5 Star Heating and Air is a phenomenal company!!!! Brandon represents the name of his company; he’s a “5-STAR” young man who truly knows the business of Heating and Air Conditioning!!!! I am extremely pleased with their response time to my initial call, the timely manner in their performance of the repair issues that needed to be done...and, most importantly, their professionalism they demonstrated at my home. I would highly recommend this company....so much so that I would do a commercial for their company!!! Their company is well-named, “5 Stars!!!!”

Very communicative! (More than I need, but better to err on the side of being educated!) Quick response time, reasonably priced. My air conditioning is blowing cool, and my house is back to normal. Very pleased.

Brandon arrived right on time. As he worked on the systems he explained everything to me in detail. I asked questions and got answers immediately. He wasn't pushy about selling me this or that.After he was finished, he put things back and cleaned up the areas he was working in. He even wiped down the furnace. VERY nice young man. I'd highly recommend 5 Star Heating & Air.

Been using Five Star about 3 years now. Yesterday (4/10/19) was our annual check-up. The first year was an emergency, the heating system went out. Since it was so close to our spring cleaning/check-up, we had them do the service. Their prices were fair, they were always prompt. Our system is getting old and hoping to get a couple of more years out of it. But when it goes, Five Star will install a new unit.

They were very courteous and kept us informed about the progress of the work as it was being done.

The technician was extremely knowledgeable. He explained every step of the process asking my permission to move forward when applicable.

We found the customer service outstanding. The tech was very professional and knowledgable. He quickly identified the problem and fixed it. He then did a preventive checkup be sure all was well with my A C . Pricing was very good. I would highly reccomend this company.

Chris had kept my antique central heat & a/c unit going for years. It was finally time to let it go and get a new unit installed. Chris and his son completed the new installation. Superb work with a great price. Don't waste time and money with those big companies with big overheads. Personal service from the owner of his company is the way to go.

They were at my house in an hour when my AC started having issues and diagnosed what was wrong very quick, got the part and installed it in like no time and we were back and finished in no time. Very polite as well.

We had an emergency with our A/C unit just before the cold weather was due to arrive. Chris was the first to respond & arrived on schedule. He checked out our unit & found that the problem was in two relays. Quoted a price & completed the work. Chris also checked out the complete system & found another minor problem & repaired it. I will be using 5Star Heating & A/C for our annual service. Thanks
