My experience has gone very well. The staff is very professional and knowledgeable in their field. The pricing is reasonable and I would recommend this company to others.

Wish all my business dealings were this pleasant! Justine was prompt to the initial appointment. He thoroughly explained the product choices and options. He answered my questions and gave recommendations. Work was completely within the time frame quoted. I didn't get a chance to meet Eric who actually did the work, but we spoke. He didn't just answer my question, he explained it very well. The initial experience was wonderful, but follow-up grade of "F". I have called twice in the past 4 weeks asking for a service call. Haven't returned my calls. Couldn't in good conscience recommend them to my neighbor for this reason.

From the time of first contact They were very professional and friendly. Jason came to my home to give me the estimate, He was prompt and very informative. The price he quoted me was thousands less than any of the other companies that quoted me on the job. Installer Al showed up to do the job ( way ahead of schedule which made my wife and I very happy) and was also very professional and a very hard worker. The guy is a perfectionist and it shows in his work. We are very happy with our new screen room and we will refer them to anyone we meet that needs a screen room. The entire transaction from estimate to completion of the room was very smooth and pleasant.

First, it was a pleasure meeting Ryan and working with him from start to finish on our screen enclosure. He gave us the best quote, provided a very professional drawing with the quote, followed up with a 3D drawing, worked with our home owners association on any questions/comments they had, and had a great crew to put up the cage. He and his team came up with creative solutions to our enclosure and it turned out beautiful. I would highly recommend Impact Enclosures for anyone that is looking to add a screen enclosure.

Justin from Impact came out to give us an estimate. We had already received another estimate from a different contractor who impressed us, but Justin came up with a lower price that included upgrades the first contractor didn't mention. Both companies had excellent reviews, but we decided on Impact primarily because we wanted the upgrades (including super screen and drain inserts). The lower price was a bonus. Impact took care of getting the building permit from the county, and installation was scheduled shortly after the permit was granted. Paul did the installation and did an excellent job. He arrived on time and was very meticulous and thorough. He really took his time to ensure the the enclosure was perfect and it was obvious he takes pride in his work. The job took a day and a half. We're very pleased with our enclosure and would use Impact again

We originally contacted Impact Enclosures as we were considering building a Florida room on the back of our home. After getting a few estimates we really liked Ryan's vision and company. We felt the most comfortable with Impact Enclosures and their estimate was the lowest but ultimately we couldn't justify the overall cost of the Florida room. We scaled back our project to an area with pavers and a fire pit with an enclosure over roughly half of the paved area. We called Ryan with Impact Enclosures again to get an estimate and a couple other companies for comparison. Impact Enclosure's pricing was the lowest estimate again!! Honestly, we were leaning towards them to begin with due to the wonderful attention we had been given during the Florida room process but felt we had to have comparison quotes. The whole installation went very well. Ryan introduced us to the company who did our paver/fire pit work and worked directly with that other contractor to get the overall project completed. Al did a awesome job on the enclosure as he has incredible attention to detail which showed in the final product. Overall, I would highly recommend Impact Enclosures. Ryan was very responsive with his communications which I've found to be a rarity in the construction business and very much appreciated. We were a little indecisive at points during this process between the Florida room and the screen enclosure but Ryan never indicated any frustration in dealing with us even after a significant drop in overall project cost. He understood that ultimately we have to live with the expense and the final product.

Excellent! From start to finish, nice, professional job. Ryan did a great job with our initial visit with showing me options for hardware and materials - informative but not pushy. The installers Eric and Link were also easy to work with, showed up when they told me they would, called me personally if there were any changes in their schedule, and created a beautiful, sturdy enclosure. When we asked for some additions and changes, they were polite and responsive. You could tell they enjoyed their work and took pride in their job, a refreshing perspective!

The work was high quality and was so good I'm considering them to place a teak wood ceiling to accentuate the patio. Have and will recommend them for friends and neighbors. The B for punctuality was beyond their control (i.e. weather).

