Power washed house and driveway and exterior windows. OK. One of my plants is suffering at my front porch.

When I called them they said the deal was only for 30 panes of glass and I have many more so I chose not to use the company. I wish the Big Deal was more clear.

Received phone call just in case technician was running late

Originally I had them scheduled to only clean the exterior windows but I ended up having the do the inside and pressure wash my back patio which is very large. They were a little late but they called to let me know they were running behind by about an hour. They stayed until 7PM completing the additional work. I would without question use them again.

Cleaning was postponed a few times due to weather delays. The two person team arrived on time. They were pleasant and professional. They responded well to my requests for redo of a few areas The job was completed on time and the area cleaned up nicely.

Scheduling issues due to business and weather (should be expected that time of year). Team could have paid a little more attention to the details, left a little dirt in the corners and smudged the windows while replacing the screens. They also did not clean down spouts out from clogs. Other than this team did good work and communicated well.

The entire interaction with Wiles Windows was FANTASTIC!! I cannot say enough positive things about my experience with Wiles Windows and Pressure Washing. I originally spoke with the owner to ensure he was familiar with cleaning roofing shingles; he answered all my questions and really set me at ease about bringing them out tto clean my shingles. He then set a date to provide an initial quote. Jake and Donny were fantastic; they worked hard, were very professional, and acted like owner operators. The service that Wiles provided exceeded all my expectations. My house looks brand new!

It was excellent all the way around. The gentleman had some electrical issues with the machinery he was using, he worked right through it and was very diligent on getting it done. The windows are beautifully done! He was very neat in his approach to the work. Left the areas that he worked on in good condition after he was finished. We liked him so much we gave him a $50 tip! We told him that we would like him to come back in 6 months. I purchased this deal for my sister also as a gift, she was very pleased with it also.

The guys were nice on the phone (both the owner and employee). they were easy to work with. The only reason I gave them a "B" on punctuality is because they had some difficulty with a job the day before and had me wondering about my appointment at one point... probably not "punctuality", perhaps should be Responsiveness, but a B rating in that respect regardless. I wouldn't hesitate to use this crew - the price is great and my sense of the guys is that they are a solid bunch of fellas.

I went well. They were friendly, quick, and on time.
