Description of Work: Impact Builders put a screened enclosure on my already existing concrete patio. Everything was incredibly easy and happened just the way they said it would. I received the information to provide to my Architectural Review Board, and they started work the week after I received approval. It was constructed in less than a week. It looks terrific! My salesman and contact Ron was always available to answer all questions and he was a pleasure to deal with.

Description of Work: Very responsive and professional screen replacement work on our patio enclosure. Since we're approx. 1 hour away from Jacksonville, most venders want to charge a $50+ travel surcharge. But not Impact Enclosures. On top of that, their quote for just the screen work was less than the others. Three screens replaced, two over the pool.

Description of Work: Impact Enclosure added sliding glass windows to my existing screen room. The work they completed was timely and extremely professional. The installer Al went above what I expected to make sure that I was happy with the end results. I would recommend this company to anyone looking to add a screen room or windows to an existing one. This has been a great experience with a contract.

Description of Work: I was very happy with Impact Enclosures and the service and quality they provided. I received three estimates to have a screen enclosure installed in my upstairs lanai. I chose IE due to their fair price and their willingness to come and do the job in a timely manner. They showed up on time for their estimate and for the actual job and I definitely plan on using Impact Enclosures when I have my pool enclosure installed.

Description of Work: Have nothing but positive things to say about them. Ryan was very pleasant and always addressed my concerns. Unfortunately I couldn't do the full going-all-out patio that I wanted this year. Ended up screening in the existing lanai for time being. It took them 24 hours to have a person on site and building when I finally decided on what I wanted. Ryan knew how important it was for me to get it done and fit me in quickly. Don't know how many strings he had to pull for that but I appreciate it. The screen looks great and I am looking forward to being able to enjoy my lanai again. In the next 2 years we will extend our patio and screen. Probably add a summer kitchen and if I dare to dream a pool as well. Ryan will be the first guy that I will call for the job!
