My wife was very pleased at how quickly this company responded to her requests, the pleasantness of the owner, and the quality of the work.

The team (Felicia and Kelli) arrived within the window of time that I was given. After walking through my place and reviewing all that needed to be done, they started as a team in the master bath and bedroom and finished up individually in different parts of the house. I asked that emphasis be given to the master bed and bath with light attention to the guest bed and bath.This they did. The kitchen was a nice finishing touch with the refrigerator (stainless steel) completely cleaned inside and out and all counters and floors cleaned as well. I had asked for the base boards to be cleaned but I think they need more than just a dusting. Will probably have them back to do just that throughout the house. The baseboards I'm sure are a time intensive project. They were only here for two hours and accomplished quite a bit in that amount of time. In fact, they addressed everything on my list.

I called the company to schedule an appointment. The woman I spoke with said she was unaware of any Big Deals and asked for a credit card before I could schedule an appointment. I contacted Angie's List for help.

Purchased the $99 for 4hrs deal. 2 ladies came and worked for 2hrs. The in-law cottage is 1024sf and was in need of a good cleaning. They were polite, respectful, careful with our belongings and sensitive toward my elderly mother-in-law. The attention to detail was awesome. All my calls were returned promtply and a reminder call was provided the day before.

While they came when they said they would and the ladies (two of them) were nice and professional, I'm afraid their cleaning was not adequate. The two biggest issues we had were that they didn't get our shower very clean (they didn't even seem to attempt the soap scum on the walls) and their vacuum cleaner left a more than considerable amount of pet hair and carpet fuzz on the floor. They didn't think to do a second pass, despite the fact that the level of debris on our floor is not outside the normal level for a house with a dog and a cat. (Our vacuum has no problem picking up the hair on our floors.) Overall, they seemed to devote a lot of time to things that weren't so important (hanging my necklaces on my necklace tree) at the expense of the actual cleaning. While it may be that their cleaning products (since they call themselves a "green" company) are not capable of getting things as clean as standard products, they should be upfront about that before they arrive to do a job.

Overall, Maid Brigade did a very good job cleaning my home. The cleaning crew arrived on time. Our crew included a supervisor who did a great job making sure her crew was cleaning as effectively and quickly as possible. I will absolutely use this company again.

I have used them in the past and would continue but they did not return a phone call after that. They provided fast service and the work was very good. I could not have been more pleased. I though J the owner did a very good job.

Their service is very good. We use them on a weekly basis.

I found them by responding to a mail advertisement and they were very good. There were a couple of little things that prevented them from being truly outstanding but they can be graded a good solid B across the board. I will use them again in the future.

They are okay when it comes to standard cleaning. They are not bad. They are okay with my two dogs. They take care of the house. The house isn't dirty when they leave, but it may not be as clean as I would like it. If I don't make my bed before they get here in the morning they would do it. Sometimes I feel the attention to detail is a little lacking when it comes to dusting and so forth. They don't always put things back where they get it from.

They were good. They were courteous and quick.
