Quality of work was terrific! Arrived on time and completed it quick, however, one large window needed to be re-done and scheduling for that was challenging. But he came out and corrected it. Would hire again though because the quality was amazing! Nice guy and worked fast!

Ad was for outside but as noted above, since number of windows was relatively small, did both inside and out.

The only difficulties I had was getting the job scheduled to start with. Once I filed a bad report I was contacted by the owner and he straighten every thing out and got the work schedule. Work was done to my satisfaction

I never got a message until June 17th and called them to make an appointment and they never called me back. They've been unresponsive and two weeks is too long to wait and I don't want to do business with them.

We had purchased a deal on Angie's List to have our windows cleaned. We decided that we wanted to also have the patio and house pressure washed, since our own pressure washer was broken at the time. They were able to accommodate this request at a reasonable cost. We are very happy with how the exterior of the windows and house look, no more green mold.

I was left satisfied with their service. They came out one day and started the job and they were supposed to come out the second day. They called me and said their schedule was already booked. They ended up coming back several days later and finish the job.

Jake Johnson arrived right at 9:00am and finished all 3 jobs by 5:00pm. He did the gutter and roof cleaning first, then power washing and the windows. The debris from the roof and gutters was cleaned up and taken away in garbage bags. Jake moved all the furniture and plants off the pool deck prior to washing it. He put the cleaning solution on twice to get all the stains off and rinsed thoroughly each time. All furniture and plants were returned to the deck once it dried. All windows were cleaned with a mineral based wash and hand rinsed. The screens were also cleaned and reinstalled. Jake was polite and checked in with us during the day. He worked extremely hard and did a great job.

After several changes in scheduling, Jake, Ryan's assistant, came out and did an excellent job. He did everything called for in the Angie's List offering. Jake was very courteous, professional and industrious. We would use his services again.

They didn't come out when they were supposed to. I ended up getting a refund. But they ended up coming out for free.

These guys rock! Arrived early, worked fast, quickly fixed a few missed spots I found - total professionals! Completely satisfied. Will use them again to pressure wash the house.

After my house was freshly painted, I needed the windows cleaned. I saw an Angie's list offer and bought it right away. I had great communication from the office and appreciate the quick response. In addition, they used an efficient email service to remind me of the appointment. On the day of the appointment I received a text message to state the crew would be on time. The work took less than two hours. I have some windows that are oddly shaped and was pleasantly surprised that I did not have extra charges. The two men let me know they were finished. I will call Wiles Window & Pressure Washing again. They surpassed my expectations. Thank you.

Had appointment for 4/2/14 and did not show up. Called and left voicemail and no one ever replied.

Purchased a discounted deal for home pressure washing through Angie's List at the end of 2013. With the freezing weather we had in January, we had to wait a couple days longer to have it completed. Great communication between the company to ensure we were informed of the delays and rescheduled right away. The wait was well worth it. The crew that completed the job was very professional. They also ensured that all landscaping was protected by rinsing down after pressure washing the house. We were extremely satisfied with their work that we scheduled them to return to complete our driveway and sidewalk.

I followed email to contact them by phone, then email. No response.

They did the job right on time. They were polite and personable. It was a one-story house and they did it a nice job. They seemed very professional and I believe it was a pretty good deal. They came five days after I made the purchase.

After several attempts to contact this company I gave up - tried leaving e mails on the service providers site, and left several phone calls, never a call back...I just noticed that this service provider is quite a distance from my home, perhaps that is the reason I never heard from them.

It was an Angie's List Big Deal that I purchased. It did not turn out well. The young man that came out was very pleasant. It was late evening and he did the windows. However I was having a Christmas party so I needed them cleaned for that occasion. I wasn't able to see the windows until the next day, which was the day of the party, and they were very smeared and not well. I called the owner and he told me that he would come out after the first of the year in January to redo my windows but I haven't heard from anyone so I've decided that it is not a service that I will use again. I should have gotten a response when they would be in my area and come out. Instead today is January 23 and no one has called me. I was not pleased. The technician said he would be willing to come back if I wasn't pleased but I spoke to the owner and he didn't respond. The price was awesome. The windows did at least get water on them. I did have to call several times to get it done. The technician did come when he said. The technician was very professional but the owner was not professional on follow up.

