Best cleaning service I've ever found. Hired them 8 years ago and they have been professional, punctual, reliable, and thorough - always a pleasure to deal with. It's the one service I pay for that is never a problem and simply makes my life easier. Occasionally, they've hired someone who is not up to their usual standard, but that person is quickly weeded out of their business. I've never been disappointed.

The team arrived exactly at the time they were scheduled and went to work immediately. They were very systematic and thorough and very understanding about our pets. They worked steadily for over three hours and when they left the house was absolutely spotless. We couldn't be happier with their work and highly recommend them.

Service was prompt at time scheduled. Only charged for time worked which was actually shorter than estimated. Friendly yet professional. Cleaning was done to my satisfaction. Will use this company for future regular cleaning once I am moved in and settled.

The cleaners are pleasant and get right to work, clean ceiling fans, bathrooms, bedrooms, even change the bed linens.

The whole time we were trying to be sold more services, and at times they were not trying to complete how the coupon was listed. Even the owner arrived and quoted the wrong time. I noticed a web on the ceiling fan before services, and it was there are as well. Employees we prompt and professional.

I was very pleased with this service. They thoroughly cleaned 3 bathrooms, kitchen, family room and floors. I was especially pleased with their attention to detail. They even stayed a little past the 4 hours to complete the floor cleaning.

I called the day before to request a Saturday morning service and that is exactly what I got. I was told the employees would be at my house between 830 and 930 and they got here at 915. They went to work right away after I explained what I wanted and they did what I asked for and more than I expected. They were really nice even when my 6 year old was in the way. My house is really clean and I will be calling them back in the future. Great job!

Owner called right before to let me know that they are going to send 3 people instead of 2 to do the work for 4 hours each. The cut the time down to 1 hour and 20 minutes. We thought that we were getting 1 person for 4 hours. There was one woman that knew what she was doing, one woman that did not like the woman that knew what she was doing so was just standing around, and another woman that was in training. The trainee was trying to clean my wood floors with water. Luckily my wife was able to stop them before my floor was damaged. It was such a hassle. The person doing all of the work did a great job, but the trainee did little work, and the other lady did almost no work.
