The team came out quick, completed the job in a matter of hours and cleaned up behind themselves. I would hire Impact Enclosures again. Impact was also the lowest bidder.

This is not the first time we have used Impact Enclosures to do work for us. From the beginning, Ryan has been exceptional in doing business with us. Alan B. and Jimmy, his helper, worked on our screen, building it and constructing it on site. He is extremely detail oriented and does an outstanding job from beginning to end. Alan laid out all materials prior to constructing the cage. There were damaged pieces delivered and new pieces were brought out and the others taken away. All done in a timely manner by Alan B. Allareas caulked as needed to ensure adequate seal on all areas. As we were in the midst of Hurricaine Hermine, Alan came out every day and worked until the wind and/or rain prevented him and would come back when it stopped. He persevered in these conditions, of which we are very impressed. We highly recommend Alan B. and Impact Enclosures! Thank you Ryan!

The work is flawless. Jeff and Jacob pressure washed the entire enclosure and performed all the repairs. After the re-screening, the entire enclosure looks brand new. Eric, their Operations Manager, kept me up to date on the schedule and satisfactorily answered all my questions. I would definitely use them again.

the crew arrived on time each day , they were courteous, clean, informative, most professional. they also asked for my input on certain details, rather than just doing them. i can highly recommend this company, and have to three of my friends and neighbors. Impact Enclosures are the guys to use in these projects.Also,there was not one bit of debris left when they completed the job.

Well I have to say that the experience I had with impact enclosures what not what I expected after reading all of the other great reviews here on Angie's list. First of all the work they performed was done well and I am pleased with the final product. However there were a number of problems encountered throughout the process of having my lanai enclosed. First of all Impact Enclosures NEVER ONCE contacted me with any kind of updates or timelines for when the work was to be performed. I ALWAYS was the one having to contact them and ask them. On top of that, the days that I was told they would come out always seemed to be on a sliding scale for them. Meaning I was told one day but they ended up coming out a different day. They also originally quoted me 2-3 weeks for initial install of the frame then another 2-3 weeks later the windows and screen would be installed because the windows have to be made to order for the size of the openings. The total job ended up taking over 3 months because the wrong window sizes were ordered for two of my openings. On top of that the wrong color tint was used on the windows they DID install. So all of the windows had to be reordered, which took another 3 weeks. Towards the end of the install when the "New" windows had been delivered to Impact I didn't receive a call or update for almost a full week because of a "family emergency" that apparently took the whole company away from Jacksonville (sarcasm). I was not contacted at all that week and only told after the week of no calls or emails that something came up. However on my way home from work on that Thursday, I saw an Impact enclosures truck driving on the Buckman bridge. So I feel I was probably lied to about the "family emergency". Overall I would not recommend Impact for any future jobs. In fact, I told a friend, who already got a quote from them, not to go with them because of all the problems I had. In the end, they compensated me with a small percentage off the final bill, and I ended up with a nice looking back porch that I'm guessing any competent company could of installed quicker and with better communication.

Showed up on time, performed the work neatly and efficiently. Cleaned up as he went. Went the extra mile to ensure the job was done thoroughly. We absolutely love the result!

The entire process from estimate to job completion went perfect. Ryan and Eric have a great team of experienced professionals working for them. The three craftsman that did the work on my home had over fifty years of experience in the construction business.

Dan and his installation crew were excellent. They went over and above to complete the installation in a timely manner.

Flawless... There are zero complaints and nothing but 100 out of 100. On time to start and finished earlier than expected. I have nothing but postive statements to report. I reccommend this company and these workers to all.

project moved along rapidly. when one of the old gutters was remove , they found water damage which needed to be fixed by my insurance company.. when the damage was fixed, Impact enclosures sent their people out to finish the job promptly , including working on a Saturday

Great price and customer service throughout. Job was skillfully explained and completed by Jacob, our expert installer. This business and installer are highly recommended. Would definitely use this company again.

It's fantastic to work with Ryan and his team. They are responsive, on time and simply nice guys to have worked around our house. They cleaned up and you would never know they were even there besides the amazing new screen, They also installed Florida Screen on one wall it's perfect for privacy! I highly recommend using Impact enclosures. They are not the cheapest, but it's worth it.

Jeff's team was amazing. They showed up on Saturday promptly at the agreed upon time (8:30 am) and were here for several hours. They made sure to ask all of the necessary questions, such as which direction the door should swing open, and where exactly we wanted the drains to go. They kept me in the loop as far as the project went and left very detailed instructions for care and upkeep. They were extremely professional and a pleasure to work with. A week later, Phillip stopped by to check on the quality and our satisfaction and to answer any additional questions we had. We would certainly recommend them to anyone and will even call them back out to provide us with a quote for a pathway and pergola installation. Great job!

My family is really enjoying our screened in patio...we host Easter for our family members from, GA, AL and VA. Sitting on the porch without having to swat gnats or mosquitos is a blessing. Impact Enclosure Dan and his crew was a pleasure to work with. I will recommend Impact Enclosure to my friends. We had a misunderstanding on the time but other than that they were wonderful.

