Four Seasons Cleaning

My husband and I were expecting our first child. We wanted to have the house cleaned before the baby came home. I had delivered the baby the prior morning and was in the hospital. My husband left for the cleaning service on a Friday afternoon around 1pm. The cleaning crew entered the house and began working right away. My husband left them there and came back to the hospital to check on me & the baby. The amount agreed upon when the service was scheduled was the amount rendered to the team. The crew contacted my husband when they were done and they locked up the house for us. When we arrived home the following day, the house smell fresh and clean (not like chemicals). Everything was in its place. Beds were made, fans & flat surfaces dusted, baseboards shining, and the kitchen was spotless. I was so relieved and pleased with the quality of their work. We are definitely going to use them on a regular basis. s

We had initially used them for a move out cleaning at our apartment. They did such a great job we decided to start a regular service at our new house every 2 weeks. So far we've had 2 cleaning appointments and they've done an equally great job on those visits as they did on our move out cleaning. Defeintely nice to find a company they maintains the same level of service after the first visit.

I called Four Seasons based on their reviews on Angie's List, and am glad that we did. They were very accommodating of my schedule, including a last minute cancellation and reschedule, with no issues whatsoever. They showed up for their early appointment right on time, and got to work immediately. They did the initial cleaning with extreme detail, spending almost 6 hours non-stop getting our house incredibly clean! We are not lying when we say that this house has NEVER been this clean. I cannot stress how good of a job they did. I was expecting a clean house, but even I didn't expect to them to be as detailed as they were. As a result of this "initial" cleaning, we will definitely be signing up for their ongoing service.

We were moving out of our 2 bedroom/2 bath apartment during the holiday rush and we needed someone a.s.a.p. for a deep cleaning. I called multiple cleaners but nobody was available on short notice. Finally I got ahold of Four Seasons Cleaning and luckily they had an opening in their schedule. Minerva came promptly to do the initial consolation and she was super nice and friendly. I explained to her that we needed a real "deep" cleaning as they place was quite messy and our landlord was very picky and we were concnered that we would not get our security deposit returned to us. The cleaning team showed up the next day on time and worked super hard from the moment they arrived to when they left. OH MY GOSH, after the team finished the place looked better than I have ever seen it. It made it hard to move! I'm glad we're moving locally as I'm going to be sure to use their services in our new home. Four Seasons Cleaning really saved the day and I would definitely recommend to anyone in need of a cleaning service.

