From the very beginning, I was impressed with the professionalism of Fence Pro. I had a property line issue, which was handled with the utmost respect and kindness. The fencing and gates are sturdy and straight. I didn't know wooden fences could be beautiful, but these are!

From my initial inquiry through installation they were prompt, professional and thorough. The fence looks great, and I'm extremely pleased with the entire process and end result. Even my neighbors commented on what a great job the installers did. I would absolutely us them again and highly recommend their services to others.

I had FencePro install a section of vinyl fence and gate for me over 2 years ago. I was having problems with the gate rubbing on the latch side and causing the top rail of the fence to become detached from the hinge side of the gate post. I called to see if they could send someone out to check on the issue and let me know what could be done to fix it. They responded a few days later and fixed the gate at no charge. Works great. True professionals who stand behind their product - even years later. Thanks.

Irwin and crew did a great job. Everything from the estimate to the install was as promised. They removed existing wood and chain link fence and even the vines growing in between the two. When my gate latch was sticking Irwin promptly came out and adjusted it. Couldn't ask for more.

Absolutely wonderful! They were very responsive, very easy to work with, very honest. They made an error on the original measurements, but they corrected it and did the extra fence at-cost. I would highly recommend them to anyone.

Their price was competitive. The other fencing companies give you the run around; they do not show up when they say they will for quotes. They are non dependable but FencePro gave us a quote and they showed up on time. The quality is good. I did not really interact with them. I may not use them because I know how to do it.

Expected more - fence is not uniform - posts are far apart in back and have had multiple problems with neighbors dog sliding under fence. I wanted a fence that was functional and attractive and it turned out average. They did a great job next door but this was sloppy install. All gates had to be replaced, fence and posts were not level, chain link pulled too tight in some areas, loose in some areas, and ok in others. The cement was splashed and dried on most of the bottoms of the posts, large tree branch was cut and left after job completion. Did not police property, both of the adjoining neighbors and I had wire wrap around lawn mower blades.

They were able to start earlier than expected and showed up bright and early that morning to get started. I wanted the fence to be taken down in pieces in case they couldn't finish in one day because I have a pool and a dog. Since they couldn't get the entire back row complete the same day, they left it up and came back the next day, again bright and early to get started. Very down to earth group of guys and Irwin was great to work with. Would definitely use the company again and have already recommended them others that needed some fence work.

They arrived on Monday morning and began unloading the truck. They started with my back fence line removing the fence and fence posts. I had already cleared the area of anything on the fence or near the fence. Their job was much harder. In Florida you have a lot of roots from your trees as well as your neighbors. It took 3 guys 3 days to remove and replace 45 panels, a single gate and a 12' gate. We have a pool so the team only removed as much as they could replace in 1 day. My old fence was a shadow box and my new fence is a board on board. I am so happy with the quality of their products construction and appearance up. I have already had neighbors complimenting me on the looks of the fence. So if you are in need of a quality fence, I highly recommend Fencepro Inc and Owner Irwin Silverman. Good job guys.

AWESOME GATE!!!!!!! They metal frame their gates at no additional cost. No more sagging over time. The fencing is strong, level, great looking. The guys showed up on time and finished the work in a couple hours. They worked as a team and were really friendly. You can tell it is a professional job when you compare it to a do-it-yourself fence. I will definitely be using him to do some more fencing for me. Irwin is nice and has a rare quality - integrity. Hard to find these days.

Excellent. He finished in one day which was a necessity because I have dogs. His crew was polite and cleaned up when they were finished. He returned all phone calls and emails promptly and got me his insurance info as I requested.

Irwin delivers what he promises. We gave FencePro a difficult job, installing ornamental fence along the parameter of a swamp is not easy. Irwin quoted the lowest price and offered a discount on one gate. During installation we changed the original design and Rocky took it in stride and installed the fence the way we chose. Irwin honored his quoted price and, I think, gave us a break on the additional materials/labor that resulted from the change to the original design. The two year warranty is also a big plus. I would recommend FencePro and would use them again.