He was 45 min. late. He did not call to inform us that he was late. We had to call him to find out. He was a one man crew. The work was good and we can tell he worked hard. But he left without telling us that his work was done. We were going to tip him but he was already gone. The worst thing was he left out 3 screens. He did not put them back after washing the windows. We do not have a ladder high enough to put them back in. We called them 3 times to ask them to come back to put the screens back in the window. It has been 2 weeks. We do not think they will come back. We are going to use them for pressure washing for the house and driveway. But after this. No thanks.

Ryan was on time, very polite as he explained the process. After service was provided we looked over the results. Service was reasonable priced.

It took a few days to make initial contact, but once I heard from Ryan, he was responsive and the estimate process went smoothly. I was scheduled for 11/27/2013 for install. The day of the install, I received an email saying that he was running 1-2 days behind and that I would be rescheduled after the holiday. I received an email on 12/3/2013 for a rescheduled time of 12/6/2013 at 6:30 am. I was rescheduled 3 more times within 24 hours, via email, before I finally contacted him to say, look if you can't get us done 12/7/2013 and need to bump me again, please just remove me from your schedule and I will take care of it myself. He immediately called me and said that he would definitely get me done on 12/7/2013, so no need to cancel our service with him. He did mention that he was having a problem finding a certain size wreath for one of our windows, and asked if we could go larger, but I didn't want the extra cost with what we were already being charged, so I said no and he said he would just drive around until he found one. His crew showed up around 7 am on 12/7/2013 and started the install. They were courteous and polite, and completed the job in the estimated amount of time scheduled. I went to inspect the job before paying and noticed that the wreaths installed were not the correct size and told them I would have to contact Ryan, because he did not put up the agreed upon (per the estimate) items. He put up smaller ones but charged me the larger wreath prices. I spoke with him on the phone and he was instantly defensive and told me I was wrong and that he unpacked them himself. He wanted to bring me by the wrapping for them. I had taken a measuring tape to them, so it didn't matter what packaging he brought by, they were not the right ones. He then proceeded to tell me I didn't know how to measure a wreath and that I was doing it wrong - it's a circle - there's no special way to measure a circle. I hung up on him since he was insulting and obviously not concerned with customer service. He then showed up at my home, we argued more, he was indignant and showed my wrapping for what he claims was one of the wreaths he had just purchased. (He could have taken it off of any other job's wreaths.) He was not apologetic and concerned with correcting the error. I went in my home and locked the door. He followed me and then tried to OPEN my door to talk to me! Who does that?! I told him to go away, and that I had canceled the check I had given his crew member, and that he would not be paid until the job was done correctly. He left and came back with a different associate and different wreaths to exchange mine out with. He finished up and had me inspect his work - he also tried to tell me that he gave me larger wreaths than the ones I had in my estimate. He did not! The smaller one is now the correct size, but the larger one is STILL smaller than what I paid for. I did not know this at the time and wanted him off of my property, so I wrote him a new check and he left. I took out my extension ladder and measured them both and tried reattaching one to the window as it had come off. They are 24" and 32", when they are supposed to be 24" and 36" respectively, as advertised on his website, and as agreed upon in the written estimate. Also, the 24" wreath is not a newly purchased item. It is noticeably damaged, yet I was charged for a brand new one and the fact that the damage was quite obvious, but he still installed it, is just plain wrong . I would NEVER recommend him to anyone for ANY service. He is unprofessional, discourteous, insulting, and indignant. He does not have any regard for customer satisfaction.

I called Wiles on Friday, 11-16-13, and Mr. Wiles said that would not be able to set up appointment 7-10 days but if I did not mind a late arrival someone could come out 11-18-13. On Monday Jake Johnson arrived around 5:00 pm and said could do it all, washing windows and pressure washing courtyard, for $100. It was raining but he said that did not matter and started pressure washing. About an hour later he knocked on door and due to darkness and rain. He said I could pay him the $100 then or when he came back. Because of Jake's very personable attitude I went ahead and gave him a check. While conversing with Jake it became clear that he did not directly for Wile's. He never called or came back so I called Wile's on Thursday the 21st to find out when they would be back. Answering machine at 904-469-1094 and 904-556-6863. I left a message but did not get a return call. I called every 2-3 days with not call back. On 12-04-13 I left a message that if I did not hear from them I would contact Angie's List but still nothing.

We had purchased a big deal for the service and it was good. They did a very nice job. They were very prompt, and the gentleman who showed up was nice. My husband was at home that day, and he didn't tell me about any issue with the people who came out to do the work. The price was reasonable, and they did a very good job. My husband had to call them a couple of times to get the date scheduled.
