The Impact Enclosure installing technician showed up at the time he said he was going to be here. The install took about 3 hours and the technician did an excellent job. The enclosure looks great and with our hot, humid summers in Florida now we are able to keep the bugs out of our patio and house. We are very happy with the quality of work done by Impact Enclosures and would recommend them to anyone looking to install a screen enclosure.

We received outstanding service and workmanship. The crew was punctual, courteous and patient with questions and explanations. They were also flexible with scheduling when weather, vacation and other work being done on the porch caused delays or changes. From estimate to job completion, everything was very professional. All workers were courteous, explained what they were doing, and cleaned up each day. Michael & Harrison, my installers, arrived at 7:30 AM and worked straight through until the job was complete. I was very pleased with the entire process.

Jacob and crew were professional, informative, and performed quality work. Eric (mgr) kept us informed with status and scheduling. Their pricing was competitive, but for us the decision came down to "builders and other trades" recommended them.

Impact Enclosures has an experienced team of professionals that provide a quality product for a competitive price. Our residence sustained significant damage from Hurricane Irma including the screened pool enclosure. We found the entire team at Impact Enclosures to be knowledgeable – sales, design & engineering, permits, fabrication & installation services. Their field crew completed the existing pool enclosure tear down and new replacement in one week. The total duration to complete the project from notice to proceed through final inspection was eight (8) weeks. I would highly recommend Impact Enclosures to future projects.

We had an amazing experience with Impact Enclosures. We were referred by a friend. I had to handle the entire repair as my husband was out of state. The over-the-phone quote was very simple. I put my name on a wait list for availability asap and sure enough, I received a call the next day and they were able to come within 4 days. Paul was our Project Manager and was fabulous. He was very professional, friendly, and even dealt with my needy dogs by saying hi so they would stop making a fuss. He went through the project quickly, gave me options on the spot that actually saved money, and showed me ways to care for the lanai screen. I can't say enough about Paul and his professionalism, honesty, and great work. I would recommend this company and Paul to everyone!

They did a phenomenal job installing a panoramic and 20x20 screen enclosure as well as three impact drains along the bottom - which nobody else has. The team was professional, cleaned up after themselves and they had somebody come by afterwards to check up on their work. Would absolutely use them again.

Was told by salesman that there was a 8-10 week wait. Twelve weeks later, after no response, finally managed to get a date 3 days later. The crew arrived about 2 hours later than expected, but I had nothing else to do that day, so I didn’t mind. 4-5 men showed up for the job, which took 2 days. The crew, lead by Adam, I believe his name was, were friendly and willing to answer all my questions. They did a TERRIFIC job and later cleaned the premises. I’m sure with the amount of wind and hurricane damage here in Florida, Impact Enclosures, as well as other similar companies are swamped with work, so they can’t be totally blamed for some shortcomings. I would use them again as well as recommend their services to others.

It went extremely well. Jacob and Mitch arrived a day early, worked diligently all day, finished the job in 6 hours, and cleaned up before they left. Two weeks later, Impact dropped by for a quality review to ensure the job was done correctly. From the initial estimate to the quality review, Impact Enclosures was a joy to work with.

The two man crew did an outstanding job building our screened enclosure. They answered every questioned we asked and keep us informed on the progress. They used 20/20 screening which keeps out all of the bugs and their material is top of the line They were outstanding professionals and did a daily clean up. I would highly recommend not only for their quality of work but also for there very reasonable pricing.

Called company yesterday to replace 4 panels on swimming pool screen. Was told they are not accepting new clients. I believe they should be removed from Angies List if not accepting clients.

Extremely well. Communication with office staff and field personnel was excellent. Crew doing installation (Mitch and Sam) was efficient, organized and very conscientious. Clean up was excellent.

I hired this company because they appeared to be very professional and organized. We contracted for a screened patio and widened driveway After my deposit was made, and my HOA approval sent, things went downhill quickly. I waited and waited for communication from this company, and finally had to call three times to get any answers about my project. I was told the pavers were on order. Right after that, I received a call from the salesperson, Ron Keiser, and was told my quote was incorrect, and that they wanted over a $1000 more for the job. Needless to say, we did not comply with that request, as I had the job in writing. A couple of weeks later (over three months in at this point) we were told we were starting. The sod removal and footer went in seamlessly. However, the pavers were due....tomorrow....maybe in a few days......next week.....! They did come a little earlier than the last report, and were installed the next day. However, the paver people kept telling me they knew nothing about the driveway. We had to get with the owner because the paver people cut our irrigation system and most of it did not work. We also found out the dog door was not included as I had asked for. That cost us over $300.00 Then the wait began again. The screened enclosure took another month to start. Again, no communication except when my husband would call the owner. They did a nice job on the screening, but left the gutters a mess. They cut my light colored gutter out and installed a black one to match the enclosure. However, they left the ends of my previous gutters open. It took six months to get the job done, when we were told 8-10 weeks to start, including permit time. Our driveway never did get done. Imagine my surprise when we were billed for the driveway. My husband called the owner (the only way things got done), and told him to take off the driveway, and that the bill would be paid when the gutters were completed. A few days later the office called and asked for the money. When I told them I wanted a new bill with out the driveway, I received a snippy " Have you told anyone about this before now?" I would not hire this firm again.

Could not be more happy with our Impact Enclosure! Rob and his crew were courteous and skillful as put together our screen room. Impact Enclosures made the building process a pleasant experience!

Mitch and Sam showed up on time after giving me a courtesy call that they would arrive in 30 minutes. They worked quickly and efficiently. They replaced the panels which blend in perfectly with the rest of the screens. They cleaned up all the trimmings and made sure I was satisfied with the work. They even tightened a couple of loose screws that were too high for me to reach.

Excellent. The experience could not have been better.

Andy and Nate did a very professional job on the total rescreen of our pool cage. They were very courteous and friendly and cleaned up the pool area upon completion of the job.
