It went very well they were on time as scheduled. Great communications throughout. I was informed of initial the problem. Received a detailed estimate for the issue at hand and details of another issue they found. I will be scheduling again for the additional work. They were very professional.

No call. It's now Thursday and still no call. Just one of many companies that apparently do not want to do small jobs. If you are that busy or do not want to do the job then at least call and let the potential customer know so they can move on.

The service was excellent! They electrician who came (Chas, from Tampa) was excellent. He arrived on time, and worked a very long day till the job was complete. Very polite, professional, cleaned up and everything works!

They finally finished their job. The first guy that came out quoted the job and was supposed to come back then they called and said he had an emergency and they'd get with us. I called in the next day and found that they had hired him so they had to reschedule it again. They came out and they swore to me it would be done that day and at 6:30 that night when I came inside, I looked outside and they were gone. They had also told me that the guy had underbid this job but they wouldn't charge me extra. After they left, I called him and he said they had to leave and would be here first thing in the morning. The next morning I called them at 10:00 o'clock and they said they were at another job first. At 4:00 o'clock he finally came out and finished the job. They didn't waver from the original price that was quoted and the work they did was very good. It was just getting them to talk to me and follow schedule. In the mean time, my yard was dug up.

Only issue was scheduling was nightmare It took way to long to get electrian back out after initial work

Trevor and Greg were very Professional and responsive. Customer Service I would definitely give an A+ and will definitely call with any electrical issues.

The technician was here right on time, set to work assessing what we needed done, gave me a great price and was done in a couple of hours. Other companies wanted 3 times the amount, and it would take 2 full days to complete with 2 guys. Will definitely use Mr. Sparky again.

I needed to have the work done ASAP before the real estate closing. Mister Sparky came out the next day and was able to fix all of the outlets and make them up to code. Mayer was extremely professional and clean cut. My time is very important to me so I was thrilled when he came ON TIME - (I mean we all know the ones who come LATE and disappear half the time and then charge you by the hour) and stayed on task. Mister Sparky quoted me on the spot so I knew what to expect when the job was done. Everything was exactly what you should expect when you call a service company. I don't know how I got so lucky. I'll definitely call them next time I need ANYTHING electrical done! Thanks Mister Sparky!!!

Mister Sparky is top-notch! I recently had some electrical issues in my home, I had multiple outlets not working and a circuit breaker kept tripping. I called Mister Sparky and was able to get an appointment the same day. When the technician arrived he introduced himself, asked if his van was parked in a god spot, then before entering my home he slipped on shoe cover to protect my floors! He diagnosed the problem and before he began to work, he provided me with a couple of different options for fixing the problem. He also explained that Mister Sparky promises 100% satisfaction, no questions asked. The best part of having to call an electrician out to my house was that my technician had everything he needed to do the work with him. There was no need for me to take additional time off work to meet someone back out to my house. My overall opinion of Mister Sparky and their services is great! It was refreshing to have a service worker show up that was clean, organized, friendly and extremely professional. I would highly recommend Mister Sparky to anyone I know who has electrical needs.
