Description of Work: Two very professional young men showed up on time. They did all the windows and screens on the outside of the house. Since it was a last appointment of the day I asked what it would cost to clean the inside of the sunroom which has 9 large windows and 4 transom windows. They offered to do them for $40 and did an excellent job.

Description of Work: They were scheduled to clean the windows on Friday June 5 at 9:00 am. They told me they would not wash the screen unless I removed them, which I did Thursday. When they did not show up, I called about 9:45 to see what happened. I was informed the truck broke down on Thursday and someone was suppose to call me. I was not called. We agreed that they would do the work on Thursday June 11 and I was to call and find out what time. I called on Monday at 12:05 pm and left a message, no one called me back. Later in the afternoon (about 4:00 pm) I called again and talked to a guy who told me he was driving in traffic and as soon as he stopped he would call me and let me know what time they would do the work. He never called.

Description of Work: After several phone calls the technicians arrived 4 hours late. They rushed through their work and did an adequate job but when the sun hit our windows that evening and the following morning there were missed areas and streaks everywhere. My wife is very disappointed.

Description of Work: There was a scheduling error that caused them to do the job 1 day later than planned. The Angies list cost of $149 did not cover having the drivewsy washed, so I paid them another $45 to do that. Overall it was pretty good, except they seemed to have missed a little bit of wall and window area on my front porch.
