Description of Work: They pressure washed the exterior of my large home, cleaned the front and back porches (and moved all the furniture in and out), and cleaned a large circular driveway, large paver patio and several paver pathways. They also cleaned the gutters and washed the exterior windows which included screen removal, cleaning and replacing.

Description of Work: No one showed up for the appointment.The tech could not be reached by Ryan Wiles & it was not possible for me to re-schedule in the time frame I needed the work to be done.

Description of Work: Problems from the start. At first phone calls/e-mails were not answered. A heated exchange of words because I called the provider at 9PM "during his dinner with his family." Of course, I didn't know that this was his home phone number. As far as I knew, it was his business number. Many other problems...and the job was OK. The young man missed the sliding glass doors that I had asked him to do, etc. However, it wasn't great, by any means.

Description of Work: After buying the Angie's List deal and finding out it was only for exterior window cleaning, I worked with Wiles to also clean the inside of the windows. I was upset as the deal was simply advertised as Window and Screen Cleaning and the fine print said exterior cleaning; I cannot for the life of me figure out why someone would only clean one side of the glass, but that's the deal. We selected a price (add'l $100), date and service; it was performed timely and with professional staff. I asked to be put on the calendar for the end of every Spring for the same service and recommend them.

Outstanding job considering the weather was cold and damp. Great people, price and service! We have been added to their yearly cleaning service.

Description of Work: Trying to contact them was a real problem, I left two messages and then I was told no messages were received. We got passed that issue, there was also an issue with making the appointment on the website per the VM if no answer which I did. I discussed the issues and made the appointment, and confirmed on the phone, the appointment to be at 9am on 1/13 I made arrangements for someone to be here that morning. Well 9:10 am on the 13th no call and no one showed up, so called and left a message. At 9:30 no one showed up so I left another message (I was angry). I got a call back that they had no appointment for me at my address. I then pressed the issue only to be told they would have to pull someone off a "big" job. Ultimately a young man showed up and did the job and was apologetic and professional. I was happy with the job done!
