Never showed up to do the job.

Fantastic! Punctual. Fair price. Great work.

He was on time and got right to work. After some time diagnosing the issues on both items he gave me a straight answer on what needed to be done. He told me that my dishwasher was shot because the motor was burned out. It was leaking because the seal on the door was coming apart. He showed me exactly where the problems were. To his credit, he told me I was better off getting a new one instead of sinking money into the one I had. He quickly found the issue with my ice maker and even located the part for me if I wanted to do the repair work myself. Of course, he offered to install the new part as well.

Very well. Casey responded immediately and resolved the electrical problem right away. He promptly diagnosed the problem with the ice maker and purchased the part and actually installed it on a Sunday morning. This is a rental property so he had to also coordinate his service calls with my tenants. He went above and beyond expectations and was very professional.

Casey initially thought he could make an estimate of what parts to get and repair but because of the age of the refrigerator (nearly 20 years), he came out to see. He tried to find the parts on the internet but couldn't so asked me to call GE. So I called GE and they told me what parts I needed so I paid for them and had them delivered. When they arrived, I called Casey and he and his assistant came out on a Saturday and got it fixed. We are satisfied with the service. We were charged for the 2 visits.170.

Casey gave estimates on both appliances. One came in much lower and the other only came in $10.00 over. Very punctual and professional. Would use him again.

It took four visits to my home because GE was sending Casey the wrong part for the stove. I drove 2 hrs to pick up the missing part at an appliance store & on the fourth try Casey was able to install the switch & fix the burner. Throughout the ordeal Casey was very polite, personable, professional & did not charge for the additional trips. So, while I wish it could have been fixed on the first try I give Casey very high marks for his work.

Amazing my mom referred him to me he stopped what he was doing and came to our rescue on Thanksgjving Day yes true story so no brainier for me to make the call. Would do again he's in my favorites on my call list

We had a problem with a super-cold freezer and a warm refrigerator in a side-by-side. He spent time disassembling the unit, then told me that the problem "might" be the thermostat. He advised me to turn the refrigerator off and let it sit overnight to defrost and then let him know. He charged me $70 for the service call. I did as he said, but the problem remained. I called him the next day and he didn't seem to know what to do. He said he was going to look something up and call me back, but I never heard from him. We wound up buying a new refrigerator, so his "service" was useless. Oh and BTW, when we moved the old refrigerator out I found one of the screws that he had removed under the fridge...he had apparently dropped it and just left it.

He was right on time, knowledgeable and so polite! He fixed my dryer and while he was here he noticed my stove had a problem and fixed that as well!!! I would recommend him to anyone!

Casey was awesome! Hot water heater went out in our rental property. Casey exceeded our expectations by going to Lowes and picking up a new water heater for us and installing it within just a few hours. Excellent service, very trust worthy, will use Casey in the future if needed. Highly recommend him. Hard worker and had the job done very promptly. Great service!!!! Very professional.
