Randy and his team were awesome! Brad, who was the nicest and most respectful person, removed our sidewalk, built a retaining wall( with low voltage lighting) and installed pavers to the front of our house. Believe me, at first we were really nervous about such a big project but Randy came and met with us, listened to our concerns and helped us come up with a plan within our budget. He answered every call, email and text. I took pictures of before, during and after and to see the progress ...well, the finished work in such a short time was absolutely AMAZING and worth every cent. We had lovely neighbors whom we have never met stop by asking about our experience and for his contact information which we were very happy to share.

I spoke with one of the owners and scheduled an appointment for a review of the work I wanted down. He explained that he may not be able to make it that day and would call and let me know. He called later and told me that he could not make the originally scheduled appointment and rescheduled for the next day. All very professional up to that point. He never showed up for the subsequent appointment and did not call to explain the reason or reschedule. If that is any reflection of how they treat their clients, I am glad I didn't go any further with this company.

Outstanding job done by Randy personally, again in one day of hard work. Pavers were installed with a minimum of waste and cost with a wrap around base into the back yard. Like in the last review we said we would not hesitate to use Randy and Ray's again and we did. Same professional, yet friendly service of the highest quality. We recommend Randy with out hesitation.

Randy, the owner, and his helper did and outstanding job preparing and leveling the floor, matching the design of the driveway window pane pattern and cutting and fitting the pavers. From the first phone call inquiry to the final clean up everything went very smoothly. Randy is friendly, yet professional, in his approach to the entire project. He was on time for the estimation visit, the scheduled day of the project and finished the job with a thorough cleanup in one long day of hard continuous work. We recommend, without hesitation, Randy and Ray's for the highest quality work, performed by the owner himself, not subcontractors who we hadn't met before their arrival to do the job. We were very comfortable with Randy and his helper and would not hesitate to use him again.

I was hoping for a discount but Randy and Ray's did much more. They offered free labor for the entire job (a 4 x50 foot path). They also made arrangements with a paving company (Tremron) to donate the necessary pavers. This provided a tremendous service for our wish child. It allowed him access to an otherwise unreachable part of his yard. It would have been very unlikely that this portion of his wish would have been financially feasible for the non-profit Make-A-Wish Foundation. Because of their (Randy & Rays) incredible support we were able to not only provide a modified swing set but a safe way to get there too. The generous support of Randy and Ray's also allows Make-A-Wish the opportunity to use funds we otherwise may have used for this wish to help other children with life threatening illnesses receive their wishes too. These wishes mean so much to our wish children so the more we're able to grant the bigger the difference we can make in their young lives. The service provided by this company will be invaluable to this young wish child. His home life will forever be changed with the addition of this wheelchair friendly walkway to allow him mobility around his own yard. The job went quick once he got started. It takes a while to get the pavers in and Randy is understandably busy and well worth the wait. After meeting and talking with Randy I could tell he was very knowledgeable in what he does. His prices were extremely close to everyone else and the few more dollars (compared to the lowest quotes) were definitely worth the quality and peace of mind. In addition he was the only contractor that showed a concern for the trees that were next to the walkway. He explained that if I put pavers in a certain area covered with roots it would kill the tree so instead he installed a few big pieces of stone with mondo grass in between. The "Lorax" would be proud :) The end result..I love it!

Randy called me back within a day, came out to quote price when scheduled and performed the work when he said he would. Cost was as quoted and he was very professional. I could not be happier. I would definitely use them again and would highly recommend them for any paver work.

Randy worked with me throughout the entire process and did the work by himself. He returns his calls and does the work that he says he is going to do. That is hard work laying pavers in FL in June. Randy is a very hard worker and I would certainly use him again.

