The actual work process went well. The crew that performed the work was very courteous and kept job site in good order. A sealer was applied to the pavers weeks after the work was done. I am not very plesed with the results of the sealer application, but the overall results of the pavers and sitting wall is above average. Immediately after the sealer was applied, I received a letter from the paver supplier announcing a lien was being placed on my home because Randy had not paid for the pavers that were delivered to my home. Several weeks passed with me making calls to Randy inquiring when was he going to pay his debt so that the lien would be lifted from my home. Finally, after almost 2 months with a lien on my home, the paver supplier informed me that the debt had been paid and that they would remove the lien after a few weeks. Not a very pleasant experience at all. You may want to purchase your own pavers if you choose Randy & Ray's to install your pavers.

This is the third time I have used them and I come away more impressed each time. You can’t go wrong with these guys!

Our HOA solicited work to remove vegetation from 3 triangle areas. Randy & Ray's were very responsive, professional and came in with the best quote. Other company's either were not interested in "such a small" job, never bothered to return calls or just did not show up at all. highly recommend Randy & Ray's

Was very pleased with the paver job that Randy and Ray's did in my backyard. Randy showed up when he said he would for the estimate. He subcontracts the work, but the workers he uses did an excellent job on time, and the project was done within the contract price. No coming back asking for more money. Had originally planned to use concrete for the patio, but could not get any concrete companies to call me back. Much happier with the pavers, plus I added a sitting wall.

At first the wall looked great. After a couple of months the wall started leaning and gaps in blocks occured. They came out and repaired the wall. Couple of months later same thing happened. Randy came out and reglued a block that had come off. We were told the wall needed rebuilt and replacement blocks would be delivered. Never happened and I have emailed them numerous times with no response.

It went very well. There was a delay but this was due to Tremron supplying the pavers requested. They stayed in touch with me through the whole process. Debbie in their office was such a sweet and lovely person who always stayed on top of progress. I would hire them again for sure.

Randy was always on top of the job in spite of some obstacles beyond his control. He is honest and dependable. We are very pleased with the product.

Looks great. We are very please with the results. Work was done promptly. The worksite was cleaned up nicely. I felt very comfortable working with Randy. He also provided me with a drawing I could present to the homeowners association in order to get the project approved.

Wonderful company and people to work with. I'm so pleased with the results of my new driveway and am getting positive feedback from my neighbors. Professional all way. They were recommended by friends and I would do the same.

If you are in the market for a new flooring for an outdoor space, I wouldn't think twice about strongly recommending Randy and Ray's. We took on a sizable renovation of a foreclosed property, and one of the biggest issues that we encountered was with the patio. It consists of two covered lanais with three 20 foot steps going down to the pool. The house is located near a marsh, and the steps had "settled" and become detached from the house. As a result, portions of the tile that was laid on the patio had cracked and were falling off. I spent a tremendous amount of time on this component of the project - working to decide how to handle these troublesome steps. After speaking with no short of 10 experts about the issue (including a structural engineer), I hired Randy and his team to take on the job. We decided to have the steps reattached to the foundation with metal bars and then laid beautiful travertine pavers on top that were set in sand to allow for some movement. Randy's team showed up every day for this week+ project on time each day, and worked exceptionally hard (moving 1" thick travertine pavers is an absolute bear of a job). They were all extremely professional and were there just to work. The end result was awesome - he fixed my issue, and left us with the highlight of our new home - an amazing outdoor seating area. The patio is now level, and you would never know of the previous problems that we had with this space. I wouldn't think twice about recommending Randy and his team to anyone whose outdoor space needs an update.

My wife and I wanted to extend our outdoor living space and create a more functional back yard to entertain and enjoy with friends and family, so we hired Randy and Ray's. They were very helpful with the project, Randy came out to the house for an estimate and design suggestions, and his estimate was perfect for our budget. Randy's install crew was very polite and professional as well which made the entire process a delight. Our project material was delivered on July 5th and the job was complete on the 8th. The patio turned out beautiful and we love it, I recommend Randy and Ray's services to anyone interested in expanding their outdoor living space.

