We paid for the whole house cleaning but the maid accidentally forgot to clean a portion of the house due to a mis communication with her boss. When we called and informed about the mistake the person in charge Minerva, spoke so rudely and told us she was doing a big favor already by cleaning for such a low price ($105) and had no intention of refunding back a portion of the the money we paid by mistake ! She also said that, their margin was very low already and had a lot of other clients who would pay more for the same services. This is not away to treat customers she could have explained more politely, I have never been spoken to in such a manner. It was hurtful and not fair !!! So, whoever hires them please be very careful, she will sweet talk you into hiring them and treat you like crap once you point out their mistake. WATCH OUT !!!!

This is the 2nd time they came over and they did as good a job on the 2nd visit as the 1st visit even though the 1st one was a deep cleaning job. They sent 3 maids and spent almost 3 hours cleaning the house. They do a fantastic job, and had the best value compared to the other companies recommended on Angie's List.

The ladies are so nice, always smiling and very professional. They do a great job!! They are always on time and very detailed in their cleaning.

The maids arrived on time and completed the job in about 3 hours. I recieved a follow up call the next day from a manager to make sure I was satisified with the cleaning. A+

I really have nothing but good things to say about this company. I had some guests coming into town so i called around for a maid service. I found their website and called them. They got me an appointment the next day and did an outstanding job. They cleaned all my hardwood/tile floors as well as all bedrooms, baths, and kitchen. I was only going to use them for that 1 cleaning but seeing how good the house looked after they were done I signed up for a bi-weekly service.

Four Seasons Cleaning is really a professional organization -- from the time they answer the phone, arrive for the estimate, complete the work, and depart the premises. We had never hired cleaners before so we were a bit nervous but they do superior work, are prompt, courteous, efficient, and effective. They cleaned our home from top to bottom -- windows, floors, bathrooms, etc. We recommend them with no reservations whatsoever -- this is a high performing cleaning organization. Bottom line: want to know what good service feels like? Hire this company.

I have had multiple maid services over the years and when I moved to Jacksonville recently, I decided to use Angie's List to find a new cleaning company. I called Four Seasons Cleaning and scheduled an appointment for the next day. The cleaning crew consisted of a 3 girl team and they arrived on time and were all very pleasant. I can honestly say that I've never been more impressed with a cleaning. They cleaned everything spotless!! Even the shower which (i regret to say) had not been cleaned in way too long, looked brand new. When they finished the team even left a nice little flower in a small vase on the counter which I thought was a very nice touch. I will be using them again on a bi-weekly basis.

This was a move-in with no furniture to work around, so the expectations were for a spotless job. Alas, I would rate the end result as perfunctory, but certainly not above-average. It was a matter of missing on the details. For instance, the top of the refrigerator had dust on it -- we noticed it a few days later and had to clean it ourselves. The microwave/oven wall unit looked like it had received just a cursory wipe. The fireplace was ignored completely -- it would have taken two minutes to sweep the leftover ash into a small dustpan. The empty refrigerator had a mildew smell (although to be fair, that's something Four Seasons might not have been able to make disappear. Even so, it smelled awful when we opened it, like it had not been cleaned at all). We were really hoping to be wowed by the cleaning, especially because the owner is very customer friendly and offers follow-up calls, but the end result was that we were left wanting a little more.

I called and spoke with Minerva who arranged to come to my home to give me a detailed estimate. I told them exactly what I want cleaned and we set a date to have the cleaning done. On the scheduled cleaning the a 3 person maide team arrived. They were all very neatly dressed and polite. The cleaning took about 3 hours (my home was dirty!!). Afterwards the house looked great! They called the next day to make sure I was completely satisifed with my cleaning. I will use Four Seasons Cleaning again.
