AWESOME! On the day of appointment, Casey called when they were 30 mins away. This is a new home for me and I don't know the history of the appliances. Casey was thorough and explained the work done. Included cleaning out the outside dryer vent which was severely clogged. I will use them for an annual appliance review.

Service was excellent, prompt and he had all the parts needed to make the repair quickly.

Has appt with Casey for Saturday and had to press him for the time. Told me 12:00 and after 2 hours I reached out to him and he said was done for the day, not coming. Told me he could look on Monday. Reluctantly. I rescheduled for Monday and again had to press him for a time. I took off work to meet him and he showed up, open the doors on the refrigerator and said he would not work on it. Obviously, he only works on basic appliances. This refrigerator is only 4 years old. Told me to find someone else. Horrible way to treat customers.

Very punctual. Charged 79.00 and told me to call if ice maker still dead after jiggling some wires. He took photos and model etc. I called him the next morning and he didn’t know who I was. After sending him more photos, model # again he got back to me with 400+ estimate. I priced the parts myself. Only original manufacturers parts were that high. I called back, asked him if he was using whirlpool parts and would guarantee the work. He got nasty and told me he guarantees labor only and has no idea if his supplier is using OEM parts. I find that hard to believe because it would be printed on the box and invoice. And you’d know you are paying for OEM vs aftermarket parts. Said I was making him “uncomfortable”. Great because I felt that way about him. I told him I’d call Whirlpool for that amount of money which I did. Factory certified service and Guarantee for 75.00 less. Don’t waste your time And money with this fly by night outfit.

Casey is amazing! Very friendly. Wore a mask as per Covid suggestions to protect himself and our family. He is extremely knowledgeable about refrigerators and other large appliances. Casey answered our call immediately, promised a time to come look at our refrigerator and arrived exactly as promised. He took a thorough look at our refrigerator and fixed it during that one visit. His prices are extremely reasonable. We love supporting local business and will be calling on Casey anytime our family has an appliance failure in the future. Thank you Casey!

S & Y was hired by my home warranty company (2-10 Home Warranty) to look at my damaged/cracked Whirlpool Electric Stove Top. The technician came to my house on April 29 to diagnose the issue and take pictures. He then left. After 6 days, I had not heard anything. After following up twice with 2-10, S&Y still had not filed a diagnosis. I then called S&Y directly and asked them to file their report. He lied and said that the appliance was damaged was "not normal wear and tear" forcing my home warranty company to deny the claim. Now, S&Y has cashed $100 from me while lying about the service needed. And he was extremely rude to me on the phone. As I detailed my complaint to him, he responded with "are you done?" and then hung up. Highly recommend taking your business elsewhere.

it went well. Casey charged $79 for the estimate but subtracted from the labor and parts. Did a nice job replacing the belt and my dryer is like new. Nice man . Was quick and efficient .

Casey was great. He responded immediately to my call and arrived the next morning with the correct part for my dryer. I'll call him again for any repair needed.

Our fridge was leaking water leaving small puddles in front. After trying a YouTube fix that we saw which did not work we decided to call someone. We called Casey who had repaired our dryer in the past. Casey was on time and had the problem fixed within the hour. I waited a few days to ensure the leak has been resolved. If I need more appliance help I will definitely call again.

They need to have more repair skills as he said he could not do the washer. Said it needed stroter, main shaft which he he didn't do. In my opinion he just put the Agitator back on . He didn't pull washer out and could he tell it needed all that work. They very nice and polite. More parts for the newer machines on his truck available . I lfelt they were a little for work that was done.

This technician was very knowledgeable and friendly. Has to schedule a second visit because a part was needed.

Casey was quick to respond and punctual. Because the replacement part needed to be purchased the job needed to be finished the following day.

The repair was done in less than an hour for both trips. He is very punctual and reliable. He is licensed and insured. Two other appliances were repaired by him in the past. He is able to diagnose the issues immediately. The price of the repairs have been reasonable. I will always use his service in the future. I would rate him with five stars. Casey first opened the control panel and verified that the fuse was good he then took the door apart and tracked down the bad connection. He did a series of thing to verify there was no other problem and everything was working correctly. After he was satisfied everything was fixed he put everything back together just like it was. He then went beyond what we had called about originally and took the filter out of the base of the unit and cleaned everything, then when that was done he adjusted the legs to make sure the dishwasher was properly balanced. He did all the extra work at no additional charge even though the original price was very reasonable. He is pleasant, conscientious, and a hard worker. We will definitely use him again when we need something fixed.

Casey is always excellent, honest and swift. He prides himself in his work and is very polite. This was our second time working with him and won't be our last! He also cleaned out our dryer vent and saved our house from catching on fire. Thanks, Casey!

Casey was very prompt. He had to order the part which took time to get in, but that was out of his hands. He came as soon as he got the part and fixed it quickly.

Casey was wonderful! He answered his phone immediately. After hearing the problem, he offered to assist me over the phone. We were able to figure out what needed replacing. He called me back with a quote, and we decided it would be more cost effective to replace the refrigerator. Will definitely call Casey with any future appliance issues!!
