More than anything the customer service was absent when a problem arose. There was no ownership when the problem was realized. That is my biggest pain point.

Service tech Anthony was methodical and professional.

Cost to install kitchen ceiling light was as expected, but they charge a minimum. So I had to add in another project - replacing a smoke detector. But at least they were available - they did the job a week after I called vs 3 other businesses who wouldn't show up for a month!

They were quick, responsive and did a great job. A bit more than I wanted to pay, but after getting multiple quotes, they were the cheapest.

I was excited to have my power panel relocated from my kitchen to the garage so I could finally open it up to my living room. Unfortunately, this company doesnâ t stand by their word on completing projects. I paid almost $5,000 and got only 70% of the job done. At the end I was unable to take out the wall due to them routing the cables in the wall up through the attic and to the panel. The cables should have been ran in my crawl space so I could take the walls down. The manager of the job said he/they would come back and reroute the cables to finish it but I suppose amnesia kicked in. NH electric then had the audacity to quote me an additional $1800 to finish the job I already paid for! Stay away from this company, or refuse to pay until the job is 100% completed. This has been an expensive lesson to never take a businessâ s word.

Jeremy and his crew showed up on time and, after discussing the project with us and evaluating the work to be done, immediately began work. Work was completed courteously, expeditiously and efficiently. Their resources and clean up procedure were excellent.

I needed an outside outlet moved and replaced. The NH electrician came and reviewed the circuit to do what was required. He complained that the job was bigger than his companys associate from NH had quoted. Thus, he copped an attitude. However, he completed the replacement. During the process, he disconnected the old box and with it wires to another outlet. He said all was complete and was paid. He never reconnected the wires for the second outlet, leaving it uncapped and unconnected. After he left, I contacted the company and complained about the second box not working. I never received a response. I called 2 more times, no response. The experience was unprofessional and unacceptable. I would not recommend this company and am surprised they received Angis blessing. By the way, I went into the box containing the wiring and connected the freestanding wire myself.
