They are wonderful. They always call to check in. They're very thorough and knowledgeable. The best part is that whenever you have questions, you are able to talk to the President, Ed Miller, himself. It's hard to find companies like that. I've already recommended them to friends and family.

Jason, our original contact, was the consummate professional. He provided all the information we needed, and was patient with us for several days as we explored all of our options. His performance in his job is the main reason we selected Snyder and Daikin. Later, Will, and Eric were equally professional when installing our system. They answered my many questions, showed my how the system worked, and invited me to watch. If our Daikin system performs as well as Snyder's professional staff, we will gladly recommend both to all.

AC was only blowing heat, they were out within hours, called when they weee on their way, and even texted me a picture and info about who to expect upon arrival. The repair tech Jason was so professional and friendly. He was quick to find the problem and fix it at a reasonable price. I will definitely use them again!

The service window was a whopping 2 - 6pm. I called at 4:15pm to get an ETA. A technician hadn't even been assigned and it was "possible" the service would be after 6pm. No call, no update. No thanks!

We didn’t get the quote back as promised and had to follow up with them. Two days later, When we did get the quote, it was an email that simply gave us a price with what unit they would install. The unit priced wasn’t one that I had provided to the representative. It was a lower end model with a lesser seer rating than we expressed we were looking for and wasn’t even presented professionally that outlined what we would be getting for our money. Needless to say, we were disappointed and a little shocked, since The company has been around a long time and has a very good reputation. We decided to go with another company and I’m glad we did. I can only imagine what kind of service we would get if we had any questions or issues if the service was anything like what we experienced just to get the quote.

From the initial appointment with the sales technician Chris, I knew Snyder would be the company that I wanted to work with. Specifically, what stood out to me was that Chris had been with the company for 20 years. That tells me a lot about a company and their commitments. I have never done business with Snyder and this was my first experience. Chris was what I would call a real person. He didn't come over with the typical salesman speech about things that didn't matter to me. I explained what I needed and he asked several questions to establish what would be best for my home. I had a very small older system that was overworking for the size of my home. Chris provided me with a quote before he left and also provided me a price quote for the same system but different manufacturer names. Before he left, I knew I wanted Snyder for the job. Next was the installation which occurred within the same week. On the day of installation I met with two technicians, Mr. Rain and Mr. Dana. They both promptly began working while explaining all of the steps. While speaking with Mr. Dana, he also mentioned that he had been with the company for more than 20 years! Mr. Rain talked passionately about how his father once worked for Snyder and he followed. That is what really impressed me about Snyder. They replaced the system which took most of the day. They had several other employees that came to assist almost like an assembly line. A team came with the duct work and other parts. I couldn't believe the level of efficiency and team work. They took the time to explain everything that was done and what I needed to do to maintain the system. I was really excited and I would absolutely recommend them to anyone needing service. This company has been in business in Jacksonville since the 1970's and family owned. Thank you Chris Spann, Dana T, and Rain Nelms! He was professional, knowledgeable, and replaced my thermostat quickly. He explained how it worked and asked if I had any questions. I will always choose Snyder Heating And Air.

All service at all times has been excellent Snyder Air Conditioning is a reliable heating and air conditioning company. All employees are well trained and professional. Pricing is very reasonable and competitive. They explain everything when giving a quote and explain everything when service is provided. The service and returned phone calls are always prompt and courteous.

The Snyder air conditioning technician showed up very promptly, was extremely kind, explained everything that was being done in detail, took great care in his customer service, and definitely represented a company I would hire again! I had initially had Florida home come out and give me an estimate for the exact same service. Their first assessment was that the evaporating coil was bad and would cost us $3,312, their second assessment was that the entire unit was bad and it would cost us $6,800 to replace the entire thing. It was extremely refreshing to find an honest company in Snyder air, when they came out and performed the necessary service, including a one-year warranty for service calls and cleaning, with a grand total being only $435.43. I cannot say enough good things about Snyder air and will definitely be singing their praises for a long time to come.
