I was very impressed with Impact Enclosures. I rarely write reviews, but this company, and Adam and his helper in particular, deserve the call-out. I left a message with Impact Enclosures immediately after Hurricane Irma. I was concerned that it was going to take a very long time to get someone to come out to my house. Within one week, they had Adam and his helper (sorry, I forgot his name...it has been a week) come out to my house. I originally thought that I had less damage than I did. When I started walking around with Adam, it was apparent that I had more damage than I thought. I ended up redoing my roof area of my screened enclosure. Adam and his helper were extremely nice to work with and they clearly knew what they were doing. I was impressed with the professionalism, good attitude and quick service. Adam worked with me on everything and between the day he came out and part of the next day, all of the work was completed and very nicely done. I would not hesitate to use this firm and I have already recommended them to several people who have been in the same place as I was after Irma. Thank you Impact Enclosures. If I ever have an issue again, I will be calling you back without hesitation.

We purchased a vacant foreclosure that required a full pool screen frame cleaning and re-screen. We spoke with a number of companies and received nearly identical quotes for the work. We selected Impact Enclosures due to several recommendations, and we were not disappointed. My interaction began with the team staying in touch with me while I was coordinating several other repairs, then coming out extremely quickly when the time came to do the repair and getting the work done fast. The finished quality looks amazing, and after the hurricane they came out without being asked to review how the screen held up, and made a couple of minor repairs at no charge on their own accord. I am very impressed. In the end, my point of view is if you can get the best for the same price as all the rest, why would you go with anyone else. If you're going to have work done on your pool screen Impact Enclosures is a no-brainer.

They are ultra responsive. They get out and do the work. They are very, very, very professional.

They came out the next day. It was excellent. Responsiveness was the next day...that is incredible. They make it easy.

still leaks! I thought everything was fine when they installed it. And I left a great review. However, then it started to leak within months. They came right out and sealed it but then it leaked again in the same places. So they told me that my house roof was the problem and it needed to be replaced to stop the leaking in the screen room...ok? So I had a new roof installed and guess what? It leaked in the same two places. Called them again and they came right out and insured me that this time they found the leaks and sealed them. BUT then it leaked again within a year. Now when i call them they dont respond. The last time I called I also informed them that the metal frame has a white flaky crust to it on top of the roof leaking. They said they would get back to me and blew me off. Not very professional in my opinion. They talk a great game and show up and complete the work fast for sure but they do not stand by their work. Also, I asked the guy doing the neighbors screen room to look at mine and he said the seam along the house was done wrong from the start. Told me that impact had used the wrong flashing to do the seam and it would cost me $1200 for him to redo it. Well I cant afford to pay someone to fix something that I already paid for so to this day I am stuck with a leaky screen room. I do not recommend this company.

From the first contact with Ryan (owner) to meticulous installation by Jeff and his crew, final inspection by Philip - it was a PLEASURE working with Impact Enclosure. Ryan came prepared not only with brochures, but insurance and license information, discussing our options, making recommendations to deal with issues like pine needle buildup, advising us on county requirements. Sensitive to the fact that this was a replacement due to storm damage, Ryan got us needed drawings overnight to expedite HOA approval, then moved forward quickly to ensure we had a safe environment around our pool. The crew was careful of our property and left everything totally cleaned up. Wish we could give them more than 5 stars!

The two Impact Enclosure reps arrived right on time, knew exactly what was needed to be done and explained the procedures to us quite clearly. They got to work and continued throughout the afternoon hard at work the entire time. During the course of the renovation they explained exactly what they were doing and gave us great peace of mind. If you need a new enclosure or maintenance on an existing one, Impact Enclosures will handle quickly and expertly. We won't hesitate to call them again.

The whole process was very positive, particularly in view of the fact that the Jacksonville area had a unusually long series of daily storms that pushed back the patio install several weeks which resulted in the screen enclosure to be put on hold, the classic domino effect. However, the Impact team, Eric, Justin and Tammy, were very responsivie in standing by to do the installation so that it could be finished before we had to leave for long-scheduled travel. Very pleased with the quality of the installation, screen, and our Impact Enclosure experience, and would highly recommend them.

It went well. They did a great job. It was done in two days. We are very pleased! The two young men doing the work did a great job! When the Rep. for the company came out he went into a detailed drawing and explanation if all that would be done and type of material used. We had the option of some additional things done if we wanted them. Thanks for a job well done Mitch and Sam!

Our screened enclosure had to be done with a roof strong enough to support a person, so you could get up there and blow off leaves and we wanted something with a little flair. We got both! The roof is strong and the enclosure has three big beautiful wood columns! The wood is a gorgeous addition to the room. So happy with the look! Justin listened and gave us something special. Our installers were great! No mess, no noise, more than prompt and very pleasant. We recommend Impact Enclosures!

The screen is fabulous. We found the company professional, competent and honorable. The price was very reasonable and the workmanship exceptional. The standouts for us were Al and Jimmy, our installers. They were respectful, efficient and hard working. Contractors who actually worked a full day and took pride in their work.