I was very impressed with everyone I dealt with at Impact Enclosures. We have hired quite a few less than stellar contractors/vendors since we have been in this area and for once I found a good one. From the start, Ryan who came for the estimate (while I was not home) called me to go over everything he saw and his recommendations. He priced out different options at my request. Unlike every other person that came out to give me a quote, Ryan called a few days later to follow up and answer any additional questions or concerns I had. As the quotes were pretty in-line this definitely pulled you ahead of the pack. Fortunately they had a last minute cancellation and came out to do my job within days of the original estimate. Dan and his crew were professional, respectful and worked hard from the moment they came on site until they left each day. They cleaned up behind themselves and even pointed out a few additional issues with the cage that I was unaware of and fixed those as they worked to finish the job. Perhaps the most shocking (in a good way) was a week or so after the job was done and paid for for I received a call from Phil who wanted to come take look at the work the guys did?!?! Absolutely! What a great way to show your customers that you care about the work you are doing AND value their business. Since it was raining, we decided it would be best to come back for a few small tweaks another day. Phil came back a few days later and took care of the minor things we had noticed, and even a few small things we had not. Even the most dreadful part of the job, paying the invoice, was handled by another pleasant team member at impact, Tammy. I will not hesitate to recommend Impact Enclosures to friends/neighbors and have added them to our local homeowners Referral list for Vendors. Thank you for being pleasant to deal with, doing a good job and having Pride in the work you are doing (definitely a rarity these days).

The experience was not good. The job was excellent, but Ryan, one of the owners says things and does not pull through, unless you are calling and get all upset. I would recommend them because of the work they do, but with a warning - "beware, it will take longer than what they say". We would use them again only if we were very specific with what we want. He pushed us all the way to the back, like our job was so small we were not worth it. He had one man on, and Ryan was so proud of himself and the guy was working alone and he couldn't get the job done. I came to inspect the next day and nothing was done. It was irritating. 2 pieces of screen came in damaged, and the guy put them up when he should not have put them up. Ryan called and said the job was finished, and I said my husband and I will go and inspect it and call back tomorrow. We went over and we inspected, and I called and said that 2 screens were defective, and he said that he had a quality control man that was going to come over and check it, but he is in the hospital. I said I did not care about that, because I was paying for a brand new job, and I did not want to wait for a defective screen. I am sitting here looking at a great patio but I had to get upset about it. The price was good. I was telling me what the problem was, and he was questioning me.

I wanted to send in a new review because these people have made contact with me. I never received a message from them but that was an apparent mistake. They just emailed me after seeing my review to let me know that they had called and left a message. Unfortunately the message didn't make it to me. I am pleased that they emailed me and apologized. I would not use them in the future as they don't want to do the job. I did want to let angie's list customers know that the my original overall grade of F I gave them was because I had not heard from them and thought that very unprofessional But, that isn't true as they did try to reach me but it failed. I was very pleased with them for taking angie's list seriously and my complaint and I would now give this organization an overall A. It was just a mix up that they have corrected. I'm sorry they aren't interested in doing the work or submitting a quote and I'm not sure why but at least they have followed through to reach me.

Wonderful experience and would hire again. Al and Jacob are hardworking perfectionists. Outstanding creation and I am so pleased.

The work crew was very meticulous and took the required time to do the job correctly.

Overall it went very well. Both George and Matt showed up on time and worked a full day with very little breaks. George was able to answer all questions that I had and provided detail to items and work that was performed. Both were extremely respectful, friendly and professional while putting up the enclosure. There were a couple of problems with the new enclosure and when I notified them about these problems they responded promptly and was able to resolve most of the problems. George also provided information of having a threshold added and was pretty much on the point. Would I use these guys again - no doubt about it. Both are hard working and seem to be very conscious about their work and strive to do the best for their client/customer.

The project went extremely well. From the estimating to the final clean up the experience was beyond expectations. The communication from all of Impact's people was excellent. Al and Jacob were the installers and they were superb. They listened and responded to all my questions. They were deliberate and thorough with the installation and the result is great. They picked up, swept and rinsed the pool deck each night when they were done work. They neatly stored materials and tools. This was the last phase of a complete pool remodel and was by far the best experience of the entire project. I would enthusiastically recommend Impact Enclosures to anyone considering them.

Everything went according to our plans. No problem at all with George and Matt. They were prompt which is the most important thing to me. The enclosure looks great.

They were on time, courteous and did a great job. Even replaced a door hinge while they were here as part of the over package.

TJ, our installer, was courteous and professional and showed great attention to detail. He even went as far as hand washing parts of the frame because he knew the pressure washer wouldn't do as good of a job. Paul, the pressure washer, was also professional, courteous, and made a neglected frame enclosure look practically brand new.

We knew we wanted to use Impact Enclosures to create our pool lanai before we even bought our home. We had a property in mind and showed Ryan (the owner of the company) some photos and he helped us determine if it was possible to create the backyard of our dreams. He said our project would be a challenge but was totally possible. We bought the home and contracted Impact Enclosures to screen in the area between our home, pool, and pool house. Dan Smith?s team was assigned to our project and from Day 1 we knew we were in good hands. Dan is an excellent communicator and discussed the work process with my husband daily. The crew arrived punctually every day and got right down to work. Each member of the team was talented and conscientious and everyone worked very hard despite some technical challenges that they had to work out while on the job. The team worked efficiently and quietly and kept the work area as clean as possible. You could see that each person took pride in his work and no corners were cut. Our pool enclosure is actually more beautiful than we expected and it?s made using our pool and outdoor area even more pleasurable. We would use Impact Enclosures again and highly recommend them. Ask for Dan Smith?s team, if possible. You can?t go wrong with them.
