Honest to God, I could not be any happier. Came out exactly when they said they would, and it was finished when they said it would be finished. I am actually kind of shocked at the great Quality. Absolutely no comparison to the previous fence. The wooden picket privacy fence & 2 Gates that they installed are incredibly well-built. And really, just beautiful. My experience with Fence Pro was anything but professional. I had them do some work at my property and my issue is not with the quality of their work but their ability to handle this situation professionally. When Fence Pro first started the work here, one of their employees drove their truck off the driveway and crushed my culvert In two places, causing the dirt to wash away into it leaving large holes in my yard and washing away one of the fence posts. While admitting that they drove directly over the same spots where the issues are, the owner Irwin denies that there is no way possible that his 8,000+ pound truck could have done any damage to the culvert that’s buried maybe 3 inches below the exact spot they drove over. When Irwin finally came with the employee who is responsible, Irwin continues to deny the situation and turns it into a screaming and cursing contest. This behavior is extremely unacceptable and unprofessional as a business owner. We are now having to seek further action again them for the cost of repair.

Having a large corner lot I had several estimates and my wife and I didn't go with the lowest we considered may factors and we decided to go with Fencepro. They removed my old fence and also delivered some of my old fence panels that two of my neighbors had marked, to their homes for no charge. They were very attentive to my pants and sprinkler system. They followed the top of the fence making it level, when the fence was done, there were gaps at the bottom of the fence. Having a dog, my wife and I were concerned that he would get out. Fencepro came out and filled in the gaps between the bottom of the fence and my yard with fence planks. Some of the boards on the panels were split. They came out the next week and went board by board and replaced every split or cracked board without hesitation. Have replaced 49 6x8 panel that was a lot of boards. They kept saying we want you to be 100% satisfied. After they were done you could stand at one end of my long fence and look down the line and see a straight line. And that's is exactly what you should see once a fence is installed. My fence was installed April 8th 2018. I waited 1 year and 1 day to write this review because I have had some minor issue with they fence and Fencepro was always there to help and always wanted me to be 100% satisfied. My dog has never gotten out under the fence I can still look down my long side of my fence and see a strait line and i am 100% satisfied. I highly recommend Fencepro. J. Sammarco

Irwin came and gave me an estimate; he was informative and friendly. I had gotten an estimate from two other companies and chose Fencepro both on price and reviews. (The cost of the job was exactly the estimate I was given.) Joanne in the office was responsive to my questions and always got back to me in a timely manner. The team that came out for the installation made sure to check with me to confirm everything was done the way I expected. My only comment would be that the job, which was relatively small, took two visits to complete and there were several days between visits. However, I should add that after installation I changed my mind on the height of the gate and Irwin made the adjustment without additional cost. (Both he and Joanne were very receptive to my change request, which required a separate visit.) I would definitely recommend Fencepro to anyone looking for fencing work.

A few hiccups, but Mr. Silverman made sure everything was finally done according to the drawings he made and what we agreed to verbally and in writing. The fence panels and gates are very sturdy and well constructed. The gates are structured with welded, steel bracing, not the thin metal type found in big box stores. This was only one front section of the fence he replaced; the existing one was poorly installed by another company & those gates become totally inoperable. I would certainly hire FencePro again and not hesitate to recommend FencePro to anyone. Owner Irwin Silverman is a man of his word. As a matter of fact, I have referred two people already.

This is more of a long-term review than a new install review. I hope it helps others that are looking for a wood fence. We moved into our house in Fleming Island, Orange Park, October 2014 and desperately needed a wood fence where there was none. We contacted several vendors and chose FENCEPRO, INC. A quick rundown: 10/01/2014 – Moved in. 10/13/2014 – Quote from Irwin 11/10/2014 – I mailed land survey drawings and deposit to company. 11/19/2014 – Can’t remember what day the installation began but it took 1 ½ days. Since the install, we’ve had branches and debris from several TS, Hurricanes Matthew (I hope I got the name right) and Irma, and the fence is standing stronger than ever. Even a small twister touched down FEET from our property and ripped the **** out of several pines, but zero damage to the fence. Only a small panel was cracked from a tree trunk but it did not affect the fence structural integrity. All I did was re-nail the same panel back to the main post and voilà, good as new. Communication with the Company was straightforward and recommendations were provided as to where to install gate, height, etc. A potential problem was brought up with one section of the property that had a dip. I wanted the fence to be as fluid and smooth without the “step-down” look you see on fences installed on uneven ground. The installers did an awesome job mitigating the issue and the fence looks fantastic. We are extremely happy with our fence. I like how with time the fence has lost its new-just-cut-look and now has an aged “patina” appearance. To this date I haven’t had to mess with the gate adjustment or alignment. It closes like a fort and easily opens with no hung up latches or sagging hinges. We are very happy with our fence and we will definitely do business with Irwin again when the need arises. Job was performed exactly when I was promised and the installation went quickly. I love my fence and how it looks. I would recommend FencePro to everyone who wants a professional and efficient fence installation.

I scheduled a estimate they never showed up. I took the day off of work for nothing. Did not get a call to reschedule or a call saying they couldn't make it.

A lot of people were having problems scheduling things after the hurricane. It was little while after before I could get them to come, but they were having to repair fences all over the city. They did a wonderful job.

Freaking amazing. First their gates are so superior to what any other company offered. The hinges of the gate are far better than anything you'd get at your local hardware store. They use a welded metal frame around the wood gate to keep it from sagging. Genius. Quoted five other companies and no one seemed as knowledgeable or willing to work and answered my questions like Irwin. They didn't have the lowest price I was quoted but it was close and definitely worth the little bit extra. Highly, highly recommend them.

They wanted to charge me $1,000, said they had to charge a minimum of $600 then the price of the wood etc. Got another company to quote and they charged half that price. Don't use this company if you need partial fencing done due to their minimum charge.

They did a great job! They were super efficient. Fence was completed in 2 days. And was completed 2 weeks before they scheduled installation date! Irwin was always very responsive to my questions and explained everything at the time of the quote.

When Irwin came out to check it out, he was very professional and gave me a quote for repair and quote for replacement. Unlike some of the other quotes I received, he was honest and told me that I could get by with just repairing the fence instead of investing in a full fence replacement. Highly recommended.

Perfect/; Irwin Silverman did a great job. Long before getting prices from him and others I called him for advice which he gave freely and very helpful. His quote was better and he offered a commercial grade that gave me 1" pickets and larger rail. another asked a lot more money, Irwin was reasonable. Trying to set a time of installation was impossible because of the pool company playing games so after missing the first date Irwin did as he said he would, he worked us in and did it at once so pool could be filled. Would I use him again, in a heartbeat. By the way I called him again the other day about my daughter's small dog getting through the pickets and he was at once willing to help. by the way the fence went up on my daughter's new house in Jacks Beach. I found several subs for her and Irwin was probably the best.

Very responsive, great communication, tremendous work, excellent product. Dealing with Fence Pro was great. Quick response on my quote, set an installation date, got started a week early, and my fence is beautiful.
