Description of Work: We contacted this company be cause of some minor leaking problems with one of the bathroom sinks and both of the tub faucets, both hot and cold. There was also a problem with a leak at the kitchen sink. The repairman did a fine job with all but the hot water spigot for the tub and told me I'd have to obtain some kind of product, to loosen up the screw,and he would just come back after that to complete the repair. That particular spigot still leeks and I would think he should get whatever product he needs to complete thr repair.

Description of Work: Replaced a main valve on the side of our house and replaced a valve to the kitchen icemaker. |The main valve into our house stripped when we tried turning off the water. We had no water coming into our house and this was on a Sunday. Brian, the technician, and Josh, the apprentice, responded very quickly, they were very professional and we were very happy with the cost. We will definitely use David Gray Plumbing in the future and I highly recommend them!

Description of Work: Took care of several items. Plug that enables bathtub faucet to deliver water for shower was stuck and they fixed it. Bathroom sink and bathtub drain were clogged. Cleared that out and cleared sewer line to the street.

Description of Work: Don of David Gray Plumbing arrived within 30 minutes of my call for service. He worked diligently removing broken toilet flange, replace flange, replace wax ring, and install a new toilet. Don was very professional and knowledgeable of repairs and installation.

Description of Work: Technician (Bubba) showed up on time and was very efficient in conducting the repair. So fast that he saved me a lot of money when I thought the repair was going to be very expensive. The hot water pipe on the upstairs bathroom split at the point it joined with the supply valve for the bathtub. Complicating the issue, the building had tiled so much that it precluded access. Bubba recommended cutting the drywall from back side in closet and he then quickly and efficiently cut the hole, repaired the pipe and leak checked the system before departure. Best plumbing experience of my life. Extra cost due to distance from our house but that was known up front. Very good service!

Description of Work: They fixed a few leaky faucets. Did a good job but felt it was a bit expensive.

Description of Work: They installed a descaling device to replace my water softener. It never worked as advertised, the power supply to the unit kept failing and David Gray did not stand behind the product. A waste of money They shouldn't sell these devices in areas with extremely hard water especially if they don't stand behind the product.
