Description of Work: I called and e-mailed company on morning of 7/29, and again on 8/1 requesting a roof repair estimate. I received a call on 8/2 that someone would call on 8/5. Nobody did.

Description of Work: I have had two different jobs done by Manley Construction and am considering a third. The first was to build a wall in my hugh master bedroom. The two rooms are separated by pocket doors and looks as though it has always been there. The second job was to build cabinets and bookshelves into a "TV" nook in the family room. It again looks as though it has always been there. In both cases the work was done on time and in exactly the way I wanted. I would highly recommend them for any remodeling projects.

Description of Work: Roofers arrived about 7:30 a.m. on Wednesday morning; very prompt!. They brought in a huge trash dumpster and loaded all the shingles and supplies on the roof In addition, because of my husband's truck sitting in the driveway, which would not start, they were kind enough to move it for me. After all the supplies were loaded on the roof, they left for the day. on 9/1, they promptly returned around 7:30 a.m. and removed all the old shingles, black paper and accessed what rotten wood would have to be replaced. Once all the wood was replaced, they made their way around the whole roof, adding more nails to wood to bring it up to the new Florida State code. Once this was completed, they then began to lay down the 30 pound black paper and once this was completed, started working on the shingles. It must have been around 7:00 or after when they finished, then made their way around the perimeter to ensure all the old scraps of paper, old shingles and nails were picked up (they were extremely thorough) and then left. The next morning the dumpster was hauled away and you could not even tell that anyone had even been there except when I looked up and saw my beautiful new roof! I was extremely impressed with Rob and his group and can't say enough good things about the way everyone worked together to give me an AaaaHaa moment and put a smile on my face. I would HIGHLY recommend this company and if I needed more work done or knew someone who did, I would recommend Manley Construction. NOTE: I did come out to Angie's List prior to hiring Manley Construction and saw the comment one person made. All I can say is maybe that person was just having a challenging day (we all have them at sometime or another) because if he would have taken the time to explain to Rob what the problem was, I know in my heart that this company would have resolved the issue. That is just the kind of person Rob and his group are and as far as I'm concerned, he did an excellent job and I would hire him again!

Description of Work: We needed a General Contractor for our project as the scope of work covered many phases of skilled/trades. We interviewed contractors and selected Manley Construction Group as we felt they were at the head of the class. Our project entailed: drywall and ceilings, painting, tile flooring, grout work, carpeting, light demolition work, finish carpentry, doors.
