Four Seasons Cleaning

This is the second time I have had Four Seasons clean my home. The first time was right after a big remodel. They were amazing and the house was quite dirty. But you know how remodeling goes.....you are never really done! I called yesterday and was able to get a crew of four very professional women here today! Now I'm not talking about them coming in and vacuuming, mopping and running a feather duster over the furniture. These ladies CLEAN! They move everything and really do a thorough job. Our house is over 4000 square feet. When they come in, they all have their own supplies and scatter to get the job done. Nobody is visiting, nobody is taking smoke breaks, just totally involved in making the house shine. Now that we are as through with the remodel as we are going to be for a while, I plan to have them back at least once a month. In the meantime, we will be a whole lot neater in our every day lives. They make me smile!

I called and Four Seasons was able to come on a day that fit my customer. The home was a mess(recent sale) and they did a great job. As a realtor, I will be sure to use them again. Thanks Four Seasons!

I've been using them for a few months now and I love them! They do a great job cleaning my house. They are efficient and timely.

We called twice and the second time we spoke with them. We talked about a quote that was $120-$140 for the first cleaning and $110 for every two weeks. They said they would inspect us and give us some pricing when they came out to clean our corporate unit in Jacksonville. When they came to do the cleaning they just started without giving me a firm quote and didn’t do an inspection. When I called Minerva she ended up saying she forgot about the pricing and inspection and she tried to negotiate a price. She gave me an initial quote that was higher than what we had previously discussed and I didn’t like this tactic. I ended not going with the company.

If it was in the house they cleaned it. Little "what nots" that had not been wiped down in months. They cleaned the blinds, the base boards, 3 toilet areas/bathrooms, made beds, the list could go on forever. Anyway....very satisfied.

Three women arrived at my home on-time and approximately 3-hours later they completed the clearing. The ladies were professional and very nice. I am very pleased with the cleaning, but I think the price is a bit high; this is based on me being a full-time employee and the price averages more that I make an hour as a skilled worker. They cleaned bathrooms (2) thoroughly including light fixtures and base boards. They cleaned the kitchen thoroughly (including wiping down all cabinets) They dusted and vacuumed the entire house and then mopped the wood floors. The house smelled and looked clean when they completed the cleaning.

The cleaning was so amazing! The girls did such a thorough job. They were professional and on time and exceeded my expectations. My husband and I hired them to only do a one time cleaning, but they did such a great job that we have decided to continue with them once a month.

We waited for owner to call us after we fired them, the second time, to ask for a detailed explanation....it never came. We found Four Seasons on Angie's List, which I really trust, This company made a fortune off of us and didn't protect us a bit. I would recommend NO ONE except lead go into master bedroom & bath, who knows what all these crews have stolen. Makes me sick.

This year I began searching for a cleaning service after my housekeeper moved out of town. I've found it incredibly difficult for find a good cleaning service, but Four Seasons exceeded my expectations. From my first phone call, I had a great experience with Minerva. She's incredibly professional and organized. She came to my house personally to give me a consultation, and I later called to set up an appointment. . Initially I was hesitant because the price was higher than I expected. I decided to take a chance, believing the price would be worth if they did an excellent job. They did! I'm incredibly picky when it comes to my home. I want a cleaning service to do a better job than I would do on my own. These ladies are pros, no question! They cleaned in a group of four, which I'm sure makes them so much more efficient and thorough. Everything - and I mean everything - was thoroughly cleaned. I've never seen such attention to detail. I was thrilled with the results, and I've set up a monthly appointment. I can't wait for them to be back!

They are very punctual. They are very easy to schedule with. They try to work with you as far as your scheduling. I'll call them on a Monday and a lot of times they will be able to facilitate things on Tuesday. They always bring a crew of 3-4 people on a minimum and they clean your house from top to bottom. The one crew that I work with is always very meticulous as far as the work that they did and I was always very satisfied with it. It was 4 ladies cleaning for numerous hours. I just sat back there and they did a great job. The team leader that I always let into my house was named Sylvia.

I had researched my selection of Four Season Cleaning and felt confident in my selection, I contacted them and the owner was very attentive and professional. All my requests and suggestions for the house cleaning were assured by her. They were punctual and did a fantastic job overall, they cleaned the house from top to bottom. The base boards, ceiling fans, stove/oven, bathrooms and kitchen, floors and carpet were expertly cleaned and my expectations were well exceeded. Their cleaning staff is excellent and I give them all the praise in the world. I would definitely use them again and again in the future.

4 wonderful Ladies came to my home on a Saturday and cleaned it from top to bottom. It looked and smelled awesome!!! With their help cleaning, I was able to organize the rest of the mess. I will definitely be calling them back for future cleanings!!!!

Excellent! Housecleaning team arrived in uniform, introduced themselves, very professional and friendly. Team leader did consult with me on specifics of what I wanted/did not want, then went to work on a huge task! Believe me, they had their work cut out for them as we have a large home and especially so much to dust! The manager, Minerva, whom I spoke with on phone was very accommodating on the appt day/time as it was not planned too far in advance on my part. The team worked hard and fast. My thanks go out to each of them and Minerva. We had a family event coming up and many family members arriving so these ladies saved the day! I would definitely use their services again. Working with Four Season's was a fantastic experience. From my initial call to inquire about services to their follow-up call to let me know the job was complete, I couldn't have asked for a more professional, courteous and convenient service. Not to mention, they do the best work in town -- the entire condo was spotless! I never write recommendations online but the service was so exceptional that I wanted to share my experience with others looking for a great cleaning service.

A team of 4 women came into our home and cleaned the absolute heck out of it! Spring & Fall cleaning in a few hours! Better than I could have ever done by myself. PHENOMENAL++++++

Love!! From the first call to the service 4 Seasons is amazing. The setup with the service was so simple it took less than 10 minutes. Ashley and her team arrive on time and are very professional. They work hard and quick touching every spot in the home! We have now set up bi-weekly cleanings.

So far very pleased with the team working in our home. they have been out twice now and they do a great job. The floors look really good the bathrooms and kitchen grout is starting to whiten up and over all the whole house appears cleaner.
