Description of Work: We had an old dinning room table that we had bought years ago from Mussleim's. Not sure if it was worth anything, and the top was badly stained. Jax Furniture came out, examined the table and told us it was actually quite valuable. Not veneer as I had thought, solid wood, and probably over 100 years old. The refinishing was not cheap, but the results were stellar. It's hard to find quality furniture, and it's even more gratifying to know that the table my kids grew up eating family dinners from is going to be a valuable part of our family for many years.

Description of Work: Repaired leather reclining chair. Had to visit home to see chair to know specific parachute pull for Natuzi recliner and then return to install. Later returned at no charge to adjust pull for us. Very professional organization from beginning to end and a pleasure doing business with. I would call them again for any furniture repair needed and highly recommend their services to others. I also know they are respected in our community enough to provide on-going assist to world renown health care provider in our area near where I live. Very high reflection of quality service and performance on them.

Description of Work: Stripped and refinished family heirloom cedar chest. Prior to that they refinished the top of a dinning room table ...approx. $750 Fabulous business to work with. Very honest.

Description of Work: They received my furniture (two pieces) and are allowing them to stay in their warehouse until my housing is ready in a few months. They also have a showroom and the woman who helped us found the exact type of fabric that we were looking for to upholster one of my pieces. They have a nice selection of fabrics from which to choose.

Description of Work: They repaired a recliner. They estimated it would take three weeks and said they would contact me after two weeks with a progress report. They did exactly that. I have never before had a company call me with a status update. Very refreshing. I will certainly use them again.

Description of Work: Refinished half of the dining table top that I spilled nail polish remover on. It was an antique white finish. They did an outstanding job matching the color and finish and saved me the price of refinishing the whole table top. In addition there office manager, Susanne, kept me well informed throughout the process. She was a real gem. I cannot say enough good things about her or Bill orthepedic person who did the staining and finishing. We are so happy with the end result.
