Casey came and diagnosed. Ordered parts.Very fast and responsive. great prices. He even came to my rental property the same day on a separate call and gave free analysis since he was close by. He is coming again to help repair more next week. Very polite and professional.

A rental property for me had a fridge that stopped working, found S&Y on Angie's List so gave KC a call. He was available to inspect the issue with the fridge, unfortunately the compressor was dead which is almost as expensive to replace than buying a new fridge so I didn't use S&Y for the repair. Overall, he was a pleasure to work with, as he was extremely prompt, professional, and gave me a clear explanation of the problem. Definitely will call him again for any needed appliance repairs.

He was quick and had the part on the truck, it was a bad micro switch.

Casey was very responsive to our requests for assistance and was flexible enough to work around my work schedule. He even came to our house after 5:30 P.M. on two occasions and applied our payment for his "diagnosis visit" to our overall total. His prices were affordable and very fair and the quality of his work was amazing. He was able to find and install the part we needed within 2 days. Casey was amazing. Called at 7:30 am & he was at my house by 8:30 am. He had my dryer fixed in about 45 minutes, so I didn’t even miss 1 day of laundry (with 4 kids we have lots of laundry)!!! He was professional, nice & knowledgeable. Highly recommend Casey!

The repair was the very next day from my initial call. I tried to use sears and they told me at least a week wait. I was given a price up front and he traveled across town to pickup the part and then installed yhe same day. Exttemely happy.

Casey cleaned out a small about of debris, and advised me to use hotter water, and rinsing agent to clean the dishes better. $109 for 30 min seemed a little high, but he was prompt and informative

Excellent service. I called Casey and he came out on Super Ball Sunday. I was surprised on the service. He order the part and installed it at my convenience. Washing machine runs great. Great product knowledge. I would recommend him to any one. Repair price included the service call.

Casey was very responsive. He ordered the part and was thorough enough to check the part before he came out. As it turned out the first replacement glass top was damaged. He got another one faster than expected and got it installed perfectly and professionally. I would definitely use him again. Great job.

It went very well. Initially based on the description he arrived with a possible part. However, after troubleshooting the issue was with another part. So, he returned the next day with right part and fixed it.

we called Casey at 10 on Saturday morning and he was at the door by 3 saying he knew what the problem was and that he had picked up the necessary part. he was knowledgeable, careful and very professional. he repaired the dishwasher, cleaned up the gunk inside and underneath with his wet-vac, and cleaned up after himself. he educated us on using white vinegar monthly and lemmin shine every other wash for our hard water. he called the next day to make sure we were ok. we are fine, thanks to Casey.

Called Casey in the morning. He was on his way to Palm Coast, but made it to our house yet that afternoon. Fixed the problem and the machine works great again. Saved us buying a new washing machine. Very professional and knew exactly what had to be done.

When I called the number, someone answered "yo" and when I asked who it was, they said, "who were you trying to reach Maam?" I said S&Y Appliance and they hang up, so no repair work scheduled.

Casey and Sam were exceptionally polite and professional. They came at the time they promised. I have already scheduled another repair with them. I would not use anyone but them in the future. Their price was very reasonable. It was a pleasure having someone as honest as they were. I will definitely recommend them to my friends.

Casey came prepared with parts and replaced the dryer belt along with the 2 wheel supports that the drum spins on along with some other part. he was done in ;less that one hour and the dryer is working great. He did a great job and I am very happy with his work.

Repair made and I was able to use dryer, instead of having to purchase a new one.