Randy was prompt to respond, showed up on time for estimate & had his crew here to start the project as promised. His supplier delayed shipment of pavers but we were out of town so no problem. The lanai was done 1st & completed in time for a scheduled party. We delayed the walk for a week due to heavy rains. The walkway curves around a landscape bed in front & from the gate into the backyard they put some gentle curves for character. Also put an 8 x 8 pad adjoining the walk, inside fence for trash & recycle bins. Workmanship was fantastic & they were careful to leave the worksite clean every day. All our neighbors have admired the work done. Pavers for the next phase have been ordered & scheduled for Aug 8th. This will be a free form area approx 12 x 20 over looking the pond in back.

This is the second job they have done for me. Last year had paver patio and sitting wall built in backyard. This time had patio extended, walkway installed, and sod installed in front yard. Another quality job. Hard workers. Professional, Personable. Highly recommend.

I used Them last July. They did a beautiful job. He came out right away. They arrived with 7 pick-up trucks, all in my driveway at 7:30 in the morning. They came in and got it done in like 4 days with everything that they had to do. They knocked everything but the bedroom out. We had to remove the tile and then he took stone and put it all up around for fireplace surround.

Punctual - Honest - Trustworthy - Professional......Can't say enough Great things about these guys. My husband and I contacted them as a last minute decision to have pavers installed. We had never met them or knew anything about them prior to our review of their services available through Angie's List. On a Monday morning we spoke with Randy who gave us an estimate over the phone based on the dimensions and location we provided as well as referring us to a website to pick out a style and color. Monday afternoon supplies were delivered to our home and Tuesday morning Randy and Ray arrived just as they stated at 7a.m. and completed the job Tuesday afternoon. WOW, what a wonderful whirlwind experience. These guys are a breath of fresh air when it comes to meeting and exceeding expectations, especially these days when it is so hard to find someone who is honest, cares, and actually takes pride in their work. We absolutely Love our new pavers and what a beautiful difference it made. We will Definitely use Randy and Ray's again.

Randy was responsive and professional from consult to finish. His contracted crew of two young men, Brad and Curtis, did an excellent job. Very polite and great work ethic. The job was basically done in one day. Randy returned himself a few days later to do the seal coat - delayed due to damp weather. Patio looks great. It is exactly what we envisioned and more. We would definitely use them again and would recommend this company to anyone.

Randy Metzger was very professional, always followed up or called as promised. The work performed by his crew was outstanding! They were punctual, hard working and very polite. The work the performed was excellent and they paid very close attention to detail in the installation of the patio and benches, as well as the post-work clean up. Randy came out and listen to what I wanted. He made several suggestion on how he could install and how it would look.After I selected the pavers that I wanted and settled on the design he came out a couple of days later . He and his worker completed the job in two days He clean up after he was finished with the job.I didn't pay a penny more that what the estimate was. Randy is a professional . He did an excellent job He took an area of my yard that was weeds and dirt and turned into a very attractive useable patio ! What I liked best about Randy was that he isn't a "salesman", he listens to your thoughts/ideas and he turns them into reality !!!! LOVE MY PATIO !!! Thanks Randy !!!

The finished product exceeded expectations. I would recommend his work to anyone looking to do the same. In my experience you want a contractor to be responsive, meet commitments/deadlines, consult with you on ideas with examples, and do their own work. Randy not only met these parameters he went above and beyond.

Randy came and did the job. He was punctual and did a fantastic job! We would use him again and we will next year to expand our porch in our backyard.

Prompt response to request for estimate which was well written with block examples. Two days total work. Randy was able to add to the size of the project midstream and was happy to assist at our request. We are waiting on the sealer once the blocks settle and the weather improves. Will use again.

I contacted Randy based on other's reviews and pictures that I saw of his work. He came out and walked my property with me, listened to what I wanted and made some suggestions. He promptly got back to me with a drawing and estimate and we worked together to get it just right. He ordered the materials and we scheduled a start date. The work was done on time, on budget and exceeded my expectations. I took pictures along the way but have not figured out how to get them uploaded to Angie's list. If you go to Picasa on the web and look up my name there is a public photo album where you can see my patio. I would recommend Randy and Ray's to my friends and family and I will use them again for any landscaping needs we may have.
