The price was resonable, the technician was close to prompt in arriving. The only problem is there was an additional 35.00 charge involve that was not mention for installment at the time the price was quoted. The technician stated that there was a 35.00 fee charged for returning the old item under warranty. I had never heard of such charge and neither had the technician until he took the item back that was under warranty. Since I only had the 210.00 that he charge for installation, he suggested I pay the 35.00 at a later date when I was called to work. Thank you, Servicemagic

The name Five Star is very accurate, he came out and looked at everything on my a/c to determine the problem. He fixed it for a reasonable price and gave me suggestions on how to avoid the same type of problem in the future. I would recommend him to anyone.
