Four Seasons Cleaning

They gave me $30 off for being a member of Angie's List. They were great; they cleaned like crazy ladies. They were on time, there were four of them, and they did an extremely good job. I want to use them again because I'm going to be moving in a couple of months.

The workers arrived precisely on time. They had everything they needed to perform the work. The team split up into the three special attention areas and worked independently of each other, which was very efficient. Our household goods arrived a bit early causing a bit of congestion in the house, but the cleaning team adapted well. They finished on time and we found all of their work very satisfactory.

I like Minerva, the owner, a lot. They are a little pricy, but she does a good job and they are worth the money. They are a good company and they do a very thorough job. She sends at least three women with her to do the work. I recommend her to others.

Great job with cleaning with very particular attention to detail. Only two complaints. 1. Arrived 30 minutes late. 2. They watched my dog dig under the back fence and escape without calling me. Otherwise, great job.

I own a residential property management company with 300+ units, mostly single family homes. We've been using this service for years, and the quality has overall been decent over the years. Some issues with quality, and we had to enforce them following our company created cleaning checklist. We had them clean our office too. Recently, however, the owner of the company indicated a property had fleas in it and they could not clean it until it was bombed. Normally on a move out, this would be very possible and we would take that action. In this case, however, it's my condo and I've been staying there for a month while in town on business. The carpets were professionally steam cleaned the day before I moved in, and Molly Maids of Orange Park also cleaned the unit (because Four Seasons could not schedule it). There has not been one flea in the unit. I called the owner to ask about this "it needs to be bombed" email we received, and she had only the following information "one of the girls said she got a bite on her leg, so we left". I pressed Minerva about this because they were JUST at another unit we manage where they say the unit was "infested" with fleas--my concern being they possibly brought fleas into my unit (which also has not had pets in it, and is on the 3rd floor and you can only get there via stairs). Minerva could care less and said that's their policy, end of story. She lost our business over it; despite having a good relationship with our company and making many thousands of dollars per year in revenue from our business. Be forewarned, the quality of the cleaning is average, but they really will not appreciate your business--even if you are 300 customers (as we were).

They did very well. They were great. Very througough.

After a less then desirable experience with another local cleaning company I found Four Seasons on Angie's List and decided to try them out based on their great reviews. Their initial clean of our home was outstanding! They spent nearly 4 hours cleaning every crevice and the results were great. Subsequent biweekly cleanings were also outstanding, although timeliness did leave something to be desired. On their behalf, though, they did warn us about that due to varying traffic conditions, etc. so I can't fault them completely. Minerva was extremely courteous and a joy to work with. Would definitely use them again and have recommended them to many of our friends. Thanks very much for months of great service!

They started out great and i thought I was on regular service. As time went on they had more and more issues with the agreed upon time. It was most often me calling them to ask what day and time they were coming the last half a year. The cleaning crew was polite but did break small items without letting me know. I was at one point told I was being moved because I wasn't a regular customer. They did scratch a top which I asked to have repaired. Things went downhill after that and there were many things not optimal...difficult to schedule them, cleaning not done well. I ended up having to call them to get repair scheduled and she at one point told me she would just replace the top. That meant taking out a wall mirror and sill. I declined and again explained that I just want the scratches buffed out. She sent a handyman, not a professional. It's not great and honestly I just gave up. I was finally told they can no longer clean at the time I needed...which never changed. Also, when asked why they weren't doing the items listed on the website I was told it was out of date. Overall not the most professional.

I was extremely impressed with everything that was done. These ladies were extremely thorough. I have never been as pleased with a housecleaning service before. It is easy to see why they have such good ratings. Believe me, it takes a lot to impress me. Trust me they had quite a challenge, as I have been ill and unable to clean in a while. I just can't say how great they were in every capacity. I will be having surgery soon, and it is quite a relief that I will be able to come home to a clean house. My only concerns are a broken crystal candle holder and a rust stain in the kitchen sink that wasn't removed. Overall I am exstatic!!! I would highly recommend them to my friends. I haven't had the house professionally cleaned in years. They cleaned all rooms thoroughly including baseboards, shutters and bookshelves. Excellent job.

They were fantastic. They really know what they are doing and they work really hard and take pride in what they do. This is a top shelf company.Even my 2 sons keep mentioning how clean everything is!