We were looking for a replacement housekeeper and it had only been two weeks since our last cleaning, so our home was fairly clean. After thoroughly researching Angie?s List, Four Seasons Cleaning was selected and contacted to clean our home. On a Saturday morning, December 1, 2012, they arrived at approximately 8:30 am, which was thirty minutes prior to the agreed time and did not give me a courtesy call thirty minutes prior to arriving as requested with owner, Minerva Muro. Only the Team Lead spoke English and the other three cleaners only spoke Spanish. Any issues or concerns had be explained to the Team Lead, and then translated to the other cleaners. I gave them a tour of our home and explained what needed to be cleaned, including using my dust mop and marble cleaner on the imported Italian marble. Marble covers most of our home and there is very little carpet. I stayed in the home while they cleaned. Each time I was advised an area had been cleaned, had to tell the staff several locations they missed cleaning or had not thoroughly cleaned. At no point did I ever state an area was not cleaned without first being advised by the Team Lead the area was been cleaned. Even though I had told them not to vacuum the imported Italian marble throughout the home, I had to tell them again not to vacuum the marble and to only use my dust mop and marble cleaner. They gave me the excuse they needed to vacuum up the dust from dusting. They were wasting time by vacuuming, when they should have been cleaning other things, like vacuuming the foyer area rug which was never vacuumed. When they finished the job, they stated they did not have time to vacuum the foyer small rug, since they had to leave for the next housecleaning job. At the start of the cleaning I was never advised that they had to leave by 11:30 am to go to their next client. I did call and speak with the owner, Ms. Muro prior to the cleaning crew leaving and she told me that they had to leave for another job and that they would not be able to stay to vacuum and re-clean the areas that needed to be redone. She had advised me that she could have cleaners come back later. Ms. Muro also asked me to send her the photos I took of the areas that were missed, which I did the same day. She said she would speak to the cleaning crew about their poor workmanship. I asked for a discount since there were so many issues and areas not properly cleaned, not a full refund, and she told me that it was not going to happen under any circumstance. She offered to come back late in the day and I advised we had an event that night and that would not be possible. The house needed to be cleaned right the first time prior to a party at the same evening, so there was not convenient for them to come back later that day. I asked Minerva again for them to stay and finish, but she said no and said they had to leave for the next job. Here are the areas that were missed and photographs have been attached to this reviewed. 1. Tealight candle flipped upside down during cleaning and not fixed by Four Seasons Cleaning 2. Master bathroom - another failure by Four Seasons Cleaning - brown foundation not cleaned or wiped from white crown molding next to wall mounted make up mirror. 3. Antique glass display case that was not dusted by Four Seasons Cleaning 4. Imported Italian marble flooring that Four Seasons Cleaning choose to waste time cleaning by vacuuming marble, instead of using owner supplied liquid marble polisher and dust mop. 5. Waste basket left in office desk chair by Four Seasons Cleaning after cleaning 6. Foyer - Private elevator entrance where area rug was not vacuumed by Four Seasons Cleaning. On the other hand, they choose to waste time vacuuming Italian polished marble as seen in other photos attached. Cleaners told me they did not have time vacuum because they had to leave their next client. 7. Refrigerator ice and water dispenser light left on by Four Seasons Cleaning 8. Framed photos were rearranged after cleaning and not put back in their original location. 9. A white spot the size of a quarter was left on the dark brown wooden cabinets in kitchen. The Team Lead had told me they had cleaned the kitchen. With numerous errors, a lack of attention to detail, then paying $145.00 for someone to clean, you expect it done right the first time. This is my first horrible experience with a house cleaner, but not my first house cleaner. In the last three years, we never paid more than $110.00 to clean; there were only one or two workers and they took no more than three hours to clean. Ms. Muro used twice as many cleaners in the same amount of time. She also makes excuses for her company?s lackluster performance and blames the customer for her failures. Maybe some customers are willing to accept her poor quality and lack of attention to detail, but I will not. Ms. Muro?s cavalier attitude, false statements, and careless attitude towards the customer?s concerns, demonstrate that she does not put the customer?s needs first.

They were quick to answer my call, quote and start the work. Would recommend to anyone, have signed up for recurring weekly house cleaning service. Delighted

It went well 3 people came in and they worked well together. I like that the base board cleaning was included in the price. I did have a minor incident with the blinds nothing major. Overall they provided quality service. Will use again.

Were one hour late, so they were still there when I arrived home from work. But the owner has resolved that problem by scheduling my future cleanings in the morning.

It was a really good job for the amount of money I paid. They put out a lot of work and I was very happy. They got here a little bit late, but they worked until they were done. They were pleasant. I stayed out and just waited. I really feel like I got my money's worth. Hopefully, I wouldn't have to use them again in the future but if I needed to, they would certainly be the ones I would go to.

In 3 1/2 hours the 3 housecleaners thoroughly cleaned my home and exceeded my expectations.

We hired Four Seasons Cleaning to do our initial deep clean of our new home & they did an excellent job & were very professional even when they had to work around contractors & painters. Our home was sparkling clean & Minerva is a constant professional. Very reliable & serious about her staff paying close attention to detail. We have now hired Four Seasons on a permanent basis cleaning our home once a week. A+, highly recommend. We submitted an update to this review. They have stolen prescription drugs twice from our home. They are most likely, due to above, the reason I have some missing jewelry. Sneaky. One girl walked right past my husband with 60 hydrocodone stolen from him in her pocket, while she threw away empty bottle in trash. Later when my husband went looking for his medication for his broken back, from being shot down at war for our country, he couldn't find it. He went riffling through trash bag she took out, and there it was. The empty bottle. BR WARNED, there are too many people coming & going, lots of staff turn over. Don't leave any valuables or medications out. They actually went in our bathroom drawers to get medicine, so nothing is really safe unless it's locked up. Also, I wouldn't allow anyone except LEAD in the master bedroom or bath, period. That way you can narrow it down to who did it, if anything should go missing If you use Four Seasons and have anything mysteriously go missing, mystery solved. We believe in 2 years of service there is a lot more they have stolen from us. Our daughter, now at college, would leave jewelry & valuables all over the place in her room. Her brother leaves money laying around. It's very sad. They also have broken.....our glass cooktop, a giant glass vase that was my mothers, a stained glass candle holder, ruined a toilet seat, they bang vacuum against baseboards and furniture. So there are numerous paint chips on practically ALL furniture legs. Baseboards messed up. Its really upsetting to us what has happened. We have never been compensated for ANY of this. Between our 2 properties they made $12,000 a year from us alone. You would think they would protect their assets.

