Four Seasons Cleaning

I was very pleased with the cleaning services. I have used other cleaning companies in Jacksonville before and none have impressed like Four Seasons. The cleaning quality is excellent, but another great aspect is that customers are assigned a service team, so it will always be the same people cleaning.

I have our home cleaned biweekly by Four Seasons Cleaning and have been very happy with the work they do.

I spoke with Minerva and she was able to make an appointment for me in the same week. The ladies came to my house and cleaned everything. I mean everything. The exceeded my expectations and I will use them again.

Excellent job. House hasn't been this clean in a long time. Very thorough, cleaned areas I thought weren't accessible. Very pleased. Surprised my wife when she came home from work and she was speechless. Couldn't be happier. Will be scheduling them again.

I had the pleasure of meeting 'Team 1' and these ladies were wonderful! My house is sparkling now, and surely has not been this clean since we've lived here! The ladies arrived a little early and got asked a few questions just to make sure there was nothing special I wanted them to do, or didn't want them to do - and even asked about the products they were going to use to make sure there was nothing special I wanted them to use and make sure there wasn't anything they shouldn't use, which I thought was wonderful because strong flowery smells really bother me. Then they got right to work and never stopped until they were all done. Oh my goodness my house sparkles now and it's amazing! Seriously, it has not been this clean since we've moved in. I can't remember the last time the shower door wasn't covered with soap scum - not that I haven't tried everything in the world to get rid of it - but they got it as close as it's ever been. I can't say enough good things about these ladies or the amazing job they did! I've never had 'cleaners' before, so wasn't quite sure what to expect, but they certainly put me at ease and were worth every cent! The price for the 'initial' full cleaning was $250 - less my Angies List coupon for $30 - so $220. I'm not sure if you're thinking that's a lot or not reading this review, but I can assure you, if you could see my house now, you'd agree with me - worth every cent! Now I just need to work on the budget so I can continue the service on a regular basis! :) Just as an FYI, the future 'regular' service will be less.

There was an issue with scheduling initially however four seasons went above and beyond to remedy the situation. A staff of four very nice employees were sent to perform the move out cleaning service which took approximately two hours. They could not have been more thorough. The place was spotless. I would highly recommend their services based on their professionalism alone but on top of that they were very accommodating and competitively priced.

Judy and her crew were very kind, even though my house wasn't easy. These 3 ladies did an excellent job cleaning my house! They were meticulous. For instance, I was going to get a new toilet because mine had such bad hard-water stains. These ladies left my toilet looking brand new! My kitchen sink, with all its previous gunk, is now shining! My bathroom faucet, looks brand new! I can't say enough about what a great job they did. Thanks for doing such a detailed job and putting your whole heart into it!

This is my favorite cleaning company for so many reasons! The fact that we can handle everything via text messaging makes my life so much easier and convenient! The prices, professionalism and quality of service are top notch for the market!

They showed up on time, swat team of four, very well organized, everyone knew what to do, divided and conquered. Each had their job and did it very well. House has never been so clean. They found dust we didnt know we had. Very pleased.

They were punctual and professional. My house was very clean when they left. My problem is that the owner did not follow up as she said she would. When I contacted her I told her I was looking for a service to clean my home every 2 weeks. I explained that I would make a decision about her service after they cleaned my home the first time. She said that she would call me the day after they cleaned the home to set up a regular schedule. I AM STILL WAITING FOR THAT CALL!!!!!! T hat is why I rated the responsiveness as an F. If she did not want my business as least call and explain why.

The team always accomodated any special requests and were very thorough in their service. They were punctual and never billed before completion of service. They responded very quickly by email, and were reachable by phone immediately should the need arise. I never had any complaints about the quality of service and would absolutely use them again.

They do a great job! They are very reliable and trustworthy. When they leave my house it's sparkling clean. They work quickly and they are very professional. They bring their own cleaning supplies. They just do a great job every time and they're always on time!

The staff arrived very early, but that worked for me. They were very respectful and did a good job attending to details. Two complaints: They only cleaned the hard water stains on one of my two shower doors. They probably just over looked this. Also, they broke my soap dish in my guest bathroom. It came right out of the wall. This is a very old bathroom so I told them it was okay, but I was impressed that they made a point to show me that they had caused damage. They did not try to hide it like other servicers I have used in the past. Overall, I was very happy with their attention to detail in their cleaning. I will be hiring this company for bi-monthly service.

Four Seasons Cleaning did an outstanding job preparing my home for sale. They performed a deep clean of every inch of my home. They were detailed, professional, and fast! I will use them going forward for all my cleaning needs.

The ladies that came out and cleaned our home were fantastic! They were so thorough and our house was spotless when we returned home. Our home is 2260 square feet and we have 3 dogs that shed, so there was fur all over the baseboards and floors. We opted for the deep clean, which was a little pricey, but we didn't find a single dog hair on any of the baseboards or floors when we returned. The house smelled wonderful and the furniture looked great. I would highly recommend them to anyone!

She was very responsive, able to get there in a reasonable amount of time. We were unable to get someone else and she was able to fit us in. We had talked about a week before and she was able to find a date and get us in.

The quality of the service was excellent and they were able to work around our child with a blossoming cold. They prioritized cleaning his room first at our request. We have a 2900+ sq foot home that 3 ladies cleaned for over 3 hours. They worked around 3 of us at home plus the child. We just went to neutral corners and they did their thing. They even cleaned items that were not expected. The only thing that seemed less than A was their inability to reach the vents on our 14 foot high ceilings to clean the vents from dust. I feel for that cost, that should be covered and is one of the main reasons we had the house cleaned. So if there were a rating category on ability to get to high ceilings for dusting around vents I would rate as a unable to perform if that category were available! This was a valentines day gift for my wife, but we will use their services in the future.

I was awesome. There were 4 people and they were in an out in about 3 hours. My house has never been cleaner. They cleaned from crown moulding to floors. Great Job!!

These ladies are very detailed, professional and punctual. They show up in their professional outfits and get to work right away. They don't take any breaks until the job is done. Minerva and her team did such an excellent job for our initial cleaning! We recently moved into our house and they cleaned EVERYTHING (except the windows) from top to bottom. The team of ladies were very detailed oriented that even our light fixtures and bugs in them were cleaned in the bathrooms and throughout the entire house. All the baseboards, window frames, tile floors and cabinets were washed, bathrooms sparkled, floors vacuumed, beds made and toys organized. They even picked up everything on the countertops and wiped them, whereas most companies would just dust around the picture frames, vases etc. Minerva was very professional and such a pleasure to work with from the start. She called the following day to check in with me and see how the cleaning went. That is wonderful customer service! I have to say, I didn't have very much to complain about either. Wonderful job ladies! Looking forward to our next cleaning. Thank you!!

Great experience and I will definitely use them again in the future. The first appt had to be rescheduled because they were running late due to traffic and I was offered a discount for the reschedule. They cleaned everything and my home felt brand new! The only thing (which will not prevent me from using them again ) is that the alarm was not set which we specifically requested. I do think they're a bit expensive and wish the service was more affordable because I would LOVE to be able to use them all the time. Excellent work!
