Justin and the crew that came to my house were excellent and offered suggestions in the repair of my screened enclosure that was damaged last October from Hurricane Matthew, I highly recommend Impact for your pool or gutters.

They showed up on the scheduled time and completed the job in a timely manner. They cleaned up all the unused materials & hauled them off. We are 100% satisfied.

Needed 13 panels repaired after Hurricane MATTHEW. Screen was ovcer 10 years old so went ahead and replaced all lower panels and all tapons. Was initially quoted 4-6 weeks out, but an opening became available and the job was knocked out in 2 days! Very professional installation. No clean up required on my part - will hire again - if needed! The price was right too!

I will use this company again. It was a fairly big job with hard to get to places on a high pool enclosure. Joe worked a lot of extra hours on on the job to try to get things , even though I did not see the work being done, JP had to get to some high spots on the enclosure that took some creativity to get to.

Paul came to provide the quote and gave me options with no pressure to decide between rescreen and repairs. He followed up several times in a professional manner to try and earn my business. After agreeing to do the work, they scheduled my job and then met my needs for completion date. Jacob and Mitchell did the installation work and were very prompt, kind, and professional. They cleaned up entirely after the job and accommodated a need to add thresholds to the new doors they installed.

It went very well. A few delays but Al and Jimmy, the installers did a very good job in a timely manner.

The estimator arrived on time three days after the hurricane and despite a busy schedule, spent a fair amount of time taking complete measurements of the enclosure, advising us of options, answering questions and explaining his recommendations. There was no sales pressure. We signed an order and were provided with copies of the contractor's license and insurance docs, as well as contact info for the project manager. We were told to expect a three week lead time for the project. Three weeks later, a crew arrived to begin the work. The workers were courteous and tolerated questions. We requested they replace a section of new screen due to a minor, but noticeable variation in the color of that panel and it was promptly taken care of. We are pleased with the project outcome and with our overall experience with Impact Enclosures. They are not rated for cost, as we obtained no competing estimates.

When I contacted Impact Enclosures, I was advised to email them photos of the damage to expedite the process. I was contacted by Trevor who reviewed the photos and said they could do the repairs for a minimal fee. We proceeded to schedule an appointment which I ended up having to cancel and rescheduled for a later date. When I rescheduled, I asked if they could give me a timeframe of when the repairman would arrive on the day of the appointment. I was told that the repairman would contact me the day of to confirm a time but that it should be between 8-1pm. The day of the day appointment, I waited til about 10am, then contacted Impact Enclosures to confirm that someone was still coming that day since I hadn't heard from anyone. I was told that we did have an appointment, but they still couldn't confirm a time and that the repairman would contact me when he was on the way. I continued to wait, not knowing what time they'd actually show up. After 1pm, my husband contacted them to give them his info because I had to leave our house. When he called, he was asked what Impact Enclosures was coming to repair. He told them the area where the wall meets the roof in our enclosed patio. The women proceeded to tell my husband that they don't do roofs because they can't guarantee their quality and that she would check with the installer and her boss to make sure. We continued to wait, ALL DAY, and never heard back from them. NO ONE SHOWED UP, NO ONE BOTHERED TO CALL US BACK. We wasted an entire day dealing with them.

It has been in place for almost a year. Last week Hurricane Matthew blew through. We evacuated, but our enclosure was unscathed and still tight!! The impact "crew" was on schedule, very courteous, amazingly tidy and professional in every manner. No call-backs for anything! From the first contact with Ryan Hammers for an estimate until today, over a year and a hurricane later, I remain very impressed and very satisfied with everything that they did for us.

Al did a wonderful job! He was very thorough and professional. We would definitely recommend Impact Enclosures and Al to anyone!!