Irwin came out to do the estimate the next day which happened to be a Saturday and most Convenient as I was off work. After measuring and getting the details on what we needed (shadow box) Irwin showed me an example of the wood quality he would be using and answered all my questions. After a few more estimates, we choose to go with fence pro as the quality and service seemed comparable but Irwin had a better price and quick installation. I Told Irwin he won the contract on Tuesday and he said his crew and himself would be there for the install on Thursday (Wow!). My wife had her first interaction with Irwin on install day and described him to me as "very nice. It was like we had asked an old friend to do the job for us." He arrived early Thursday as promised and finished late in the afternoon. We could not be happier with the quality, price, and experience.

Very professional crew - did what they said they were going to do, when they said they would do it and for the price they quoted. Cleaned up everything and left both yards in good shape. No surprises. Quality workmanship that should last a long time. Would use FencePro again.

FencePro was prompt to complete the work at the quote price. The quality of work was good. I later called on FencePro to accomplish fence repairs at another home I own in Jacksonville, FL.

I just bought a home and the decorative black/aluminum fence was only 1/2 around the backyard. Irwin came out pretty quickly after I called and gave his quote as well as installation details etc. The installation took him a half a day. He also trimmed and took away quite a bit of tree trimmings. Really a stellar job. Looks better than I thought it was going to look. He also did some adjustment on the existing gate/fence. Real nice guy. Easy to work with, answers his phone and returns calls. You rock Irwin!

It went perfect. He said he'd be there on a Friday and be done in a day. Sections were pre-assembled. They were thorough and cleaned up after themselves fairly well. They did manage to stomp some plants down but in the big scheme of things it couldn't be helped.

I called three fence contractors to get bids. Two of the contractors were from Angie's List and had an "A" rating. The first contractor made an appointment with me, and never showed up - ever - and didn't call - ever. I couldn't believe he got an A on Angie's List. (He should be thankful I am not mentioning his company's name.) The seond contractor, which was recommended to me by someone, made an appointment with me on Friday. He showed up, checked out the old fence area, and said he'd call me back on Monday with a bid. He never called me back - ever! Why did he bother showing up? Anyway, the third contractor was FencePro. Irwin made an appointment with me, he showed up on time, he checked out the fencing area, and he gave me a bid. I told him that I would not have the money until one month from that date, and he was okay with that. We connected again in one month, and his crew came out and installed our new privacy fence. Irwin kept me informed every step of the way and did a great job. We were very pleased with the whole experience. We have several rental properties, and will use FencePro again in the future.

My husband was not impressed with them. He came out, looked at it and left even before my husband could come out. He went to the truck, wrote the estimate on a piece of paper and gave it to me. He was real basic and real quick. The price was fair, he responded right away and came to give us the estimate right away.

I contacted Irwin after finding him on Angie's List and told him I had some small fence and gate repairs that needed to be done. He came out on the following Saturday and gave me an estimate that was more than reasonable. He told me it would be 2-3 weeks before he could get the job done because he is that busy. I was not in a hurry so that was ok by me. A few weeks later I got a call from Irwin and he and his crew would be in the area the following day and would like to come by and make the repairs. My fence looks better than it has in years and now both of my gates work. Money well spent and Irwin and his crew are very pleasant to do business with. A+++

Irwin returned my call right away, came out that day and provided me an estimate. He fit me into his schedule and actually came a day early, working in the rain to complete the job. I couldn't even tell there was ever an ugly, rusted, banged up fence in my yard! He back-filled the holes as best he could with the remaining material. My yard was not damaged at all. Irwin was a very pleasant man to work with. I will be hiring him in the future to install Vinyl picket and privacy fencing!

Overall it was an good job. I would have perferred that they used wet concrete to set the posts instead pouring dry concrete and letting it absorb ground moisture, on the other hand there are fence installers that don't use any concrete. They did an excellant job of cleanup and debris removal. I had a special request that the yard be secured at the end of each work day so my dogs could run free. They complied with this request without reservation even though I am sure this caused extra work for them and delayed completion slightly.
