I have used this company for 8 years, and they are fine. I have the twice yearly service plan with them. They are very good about calling when they are about 15 to 20 minutes before arrival. They are also very good about letting you know when your 6 month service is about up. Everyone that has been out, has been great. Very responsive. Show up on time. Highest degree of professionalism.

This one was free. The cost is about $ 150 that I pay in the spring.

Estimator came out to see what needed to be done and we set up an appointment. Crew showed up on time with all required materials to complete the installation. Work was done professionally with no issues, no drama, no delays. System has been working perfectly since the installation. I signed up for the semi annual check up and service to keep the system working properly. I would recommend Snyder and use them again. Every employee, from the office, to the estimator, to the installers have been polite and professional. A+

They are the only ones I use. They are very, very good. They took care of it right away. I didn't have to wait at all. They were on top of that! They're on time all the time. They are usually early. Very good at explaining everything to you if you have any questions. I've had a few situations and they recommended things that didn't cost much and worked. They work together. They were so quick. They don't play around. I would absolutely use them again.

They are extremely reliable, the workers were very good and thorough and the machinery itself it topnotch. My house faced the western sun in the afternoon and they were right, they told me the unit needed a certain amount of energy and they told me why and I am glad I went with what they recommended.

It went quite smoothly. The installation encountered no challenges. It took less than 4 hours from arrival to departure. We bumped up the unit to 3.5 ton from a 3.0 ton and this made a big difference in cooling, effectiveness, and comfort in every room.

First time they serviced my unit, it went well. Tom, the technician appeared to be competent, answered all our questions and gained our trust. He checked for leak and sidentified the problem: a leak in the coil and recommended we added refrigerant and wait to see how long it would work. He added 2 lbs of freon and told us that we would probably need to replace the coil in the future. He charged us $300.50. A month and a half later we had problems again. He came back and added 2 more lbs of freon and charged us $250. He was here less tha 1/2 hr. I asked him to give me an estimate for the cost of replacing the coil. He called me and told me that with labor, it would cost me $1,855 and said he would discount the cost of the last service call ($250 ). I called the office to make an appointment and when I asked them to make sure they discounted the $250.50 to the price quoted, they said that the price quoted included the discount. I disputed it with them, but they refused to honor what we had agreed on. I cancelled the appointment and ask to talk to a Manager. Tim Wood called me back the following day and told me that they would go ahead and give me the discount. I told him it was too late. I had already contacted another high scored company I found in Angie's list and they quoted me $1,175 for the same job. When I asked him why such a dramatic difference, he was surprised and said that one reason may be that they were probably smaller, and didn't have such a large overhead. He also said that they probably needed the job so they settled for less profit??? The five star company I had requested a quote came, removed the old coil that was rusted and had too much freon and solved my problem at a fraction of the cost I would have had to pay Snyders. In addition they pointed out that the previous service provider (Snyders ) had put too much freon.

1st visit (Friday): Found loose wire in blower, burned wire and connector in condenser, and serviced with 1.3 lbs of refrigerant. Also found broken drain line and flooded chase under house. Replaced drain line on visit #2 (Monday/holiday). A/C froze up on Tuesday. Senior Tech came out Wednesday for visit #3. Found dirty damaged wires and malfunctioning blower. Replaced blower and wire bundle, and cleaned all remaining "inside" components on visit #4 (Thursday afternoon). Been working correctly for 4 days now. Fingers crossed...

When I called Snyder for an appointment I was told it would be 99.00 for a diagnostics. I was called at 2pm and told the tech is on his way. He was here at 3pm. Late! The Tech was here for an hour and a half and could not find the problem. He charged me 99.50 for a service call then 125.00 for the diagnostic. When I started to question him, he said he gave me 10% off and only charged me 204.82 for the diagnostic. No repairs where done and I was told nothing was wrong with my unit. He said it was hot and my house was not insulated. I lived in this house for 12 years and my previous unit never had this problem. So I called this morning just to make sure I didn't miss understand and asked the rep, how much to come out and diagnose my a/c, I was told 99.00. No problem found no repair done, I will never call Snyder heating and a/c ever again! Very dishonest. Miss leading.
