The manager that came out to provide the estimate was on time and provided excellent service. The two workers that did the panel replacement arrived on time and did an excellent job. They also did an excellent job on the running some electrical lines. Highly recommend this company.

Mister Sparky quoted me $547 for the work, and I was required to show them my electrical panel. After being told that my panel was not up to code, I was then given a quote of $2500 to fix it (not why I called them). I was then told by the tech that my insurance company could drop me if they found out my panel was out of code, but he promised not to report me. Wow. I couldn't get him out of my house fast enough. I will never call them again. I found a service on my own that charged me $150 and did the work excellently - no panel inspection required.

Received a call within 15 minutes of posting on Angie’s. Travis was here w/n 45 minutes as promised. He quickly found my wiring issue and resolved it. Very satisfied!

Simple circuit breaker was flipped off. Paid $299 for 10 mins of tech's time. $59 for travel, $240 with no warning that I would be charged $240 for diagnostic work. I feel this is a poor way to treat customers. Not charging by the hour but by a one size fits all is too expensive for a simple fix as was the case for my repair. Customers, beware and ask for diagnostic charge upfront. I can't imagine what the charge might have been had there been some real electrical work necessary. I did ask the tech about my garage refrigerator not working and he did quickly point out a wiring concern and told me to plug a power cord into another receptacle, which I appreciated. However, did not expect this to cost me $ 240. Again, this was all 10-12 mins of work.

Professionally installed, but at a very steep cost! Only tied into an existing fixture and mounted the two lights. Asked for a quick quote for some potential add on work, but equally outrageous.

We were without power for nearly 14 hours. The company eventually sent out their head electrician to correct some of the problems - so they did follow thru on ensuring our satisfaction - however, we will not utilize them again.

When the technician came out to give the quote, he was very professional and reassuring that the work was going to go well - and although extensive - could be done in one day. When the day of the work came, the technician arrived with two additional techs and began work. We expected the work to last 5-6 hours, for the main panel, and then expected to have power back in the house, while they completed pulling the new circuits. THANK GOD WE HAD A GENERATOR! The techs arrived around 9am and did not finish until 11pm - YUP, 14 HOURS! It was beyond ridiculous. Without our generator we would have lost 100s of dollars in groceries from our refrigerator/freezer, the house ended up being 85 degrees for us to try and sleep that night, we tried calling the main office - multiple times to see what could be done to get the work completed faster/sooner (send out some other techs, etc.) - but no response - not even when I left multiple requests for them to call me back the next day. We received nothing but "I'm sorry" and was then handed the bill for $7,350.00. Our pool cleaner was stepped on and broken - we were not told - and our brand new broom and dustpan set were taken when they were cleaning up. Based on our experience I WOULD NOT USE THEM AGAIN! It was A LOT of money to have such an awful customer service experience!

Technicians were on time, communicated very well with me, (didn't use to much Technical talk). They were polite and cleaned up after themselves. They were very efficient at their job and finished in a timely manner.

I called on Monday to ask for a quote on moving some electrical for the dining room chandelier. The woman I spoke to told me that she would have to send someone out before they would give me a price. I thought that seemed a little sketchy as other reviewers on Angie's list reported that a quote had been given over the phone. I also viewed this as a simple job and should have been an easy quote: one story house, easy access to attic, and low ceilings. The lady seemed irritated with me but said that an electrician would call me. I never heard from them again (today is Friday). I ended up hiring someone else and feel better off.

Called Mr. Sparky and they sent a technician out the next day. The initial charge was going to be over $300 to diagnose and fix. When I said "no thanks" the technician agreed to do it at the rate of $171 - with my $25 coupon from Angie's List. The repair was less than 10 minutes...and then I had to listen to a spiel about buying a service contract. The technician was very polite, respectful and knowledgeable about changing the electrical receptacle. Electricians are highly skilled but this was a very high charge for a minor repair.

Let me preface my tirade with the positives: Prompt and professional service with a side of ***. I needed an electrician to come diagnosis an issue my parents were having at their home. The breaker kept flipping and they weren't receiving power to some appliances. I contacted Mr. Sparky since they were on top of Angielist. Over the phone they stated the cost would be $60 to come out and assess the issue. Once they arrived to the home, My mother-in-law told them of a cord in the yard that could be the problem. They stated that it couldn't be that, and proceeded to diagnosis. After an hour, they were unable to find the problem and called me. (As requested) They said they couldn't find the issue and it would cost $680 to perform a full-home diagnosis. From $60 to $680…I'll stop and let that sink in for a second…I was floored and after speaking with my wife decided to contact another Electrician. "Does your rant ever end?", you may be asking yourself. Not yet. You'll enjoy this…when I contacted the other Electrician and they came out to the house. My mother-in-law told them the same thing about the cord that could be the possible problem. They agreed and went to the cord. Sure enough! That was the issue. Patched it and charged me $85 for parts and labour. $85 vs. $680. I'll let you decide the winner.

Billy was very professional. He took the time and explain what he was going to do and broke the cost down in detail. We had many options to choose from. We already knew it was going to be expensive but we chose the right price that fit our budget. When Billy came it did not take as long as I thought it would. He finish in less then 1 hour. I am very happy with the service they provided and would recommend them to anyone that needs electrical work.

Trouble confirming appointment. Called on day of appointment to confirm - was told I'd get a call back. That never came. Called again - was told technician was on the way. Electrician verbally quoted a fixed amount for the work - but didn't include the service fee. Upon completion he added $59.

They arrived on time at first but when they had to come back for subsequent visits to fix things that they had forgot it was difficult to get them on the phone. They have definitely over charged for services. Initially it when you're a new customer they will get in touch with you right away but after you have paid them for the services and some services are still to be done at times it is difficult to get a hold of them. However overall they will get the work done and since there is a corporation that holds them accountable and responsible for the work they do that always helps with the guarantee that they provide. I will not hire them unless there is no one else .

Had a 9-11 AM appointment & no one showed up. I called to check in & the office told me they were a little behind. I waited at home for 4 hours & never received a phone call or service.

The two technicians arrived on time and did an excellent job. Both cleaned up before leaving.

Terrible . Called on a Friday morning and ask for an approx. job price quote . Was told that they needed to send an electrician to look at the job I described over the phone as a small simple job . I was given an appointment time of 9:30 AM on Tues ( 4 days later) .The Tech. did not show up until 12:30 ( 3 hrs late) . The tech gave no apology or excuse for being 3 hrs late( this was after 2 phone calls by me to the MS office for a status) . I showed him the job which took appprox 10 min . . He said before he could give me a quote for the job he had to take more of my time to review Mister Sparky's process for doing the work which include a full inspection of my house electrical system . I refuse and told him he had wasted enough of my time and I just wanted a price . His quote was high and I refused to allow him to do the work .