The crew was very professional and courteous. They did an excellent job and were very thorough. Ryan Hammers was very particular about quality and did not bill us till the job was completed and passed all Homeowner Association inspections and requirements. We highly recommend Impact Enclosures.

The work was scheduled very quickly and done timely and professionally, with no problems at all. Ryan asked what we needed and wanted done and gave appropriate advice, without trying to upsell. Ryan listened to how we intended to use the room then made recommendations based on what we were attempting to accomplish. From the beginning the experience was positive; every question received a quick response, the employees always kept us updated with the agenda for the day and what to expect in the coming days and even the sub-contactor used for the electrical explained the process prior to starting the job. With that being said, no construction job will ever be 100% perfect so my true measure of a contractor is the overall quality and how they respond to issues after final payment is received. About a month after our room was completed we had our first big rain storm and discovered a small leak. I left a message for Ryan and he responded the same day and had someone out to the house the very next day to resolve the issue (no issues since the last visit). While next day service should not always be expected it was a pleasant surprise. I would highly recommend Impact Enclosures for the quality, design, price and service.

Ryan (The Owner) was awesome from our first meeting. He tootk the time to discuss the project in detail and was very professional. His crew took great pride in the work they did. There was a delay in getting the project completed as initially quoted, but because Ryan and his team remainde committed to doingthe job right, I couldn't be more pleased with the outcome. For the price we paid, we got an outstanding product and excellent customer service. I highly recommend this company and their services.

Everything they said they would do, was on time and as expected. The salesman was very thorough in explaining what needed to be done. They provided excellent drawings for me to submit to my HOA. One little glitch....when we started demolition for the window frames, we discovered that the support posts holding the roof were rotten and needed to be replaced. Within 1 day, they assessed what needed to be done and had someone there to replace the posts. I asked for the ceiling to be replaced; and they had installed a wood ceiling that looks gorgeous. They were knowledgeable about the St Johns county codes and the electricians were superb. They told me that after the frame work was up that we would have to wait about 3 weeks for the glass to be delivered. It was delivered and installed within a day or two of their estimate. The porch looks gorgeous. I think I am going to live out there full time.

We recently hired Impact Enclosures to replace the screen surrounding our built-in pool/patio. We are extremely satisfied with the overall experience. They were very friendly and pleasant to do business with. The installer worked incredibly hard and did a great job. He went above and beyond to make sure the job was done properly and cleaned up well before he left. The new screen looks great. We upgraded from a standard screen to the 20-20. The new screen lets in a little less wind and light. So our pool is a degree or 2 cooler then normal. But it keeps out the bugs, including the gnats. I would recommend Impact Enclosures to anyone looking to replace their screen.

Fantastic work. Great service and a very good price. the guys cleared the gutter next to the pool screen as a favor; very nice of them. The co-owner, Ryan, is a great guy and trust worthy. They do the right thing. Ryan spotted a couple of things at the end of the job that just made things better, even replaced the screen door packages for free. I almost look forward to replacing my pool screen again! thanks guys.

Called Impact Enclosures and they came out very quickly to look at what could be done for the back patio. Spoke to Jason and he helped me with ideas on installing the right type of enclosure. I already had the concrete pad and the covered roof but had a portion of concrete that was not covered and was mostly unusable. Jason suggested installing a roof over the area which would make the usable area larger and would help keeping out most of the rain. He also went over color options, size of screen mesh, and position of the door. Since I needed the work to be done on a Saturday it did take a bit for them to be able to schedule somebody to come out for the job but I greatly appreciated that they accommodated me on this request. Alan came out early on Saturday and began the install. I was very impressed with Alan. He worked non-stop the entire day, actually almost till 9 in the evening, and his attention to detail was incredible. I asked about some of the gaps that happen because of the plastic siding and he said he always made sure he covered any gaps he found after the work was done. The Saturday he came out was a hot day and my back yard gets the sun from about 2 pm until it sets so it gets very hot out there. Alan worked through the heat and this did not keep him from doing an excellent job. The install was more work than I anticipated and was almost finished on Saturday but still needed to have the screen mesh on some sides finished and the caulking of gaps done. I spoke to Alan and he said he could come back on Monday and if I left the yard gate unlocked he would come and finish and lock it when he left. When I arrived home on Monday evening he had done just as he had said. I was so happy to see the enclosure finished and looking so great!! He caulked even gaps that I had not noticed; I mean, he made sure all and any little crevices or open gaps were done!! He cleaned up after he was finished and closed the gate when he left as he promised. I can't say enough of how fantastic Alan was and what a superb job he did. I am very happy with the enclosure and spend so much time out there now. Pricing was just as quoted and I found to be very satisfactory according to all of the work that Alan did. Very happy with Impact Enclosures and highly recommend them to anybody who needs any type of outdoor enclosure.

