further problems.

They were always on time and professional. They never tried to up sale me on something I did not need.

Overall went very well. Took a bit longer than anticipated due a late start, copper line extraction and weather. That said, the crew was determined to finish same day and worked through the rain, as well as enlisted additional crew members to get the job done. The dedication was very appreciated as temps were in the high 90's and fans just weren't cutting it! I would recommend them to neighbors and friends.

They were here on Monday morning when I called them on the weekend and they had it installed on Tuesday.

Worn out capacitor was replaced and the service call revealed much more serious problems. The diagnostics were professional and spot on.

The salesman (Chris) came out the day after I called and the system was installed two days later. I really appreciated their fast response time since it was 90+ degrees for a daytime high. The install team, Mike and Bobby, were polite professional and efficient.

I don't remember the cost, my husband paid it. My husband took care of everything at the time. It was okay, I guess. It was high at the time. We didn't want to shop around. It was a little bit higher than other people was, he said he'd just go ahead.

Each job was successfully completed in the expected amount of time. The installation crew was significantly more experienced than the maintenance crew.

They replaced damper motor on one zone but it didn't totally correct problem. They came back and found another damper motor issue. Even though it took several trips, they kept working to find issue. I wasn't charged for each visit since it was continuation of first issue

Estimator showed up on time. Looked at unit but never went in the attic. told me a price to replace heat pump. Asked him to give me a written estimate. He wrote the price on his business card. Just didn't listen to my wants and needs.

They were very professional. They were very good.

Technician came out within 6 hours. He was able to diagnose the problem. Unfortunately, the condenser was terminal. A salesperson was out the next day and gave a fair priced unit for my needs. A new system was put in the following day. All people from sales to service were professional and responsive.

I'd give them an "A" all the way down the line. We will continue to use them.

Excellent service from start to finish. The office staff is professional and follows through on requests. Scheduling is fast. The technician, Scot, called ahead that he was on his way, arrived on time, and was very thorough in servicing the AC. He also wore shoe coverings, which was appreciated. In addition, he spoke with the office about finding an airfilter that was sized correctly. The filters were found and ordered, which the company will deliver. Finally, the cost for a maintenance contract, which includes two visits a year, is cheaper than other companies I researched and contacted. The cost of the contract covers the two visits.

It was after hours, and they were prompt in sending somebody over. They took care of the problem. He showed me how I should, you know every couple of months I should pour a couple cups of vinegar in the system on top of the, I don't know what you call it. Anyway pour a couple of cups of bleach in there every so often. What had a happened is I had not been doing that and a lot of sediment had gotten into it and kind of stopped it up. They were excellent. They came after hours. He took the time to explain what was going on. Since I called after hours I think the price was $89.00 instead of the normal fee. I think it would have been like $75.00 or something like that. He took the time to explain without making me feel like a dummy. I may even get a maintenance contract with them. That way I don't have these problems build up.

I had two crews at my home and it seemed no one was in charge. If these 2 crews represent the twelve I was told they have, beware. The air handler cabinet preps seemed well enough, though the air handler was not installed straight and centered. The placement of the outside unit was lackluster as little effort as possible was expended to get the actual mounting pad level so the unit was shimmed with rubber blocks. The heat strip was installed with two wires swapped. The measurements to verify the outside unit was installed correctly were done. However, they all left without performing any tests of the air handler output. As they were leaving I was told it should drop a degree every 15 minutes or so. They were gone as my room temperature rose by 4 degrees in a short time due to air handler discharge temperature being 140 degrees because of the incorrectly wired heat strip mentioned earlier. I called Snyder and was told someone would be out between 3 and 6 pm. Not good enough! I called every half hour until a service tech called and said he would be there in 15 minutes. He swapped the wires and did a couple tests and after placing the heat coil wires correctly things were running properly. They did a poor job cleaning up after themselves, leaving a mess both inside and out. I requested a call from management but, no such call was ever made to me. If anyone asks me about Snyder AC they will be told to go elsewhere. This is my second contractor chosen based on Angie's list ratings and reviews and they have both been sub-par in my opinion.

Everything has turned out pretty good. I would recommend their service to others and I'll continue using them.

Seriously overcharged. Snyder did not take into consideration that my warranty covered parts so I was charged for parts as well as labor. I was told it was a flat fee to replace the valve.

Service man came twice to my home did not clean system 10 minutes and he was gone. 30 point inspection yeah right???? Did nothing......tried to sell me something for mold what??? I don't have mold. These people rip you off....
