The owner is quick to respond, very professional and nice. The team sent out was very punctual, friendly, and did an excellent job. Minerva at Four Seasons Cleaning is not a good person to do business with, in my persnal opinion. She firstly placed my price range of a deep clean between $185 - $250. My house I am leasing is only 2 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, and a small den. The cleaners were in my home for 2 hours and Minerva charged my wife and I for 2 hours and 40 minutes because the cleaning crew stayed parked in front of my house for 40 minutes letting their meter run. I tried explaining what happened to her and she refused to refund any money and she kept on changing the story as to why i was charged so much. She kept on saying that I agreed to pay that much and she was in the right. I told her that I understood but she also charges us for 40 additional minutes because her crew parked their car out in front of the house and let their meter run. My guess is that Minerva ordered the crew to do so because they finished too quick. I don't know for sure though, just a guess because I saw them arguing. You have been warned. I do not recommend Four Seasons Cleaning.

I started using Four Seasons Cleaning in November 2018 and have them come on a bi-weekly basis. The team always arrives before their start time and do an excellent job each time. I would highly recommend them.

My apologies for the late review. I had a deep clean of my lower half of home done about a month ago and I was very please. Exceptionally so actually! They did a marvelous job and made my home spotless. I would highly recommend and while my husband was skeptical, he now says we need to bring them back in 6 months! Thank you Four Season Cleaning. I rented a house and the house was filthy. I called four seasons to clean it before I moved in. They had availability the next day, were on time and did a fantastic job. I’m much mor comfortable moving my family into the house now that they have cleaned it.

Prior to cleaning, they sent one of their staff to the house to take a look at the size and the scope of the work. I was given an estimate which reflected the actual monies paid. They did an awesome job! All the surfaces in the house we cleaned including inside and outside of All the kitchen cabinets and all of the bathroom vanities. All the light fixtures as well as the vents for the HVAC system were cleaned as well as wiping down all of the blinds and walls. I would definitely highly recommend using four seasons to clean your home!

I have use this service before and again this month. Every team is very professional, and the ladies are hard workers. The did a great job!

Excellent work and completed in good time

Really good, they still work for us. They are here every three weeks now. They do deep cleaning. I give them an A, they do a really good job. They are here for another year.

We (especially my wife) are pleased with their maid service. They generally do a thorough job cleaning our home, and we seldom need to point out any areas they missed. The maids are friendly and treat our home with respect. They keep most appointments, and if they can't, let us know in advance. Our only very, very minor complaint is that they sometimes arrive earlier than scheduled (but that's better than being late).

Excellent work, the entire staff very professional. Provided an estimate and the price was reasonable. Three ladies, performed a great job, cleaned everything from top to bottom. Everything sparkled, the house smelled wonderful. They made the floors look so very good!

Amazingly wonderful. The Four Seasons team was great to work with. Super responsive and professional in scheduling the appointment. Cleaning crew was very polite and courteous and did an absolutely fantastic job. Price was fair and quality was superb. Very impressive!

Service and cleaning were amazing. We had a lot that needed to be done to our apartment when we were moving out after living there for a few years, and 4 seasons made it look new! Cleaned our new house before we moved in, and again, the place looked amazing. We have had them back to clean our house to clean after we moved in, and we were more than satisfied. We already have an appointment set up for next month, and plan on using them in the future.

The cleaning services provided were top notch. The staff took the time to clean throughly. Before starting they did a walk through with me to determine how I liked things done. In addition, they asked if I had a preference for specific products for my granite, marble, etc. Prior to leaving they made sure everything was done to my satisfaction. I highly recommend their services. I used another cleaning service for about 7 years. They broke many of my valuables and the services provided were sloppy. I am had to make a change and I am so happy I found Four Seasons.

Wonderful service best detail clean I have ever had done!

I was searching for a cleaning service so began looking on Angie's List for a recommended company. Four Season was unfortunately not my first phone call, but when I was not satisfied by the first few, I continued calling around. Four Seasons stood out to me, they came out to do an estimate the NEXT DAY, and began our weekly cleaning service a few days after. The staff was incredibly friendly and professional and the quality of the cleaning was exceptional. We remain on bi-weekly schedule and are extremely happy with the level of service.

I called Four Seasons after reading the reviews in Angies List and they were able to fit me in the next day. I've never had professional cleaning service and didn't know what to expect. When the crew arrived, they gave an initial estimate of 4 hrs, which I thought was high for 3 people cleaning. I told them I could not go more than 3 hrs, as my dog was in a room for the duration. They got to work and just WOW. I can't believe how great a job they did. My house looks and smells great! They cleaned everything and I mean everything, including a cat door, the soap dish, pulled everything out from the wall to get behind and clean, wiped down the walls, the top of the refrigerator, inside and outside the french door, just on and on. They were completed in less then 3 hours and I can't say enough good things. I would definitely recommend and use this service again.

The crew were very nice. They did an amazing job for our rental move out. I would definitely recommend them.
