Purchased on Angie's List early December, scheduled and no one confirmed. Tried scheduling several times via phone, email and website. Reached out to Angie's List and they were very responsive but decided to give the vendor once more chance. I was finally able to get through and speak to someone late January and scheduled for the following week; no one showed up and never called or answered. Spent half a day waiting and took off work, Very disappointed and frustrated - and my gutters still need cleaned.

It was awful. The employee was on his phone either texting or talking. They did arrive promptly. The windows were not properly cleaned and the screens were not put in properly or locked in place and one even fell out. Two of the screens were placed in the slot backwards. The gutter at the bottom of windows were not properly cleaned. I would not use them again or recommend them.

The coupon was for window AND screen cleaning. The person I spoke to on the phone to set up the appt. was super nice, and he actually scheduled someone to come out that same day. The guy who came to do the work took the screens off every window, washed the windows and then replaced the screens. The screens were not cleaned. When he came to the door to say he was done, I asked him why he didn't wash the screens. I was told they didn't wash the screens. OK. Whatever. I guess you get what you pay for. Not sure why the coupon specifically stated the screens. The worker put approx. 50% of the screens on wrong. He had 2 screens inside out (the screens have white dividers), and 8 screens upside down. The windows did look great though! If only they could be seen behind the dirty screens.

It went very well. I will not hesitate to call this business again for their services.

I purchased this service on October 22nd with a request to complete the job anytime between the 26th and 28th. Eco-Clean USA/Wiles Windows said they were too busy to accommodate those dates. I settled for November 5th in the morning. They never showed up. When I called to find out what happened, they offered no reason. I requested a refund but response was they didn't know how to do it. I had to complain to Angie's List directly who took care of refund details. This company is disorganized, unprofessional, and not worth the hassle of working with.

I really wanted to give this vendor high ratings, because I was very impressed by the technician's conversation about how particular he was about completing each job to perfection. Unfortunately, the job did not proceed as expected... Because I also wanted lanai/outdoor furniture to be done under separate contract for $105, technician promised to come back the next day, bringing another helper with him to complete the job. Well, he appeared an hour late for appt. the next day WITHOUT a "helper." I will say that he worked very diligently for about 4 hrs. on the job. Because I am disabled and still recovering from surgery, I have to take a nap every afternoon. At that time, it looked like he could probably complete the job before I finished my 2-hr. nap, so I gave him the coupon to show that I had purchased the Angie's Big Deal for gutter/window cleaning for $189 and a check for $105 for the additional contract. I was VERY surprised when I awoke and discovered that he was gone, but the job had NOT BEEN COMPLETED! He obviously had not finished the gutters AND had not cleaned the large lanai table. When he did not appear the next day to complete the job, I called Wiles Windows and left a voice mail about the fact that he had not completed the job. I finally received a callback from Wiles Windows two days later from the manager. He told me that technician had said that he couldn't reach the gutter in the back because of the pool screen. I told him that others whom I had hired had been able to complete that job, PLUS he still needed to clean the table under the separate contract. He said he would talk with the technician. When I STILL had not received a phone call about completing the job, I called Angie's List to inquire about my remedy. She said that she would send an email to the provider about this. Wiles Windows STILL did not respond, even though I left 2 more voice mails. Also, when I checked to see if I could put a hold on my check for the separate contract, it had already been cashed. Bottom line for me is that I am an EXTREMELY dissatisfied customer. I paid almost $400 for about 4-5 hours work, and neither contract was fulfilled. I finally ended up hiring someone else to finish the gutters, and am working on doing the table myself. I am considering filing a claim in Small Claims Court. he alm

When the work was finally done it was fine. The problem was in the scheduling. Perfect storm of events in owner's life - got married, left on extended honeymoon, changed web service provider, and more. Got Angie's List involved, but it took 3 phone calls and several emails by me to get them to intervene. Once they contacted owner things happened very quickly. Person doing work was very polite, worked professionally and did a good job on windows. I would use the again. Especially that I now have the correct contact details.

I attempted to contact Wiles through Angie's texting service, by independent e-mails, phone calls, and their website. I never received a response or a refund. I even attempted to schedule service through their website to no avail. I recommend this service be removed from Angie's List.

Awesome! The owner Ryan was very helpful in scheduling this service. Because of weather issues we had to reschedule several times. Then to make things even more complicated this is on our second home and we had to schedule around our visits to Florida. Our technicians was Jake. He was prompt and very professional. Call me old fashioned, but I was impressed by his manner and the fact that he was immaculately dressed with the company logo on his shirt. He went straight to work after discussing the service with me. He took care of everything! Toward the end another professional employee arrived to help him. I couldn't believe how nice everything looked. My house wasn't terribly dirty to begin with because I have it cleaned every spring, and yet after the Wiles Service it sparkled! I was very pleased. I will definitely call them again next year. Thank you!

Ryan Wiles was pleasant and professional. The guy who came out was here on time, very professional and hard worker. I was satisfied with the work he did.

It turned out fine. They were polite to work with and scheduling was easy.

They were professional and scheduling was fairly easy. They didn’t get the windows very clean and forgot to put up some screens.

Jake, the technician arrived about 12:30 pm for a job that it would take one person all day to do. He mentioned at one point that he needed to call for reinforcements. Jake worked hard all day but I assume he was getting tired toward the end of the day, in my opinion that was not an excuse and he should have returned the next day to correct the issues. Anyhow as far as the issues, the windows were not cleaned properly and there were and still are smudges, drips and left over residue still on the windows. The window sills were never cleaned and the screens that were re installed (some weren't) were installed improperly which will make them tougher to remove when I attempt to correct the mistakes. I've made several attempts to reach Ryan Wiles by both e-mail and telephone but have received no communication from him what so ever since the job was done. Beware, I believe that this service was a tremendous waste of money.

We didn’t end up going with them, as they did not service our area. But, they were very professional and helpful about giving us the information to get our refund, and felt bad that they were not able to assist us further.

I wasn't home when service was rendered. Just noted the windows hadn't been cleaned.

Simple, no problems, polite service

I purchased the $149 package for exterior window and screen washing. Jake was the technician who performed the services. He was courteous and efficient. He explained the process to me and answered all of my questions knowledgeably. I was afraid that we would be charged extra because we had two large palladium windows, but Jake assured me that everything was included in the price. We had just moved into our house at the end of June and could hardly see out of the windows. After Jake left, the windows were sparkling. I would recommend Wiles Window and Power Washing.

Scheduling was a little difficult but service performed was great

While there was some unusual staining on the house (looked like mildew but appears to be rust) Wiles Windows and Pressure Washing went out of their way to do the best job they could. Some of the stains were removed and and additional work was completed.

He was punctual, very courteous and thorough.

Everything was fine except the mess that was left on porch and patio. Debris from gutters. Clean up could have been better.

No call no show

It went terribly. They refused to send bills to our accounts payable office even though they had the correct address. They then would drop off bills with the tenant and start harrassing our tenants employees about non payment. What is worse is that they would do this in front of the tenants clients in their waiting room.

It went very well. He was professional and focused on the task at hand.