They do a fantastic job. I found them on Angie's list. They showed up on time with the right amount of people. They were very efficient. They were professional, prepared and do good quality work.

Can you imagine sparkling clean and fresh smelling? That what this great crew delivers. I could not be more pleased! I left a home that dusty from 2 adults and 2 adults. I returned to a spotless home that is just wonderful! A walk-through estimate was give 2 days prior to cleaning day and that estimate stayed true to completion. The crew far exceeded my expectations (and they were high), cleaning areas I'd long given up on. Post-cleaning walk through showed off their great work and allowed me time to request any improvements - there were only a few. I am so glad I called Four Seasons and hope to have them come again as needed.

They did a complete, thorough cleaning. They did fantistic work. I am thrilled with it. They were on time. I thought the money was well worth it. I just can't say enough.

Recently, I had had two different house cleaning services do some work. Both were very poor. I called Four Seasons based on the Angie's List reports. Minerva contacted me quickly to arrange a home visit to give an accurate estimate for the cost of services. Minerva was very kind to answer all my questions, which were numerous, because of my recent bad experiences. A cleaning crew of four arrived at the house during a time when I could be home. They were 40 minutes early which was fine with me. The ladies were very efficient and all cleaned nonstop for the next 3 hours. They climbed step ladders to clean the very top of very high cabinets/book shelves. It was very exciting to later find they cleaned my bathroom light fixtures. My master bath, for some reason, gets very, very dusty, very quickly. They even cleaned the fake fern on the bathroom counter that was quite dusty. Overall, I'm very impressed with their thoroughness and work ethic. The next day, I received a call to check on the service quality. I will definitely be scheduling regular, monthly service with Four Seasons.

four seasons cleaning have cleaned my home several times now.....they do an excellent job and are very dependable.

They do amazing cleaning. They are a little pricy, but they do a really great job and it is worth the extra money. They send a team of three and they get the house clean. They do really good work. The owner is very professional and nice. I am very happy with her services.

For the same cost of the previous service I now get my house cleaned and all my laundry done and I have for kids. they are fantastic.

I just want to tell people "what a difference on how they made my house feel and look!". They came over to my house so they can give me a true quote on how much it would cost to clean. I was able to book an appointment on short notice. They came and left me as the happiest, prego woman in the world! Everything is wonderful from service to cost; I rate them the highest and will use them again in the future.

They were so responsive. After a quote of 283.00 over the phone for the initial top to bottom cleaning they came out and recalculated the price. I wanted all beds stripped and made with clean sheets. I have a family of 6 with a lab. We have lived in the current house for 7 years and it was in need of a thorough cleaning. They cleaned like there was no tomorrow. Blinds, baseboards, fans, steam mopped my tile floors, really cleaned my wood floors, vacuumed my stairs, picked up after my 4 kids, dusted EVERYTHING, wiped my kitchen and bathroom cabinets and SO much more. Three ladies came and for 5 hours really turned my house upside down with shine. I would totally recommend this company. They are now going to come every other week and charge 155.00 for all of the same services. They are so punctual and are very reliable. I totally recommend this company.

I would like to use this service on a regular basis, but am having to think about the cost, which is a bit out of my budget. I have to say that the three ladies were all excellent at their work, and my daughter said, "I've never seen a cleaning service do such a terrific job on your house!"

Two months in to my expierence with this company and they continue to do a great job. I really appreciate how they go the extra mile with moving cleaning times, etc to accomdate our travel schedule, especially around the Holidays. I have already recommended them to my neighbor who is also very happy with the service.

They come to my home every couple of weeks. I have been using their services for about six months. They are professiona, very responsive, and do a good job.

After a bad experience with anohter cleaning company, my husband and I decided we wouldnt use a maid service anymore. But then the holidays were coming up and we had alot of family coming into town so we crossed our fingers and called Four Seasons Cleaning. I'm so glad I did, they did an unbelievable job! Every surface was perfectly cleaned and they were very easy to work with. We have already scheduled a another cleaning to get our home ready for Christmas and we will certainly use them in the future. We are really glad we found a good company. .
