Ryan Hammers is as professional as they get in his business. It's hard to find contractors that follow through with what they said they would do. I believe the quality of work starts with the owners and then his staff which drives the results they produce. I felt very confident with him and his work over several meetings and pictures of other jobs that were much more elaborate than mine. He may be a little higher than some enclosure companies in price but there is no drama with these guys that other contractors could bring into the mix and is very good to work with. It is my pleasure to recommend Impact Enclosures, Ryan H and the lead installer Ryan for any type of job for your outdoor living project.

Ryan and his crew are tops in our books! Ryan showed up promptly for the estimate. Professional and presentable. Gave us the estimate and explained about the Permit and timeline. We had our patio installed. Then we had to wait a week for St johns county to issue permit for the footers. The patio guys poured the footers and completed the patio. Ryan's guys - Dan and George arrived on Tuesday morning and promptly went to work . My enclosure was completed 5 days later. Not a hitch, not a hiccup. Its beautiful. They cleaned after the job and washed the patio and raked the lawn! Job well done Dan and George! We would hire this company again in a heartbeat. We do not hesitate to recommend these guys. Ryan went above and beyond to answer my questions and always returned my many calls and texts.

I had one crew the whole way through. It was a difficult intensive very large screen over my deck. The work area was kept clean at all times. The concern for the design was addressed everyday to make sure it was exactly the way I wanted it. They kept their professionalism the whole way through it. There was no loud music or joking around. No one talked on the phone. They took this very seriously

Ryan and his crew were great! Ryan did not try to up sell us and he truly listened to what we wanted. They rescreened our lanai and added a roof with ceiling fan. This helps to keep water and bugs out making it a more usable space for the family! Ryan and his crew were very professional and never once entered our home. As a stay at home mom, I get nervousness having unknown workers at my home but I never once felt uncomfortable with Ryan or his crew! Ryan went above and beyond when he was here even cleaned out a gutter which was not part of the job!! We really appreciated Ryan making a referral for our paver project as well. We priced out other company's and impact was the most reasonable. We are very happy with the finished product and would not hesitate to contact them again!

We simply don't have contractors perform major work at our home when we aren't around. Well, put those concerns away if Impact Enclosures is your contractor. From our first meeting with Ryan, the firm's owner to the work and subsequent clean-up by his technician Eric and subcontractors there simply were no concerns. If you have questions they provide answers rapidly and the design and installation were all "top quality".

Impact Enclosures did a fantastic job in building a pergola at my residence. Ryan, who sold the job and was my point-of-contact, was very personable and responsive throughout the process. Paul built the pergola, and did a fantastic job in working with me to ensure it met our particular specs. The pergola is extremely sturdy, and should last for several years. Overall very well done, and I'd certainly hire Impact Enclosures for future projects.

The upgrade to the screen material and the repair of the screen door frame was performed as required. The price for these services was exceptionally high but I was forced to use this contractor because he was a subcontractor for the main contractor on this job.

They did a really good job from start to finish.The men who did the installation were very friendy and efficient. Ryan did every thing he could to make this a good job for us. Job was complete in a few days. We requested a change in the way one wall's panels were layed out that required it to be re-engineered which Ryan Hammers insisted they cover for us. .

The workers were VERY professional, polite and fast paced. Daniel and his crew completed a very large screen enclosure (covering my patio/pool area) in less than a week! They worked steady and were always polite and professional. We were very pleased with the outcome of our new screen enclosure and would not hesitate to use them again! They also cleaned up after the job.

Impact enclosures did great work in a timely manner. TJ was our contractor and was very nice and hard working. He would stay past dark to finish the job but most importantly do it right! We were extremely happy with the end result. Didn't realize the new technology with screens and impact enclosures educated us on all of that while staying within our budget. Thanks again!!

I do not have any worst parts to say about my experience with them. They are very good and very professional. They have excellent ownership and they deliver what they say. They are top flight and their price is very fair. I did not have anybody else to look at and I was satisfied with them so I went with them. This far, they are almost complete with the work and its quality is very good. I would absolutely use them again in the future if need be.

It went great. They removed the vinyl windows from the enclosure on Friday and returned them on Monday. The screens were replaced on Monday as well. Everything was done in an expedient and professional manner by both Dan and Mike. They added new life to that old porch! My only complaint is that it was hard to get them to nail down a date for when the service would take place. I had to follow-up multiple times, but they were always polite. Granted, I really didn't need to be there to let them perform the service, but I still had a hard time getting a firm date until days before.

Great job! Quickly completed, fairly priced, quality work. We are very pleased with the finished product.

The service provided by the Impact Enclosures was phenomenal. The quality of work and timeliness was superb... from the moment I met with Ryan to the completion of the project. Eric and Link came to my house and worked non-stop until the project was completed. Eric is the most kind, friendly, and knowledgeable worker I have ever met. They knew their stuff. They both answered every question I had with the most respect. Their manners and communication skills were unbelievable (can not say the same about other companies). From the very beginning this was an excellent experience. The proposal was well composed and the options and costs were clear. Ryan took the time to make sure we understood each step in the process and the associated timing. Everything followed through exactly as outlined. Ryan was easy to communicate with and responsive each time I reached out with a question. Dan and Jeff were the team who constructed the enclosure. They were punctual, professional and organized. The end result is exactly what we wanted and the workmanship was superb. Everything was spick and span at the end of the day, as well. I would highly recommend this company and would hire them again without hesitation.

Impact Enclosures performed all aspects of the job in a very professional and competent manner. They were very willing to come out and thoroughly assess the problem and talk to us extensively about the scope of the project. At first they were concerned that it might not be feasible to complete the project as we envisioned it and submitted a very professional proposal including sketches and measurements of the proposed construction utiliizing a shingle roof. After further discussion with us, they brainstormed the issues and resubmitted a proposal that included the polycarbonate roof and agreed to take the job. Their actual construction work was equally competent. Our installer was a craftsman who took enormous pride and care in his work. He was punctual and diligent, consulting with us on each step of the project, patiently explained each aspect and answered our numerous questions. After the first rain, he followed up with us to make some adjustments in a couple of areas where there were minor leaks. He is determined to make sure that we are satisfied with the finished result. Our dealings with their other staff have been very positive and responsive, we have always been treated in a friendly, respectful manner with our numerous phone calls and emails answered and returned. The final product is an enclosure which enhances the beauty of our home, adds value to our investment and will be enjoyed for many years to come. We highly recommend Impact Enclosures!

It could not have gone better. We needed to find a way to restore privacy at our pool following a major construction project next door. We asked Ryan of Impact Enclosures for his suggestions and he proposed a Florida Glass screen. We agreed with his suggestion but needed approval from our home owners' association. After we received that permission, we alerted Ryan -- and he had a crew there the very next day! The crew installed the Florida Glass promptly and expertly. And now our privacy is back!

Impact Enclosures was excellent all around. Ryan Hammers (one of the two owners) was a pleasure to work with, and was very responsive and accomadating to my several questions and design changes. Al (who did the actual work) was very professional and meticulous, and did an outstanding job installing my screened enclosure.
