Tech was very nice and very capable. Price was very high. $225 to install a wall plug.

They completed the job. The field supervisor showed to check the work and to make sure job was completed correctly.

hard to know how the pricing worked against any competitors, it was a small job and sometimes hard to get contractors to come out for those. The one improvement they could make is being much closer to showing up during the agreed upon time range.

I have had NH Electric do 2 jobs for me. My son was very sick and needed some things done quickly and they made it happen for me. I love this company and will use them exclusively.

Reviewed my needs, went over the exact way and parts needed, quick quote and appointment made. Showed up on time and completed the job on time as he stated. Then walked me through the completion and removed all old parts and verified everything worked before leaving.

Arrived when scheduled. Good, friendly tech. Determined issue, fixed problem identified and gave recommendations for next steps to complete repair of issue. Will use this company again for any additional electric use repairs.

I had a discussion and an estimate to install an exterior GFCI outlet. There were two ways to do the job which were priced differently. One way was to drill a hole through my exterior wall to pull the feed from an interior outlet. The second way was to take the feed from a heater that was outside and only a foot away from where the outlet was to be installed. The technician suggested the 2nd way which was less intrusive, would take less time and did not require much work. However NH is charging me for the more expensive work even though they did not have to drill any holes, run any conduit. The work took about 45 mins. I have paid my bill, as I always do, but it seems a lot of companies are lacking integrity these days. To give credit where credit is due: Shanon and the installation guy did there job. But I understand the owner made the call, so this is on him/her. Finally: I hope Home Advisor understands what some of the companies they recommend are doing. I'll do word of mouth from my friends moving forward.

Check your invoice before you pay. Find out if they will charge you extra to come out to finish the work. Make sure they do not leave broken switch plates.

The initial experience was a little off putting with the tech coming by after being injured on a previous job. I understand that if you are in pain, it is tough to work. But he did a good job and pushed through. In the future, if injured, definitely reschedule or send another tech! While I now have power to the FL room, I have lost power to my ceiling fans so I cannot say the job is completed, but the quote didn't mention ceiling fans and I missed asking about them originally. I guess I was supposed to troubleshoot the ceiling fans myself.

The technician was excellent! He was very knowledgeable, engaging, professional, and he made me feel comfortable. They were very patient with me as for as scheduling and they accommodated me each time.