Ryan and his team were amazing. We had shopped around with some other enclosure companies and were not impressed until we met Ryan from Impact Enclosures. A neighbor had actually referred us to them, as he had some work done by them as well. My wife is very detail orientated and wanted the enclosure to be done a certain way. With the specifics of how my wife wanted the expansion to be, Ryan was able to deliver. He was able to arrange all the necessary sub-contractors to complete the various stages of the process without ever coming back to us to say it couldn't be done. His ability to be flexible and ensure complete follow through made us very confident with the process. The end result was better then what we anticipated. We were so impressed that we have already referred Ryan and Impact Enclosures to other home owners. You will not find a more dedicated person and company to complete your backyard needs.

Arrived on time, was very professional and did not charge for some little extras that were required to complete the job.

My only complaint is that it took 2 weeks and 4 phone calls to arrange the visit, because the job was so small. Understandable, but a little frustrating.

The pergola had a lot of detail designed into it and it was followed in every aspect. It looks great.

They have a very good website. It showed a lot of their work and it provided some educational videos which were very helpful. The gentleman that did the actual work did a really good job. He is very detailed and everything was done right. They were more punctual that I was expecting.

I had 3 estimates for our screen room addition. Ryan had come out and to give us our estimate and was very prompt, knowledgeable, and courteous. We talked about why we wanted the addition and he made a few recommendations that we had not thought of nor were asked prior. We have a rambunctious puppy and cats, he recommended dog screen or solid kick plate for the bottom so we weren't constantly repairing screen, we went with the screen. We also had a certain screen put in to prevent the no-see-ums which is why we originally wanted the addition. I didn't know there were so many different screens. The crew were very polite and communicated with us about any concerns or questions. They were meticulous too, even on the screw placement, they all line up and match. When all was done I couldn't even tell their was construction in our yard. Also Justin had come out to do and a final inspection and personally thank us for choosing them. It's the little things that matter to us. These guys are a great group. Can't wait for spring and summer to enjoy our new addition.

I went through about 5 quotes before settling with Ryan and Impact Enclosures. He came out and provided us different options. We were on a budget so we didn't go with any high-end stucco type enclosures. He told us what would look best given our constraints. He had a big portfolio so we saw his handy work on his computer he brought. We told him that we were thinking of getting a dog later so we asked about having them install a doggie door. We were able to find one online that was a little less expensive that the one he had in stock so he worked with us to get us the best deal (that was really great of him). Since our job was not very complicated, he had one of his installers tackle the job himself. The guy that came out was very professional and did an excellent job. He made sure that all edges were sealed and the screen was tight. He asked us about door placements (regular door and doggie). He made a great suggestion about having the doggie door close to the real door so that training goes a little better. He even redid some work because we changed our mind about the door handle. We thought the handle was going to work with our little kids but we wrong on the height. When we had the kids try it it was too high. He said it was no problem and moved it. He even made a small plate so that the holes from the first handle wouldn't show. We have had it now for almost 8 months and the screen is still looking very good even though it gets pounded by multiple kids and a dog.