Randy and Ray's is a professional company, that delivers what they promise. From beginning to end, we were never disappointed. Communication was held to it's highest standards, and appointments were on time. But even more than all these truths, was the fact that they did an amazing job on our pavers! The operator who answers the phone is professional, kind and knowledgeable. The workers showed up promptly each day of the job and were perfectionists in their work. Randy and his employees were polite and courteous. When they worked in our backyard, there were several times I had to ask if they could pause their work, because I had to let my dogs outside. There was never a complaint. I would HIGHLY recommend Randy and Ray's to ANYONE looking for a great paver job well done, with a company that shows up when they say they will. We will definitely use them again for any paver work.

In the three homes we've owned, we've hired countless professionals for different projects on our homes- by far this has been the best experience we've had. I'm always so skeptical now because oh all the HORRIBLE experiences we've had, but Randy and his team were SO professional. They made good on every promise made. They were thorough, took pride in their work, made sure we were happy, and never cut any corners. I can't say enough about their work ethic and if you hire them, you'll be happy you did.

Excellent: Very efficient and the job was outstanding

Perfecly. They came right on time as scheduled. The installation crew were very nice, did an excellent job. As soon as the day ended, everything was neatly cleaned up and all materials not used were taken away. We actually had a family gathering that weekend, and we were able to enjoy our new patio right away.

I couldn't have asked for things to go any smoother. Randy gave me an estimate when he said he would and from there the process went smoothly. I would recommend them to anyone looking for pavers and may call them back for the next job. Thanks!

They did a great job leveling the area & installing beautiful pavers. The workers were very courteous & listened to my questions/concerns as they were laying the pavers. Did it all in 1 day and had it delivered on the exact day they told me the stones would be delivered. When I noticed the next week they had forgotten to glue down just 1 stone on the top of the sitting wall, I had an immediate response from Randy and within a day or 2, one of his guys showed up to glue it. I gave them a B for responsiveness due to my initial experience with them, but later they were great. In July, when I first attempted to work w/ Randy & Ray's based on all the great Angie's List reviews, I was disappointed that after coming out for the initial quote, I never heard back from them. I reached out to see if a quote was ready a few weeks later, and didn't hear back. I got busy with other projects around the house & about a month later, a newly hired admin person, Debbie, actually reached out to me to apologize & say she was taking over the admin/contact stuff so missed appointments, etc, wouldn't happen. Sure enough, from the moment I talked with her, she got the ball rolling & kept me apprised of when pavers were ordered, when they would be delivered, etc. I would definitely hire them again. Randy is great at suggestions & knows his stuff. I also like his employees & subs.

I was told how long the job would take and when we arrived home, I found the job was finished. To make it even better the gentleman doing the actual job was just cleaning up and also went over the job with me. He was as professional as Randy.

Randy was always on time and easy to deal with. I threw an added complication at him with 203k paperwork (for those of you who know what it is, it's a bit of a pain in the neck), and he handled it well. He helped us to decide on a final design, paver style, and color and it turned out beautifully! Could not be happier...

Randy & Ray LLC did an excellent job renovating a rather large natural stone patio, removing. adding, and resetting stone Pavers -- I'm very happy with the finished result ... they are professional, reliable and highly recommend them.

Installation went as discussed before the work began. The pavers showed up two days before the concrete was removed and the aggregate material delivered. The grade work and pavers were installed the next day. Required changes to the sprinkler system were done and a French drain was installed before the grade work was started. The pavers were installed so that water drained properly away from the foundation and off the driveway. Within the first month, I made two calls to have several repairs made after the job was done. One to fix a leak in the sprinkler system within the first week and one later to repair some sagging pavers on the edge of the driveway, Both time, they came promptly and the work was done properly. No issues since then. The -year warranty was the best I found.

Just great. Randy is very personable and went out of his way to supply a very small order. Good communication, easy to contact and RETURNS CALLS. Offered several suggestions on some alternate work. Will definitely use them again, if needed.