It went very well, the crew even moved my appliances in the kitchen, moved all furniture in the rooms they could and cleaned from ceiling to floor. My only complaint was that the laminate floors were not as clean as I would have liked. I did furnish my own cleaner for them, so the crew may not have known exactly how much they could or should use. I got a price for cleaning my house every other week and I thought that price was higher than I could afford. I realize that a job well done is worth paying for, but sometimes the price is prohibitive when your are on a fixed income. This company has by far been the best I have ever had as far as the detailing they did.

The cleaning ladies came in early with all the cleaning equipment and did a fantastic job. The bathrooms were sparkling clean. The kitchen cabinets were a joy to use. The ovens (3) were nice and shiny. It could not be better. The ladies were friendly and professional and worked hard to get the job done. We highly recommend Four Seasons Cleaning and will use it again soon.

I have been searching for a new cleaning service and called Manerva with Four Seasons cleaning. Manerva is a sweet person and I truly wish I could have enlist her services but unfortunately her price was $40.00 more than my present service which is more than I would like to spend at this time but if the problems continue with my current service I may have to reconsider. Thank you for this recommendation.

WOW! We met with Minerva and walked through what we wanted performed. We had a short notice time frame and she was able to accommodate it. We received a 'spring cleaning' type service - and we couldn't be happier - nor cleaner! The bathrooms sparkle - and this is for bathrooms that are around 20 years old! Even the top of my dryer was cleaned! We will use them again!

I hired them to clean my mother's house because she and I are now too old to do the heavy work. They came in and cleaned everything from stem to stern and did a great job. They were also very pleasant while they were there.

AMAZING!!! Minerva, the owner, came out to do a walk through of our home for an estimate and to understand our needs. Her attention to detail was quite evident as she described their services. Compared to other companies we got estimates from, they clearly seemed to be more thorough in the services offered. When we scheduled our detailed first cleaning, we were a bit skeptical that the cleaning team that showed up would actually deliver what was promised. When they came, they also did a walk through to get familiar with our house, got comfortable with our pets, and then went straight to work cleaning every nook, window blind, ceiling fan...everything. They worked solidly all afternoon for the detail cleaning and I am not exaggerating when I say our house has never looked so clean or smelled so fresh. Price above was for initial detailed cleaning and well worth it for team of four. We have now had our first regularly scheduled cleaning and the quality work continues. The team has a regular Lead, Ashley, who knows our house and pets. That was very important to us as we have a heirloom dining room set for which we wanted special care. We also need to know that we can rely on consistency with cleaning team so that our pets are familiar with who is entering house. Both concerns were easily addressed. We are thrilled that we found Four Seasons Cleaning and would definitely recommend them to others.

I had used Four Seasons Cleaning for a 1 time cleaning back in February and they did such a good job I decided to contiue with them for a twice weekly cleaning. I just had my house serviced for the 3rd time and that cleaning was as good as the first. I'm glad the qualify of the service has stayed consistent.

I choose Four Seasons Cleaning after reading the reviews on Angieslist. I was also told about them by a neighbor whom had used them in the past and recommended them. I called them and arranged for Minerva to do a walk through with me and she answred all my questions about the service, etc. The crew came and did the intial clean a couple days later and they did a really great job. All the girls were in uniforms and very professional. My wife and I have decided to use them for a bi-weekly service. I would recommend this company.

FANTASTIC! This company is terrific. I really appreciate that it is locally owned and operated. The owner of the company came to my place on a Saturday to do a detailed walk through of my home and give me an estimate in person. Talk about service! I cam home the first day after the crew had been there - and it was like magic little elves had scrubbed every inch of my home. Everything (EVERYTHING) was so clean. I don't know how they got my sinks and faucets to sparkle like that. I never can! I highly recommend this company. You're not going to find anyone better!

Minerva of Four Seasons Cleaning does a great job. The girls that come out are quick; they work quickly and efficiently and everything is sparkling clean. They are friendly but professional. I think they may be a little high in the pricing, though. My advice to other Angie's List members would be "Call Minerva at this number and have them come and clean your home so it is sparkling clean and smells as fresh as mine!"

Hired the company to clean our 2800 sq ft house as we were very dissatisfied with our current service. They were scheduled to arrive at 7:30am and were actually waiting outside our house @ 7:15am. They did an excellent job on our 1955 (updated) home including wood, carpet and tiled floors. They do not mix products so i mix and have available the special cleaner to be used on our kitchen floor. We love the work performed and have continued to use them on a bi-weekly basis. Would definitely recommend!
