Scheduled on Sunday evening for Monday morning to change a busted hose bib. On time and job completed quickly and professional.

Set up an appointment two days ago for today, had everything ready to go and made sure to take the day off work so I would be here. This morning they notified me that the appointment has been cancelled because they don't service mobile homes. This information is not on their website, was not relayed when we were setting up an appointment, and my residential address has a LOT # so it was made clear from the start it was a mobile home. Disappointed I waited two days for this appointment and in the end I'm right where I started, with a dead kitchen.

They responded immediately and scheduled promptly. They showed up on time and sent the name and picture of the tech ahead of time. He was very professional and finished promptly. They have a great computerized workflow system that keeps the customer informed and involved every step of the way.

They got the job done but we felt that the cost was exorbitant

When I called into customer service they were very knowledgeable and professional. The technician came out right away and was friendly and responsive and solved the issue. I highly recommend David Gray!

Replied quick, and was here same day. Quickly diagnosed the problem and was equipped to complete repair, which start to finish was 20 minutes. Pleased with every aspect of their service.

Customer service was fine, and professional. Even though I provided all the parts for the job I still had sticker shock for the installation. Still trying to figure that one out.

We had a slab leak years ago and called David Gray for repair. They were responsive and fixed the leak at a very reasonalbe rate. Here we are a few years later and we have another slab leak in the same spot. The previous repair was just a patch, they never replaced the faulty pipe, just put a patch on it. What a shoody repair. I would expect this from a second rate plubing company not a so called reputable local company. Shame on David Gray pluming.

Awful expensive. After addition research I found another company at about $300 less. I wanted to get a breakdown of services but they didn’t provide the information. The job took about 20 minutes and charged about $500. My fault. I would recommend thorough research.

Don't waste your time and money. All the techs work on commission which they deny. All their positive reviews are fake. Exorbitant prices for shoddy work.

On 5/11/2023, I called a David Gray Plumbing after Home Depot estimated the new sink installation to be around $750. David Gray Plumbing was happy to send out technician after explaining that they do not provide a FREE estimates, instead they charge $65 for each visit – something that should have been a red flag right away. The technicians estimate was close to exorbitant $2,000 – a unconscionably excessive price, exciding Home Depot estimate by almost 3 times! When business raise prices to unfair levels is called a price gouging!

Responded in a timely fashion and came out to complete the job the same day

Beware. I was just charged over $700 to install a new bathroom faucet (Which I provided). The average cost to install a new faucet is $400 in Florida. Do your homework, I wish I had.

It was wonderful. They were absolutely fantastic. He was very nice and professional. They did great and did a good job.

Good experience and recommend, Kevin B. was the Plumbing Technician I had on April 4, Monday. Professional, to the point, explained what the issue was, did exactly what he said he was going to do. Highly recommend and yes I would use them again.

David Gray A/C, Plumbing & Electrical was hired by me to install two LED ceiling fixtures and adjust another LED fixture. My goal was to add more overhead light in a rather dark entryway leading from the garage to the home and connecting the hallway. As an overview, David Gray’s appointment procedures gave me the flexibility to select a date, day of the week, and time to do the work. They called me about a half-hour before their arrival time. I was very pleased with the two-man team that was sent to do the work. Andrew Knight, the technician went over the work and provided me with an estimate before they began. He gave me an overview of the work…he explained what needed to be done with the new LED fixtures and installed the fixtures according to proper electrical code…he also gave me an option to choose the light color that I felt would be pleasant and accomplish my goals…he adjusted the color on each fixture from SOFT WHITE to DAYLIGHT…I selected BRIGHT WHITE (4000K)…this selection gave me the extra brightness for a safe entryway and hallway. The team worked efficiently, treated me with respect, and cleaned up the work areas. I was very pleased with the outcome…I now have a far safer home environment that I can enjoy and rely on when friends and family members visit. Thank you David Gray for hiring qualified individuals.

It went well once they put David Ford on the job. We had a small issue at first. However if there is ever a small issue DGP makes it right and David Ford knows his stuff. Thank you years of great service and for sending David Ford for this job.

Work went great. The plumber and his helper were knowledgeable, friendly and even let me ask questions during the process. Quick and efficient. Will recommend and use their service again when I need the other bathrooms done.

The staff was awesome! Everyone I spoke to was very helpful and knowledgeable! I highly recommend!

Charged $385 per hour for changing out a faucet! Plus the service call fee of $89. I believe this is considered PRICE GOUGING!

They sent me an email saying they would give a quote. Came out 2 weeks ago and no quote. Called twice and gave me excuses. Called today and Supervisor said quote would be sent by COB. It is 6:18 pm the office is closed and no quote. I have been a long time customer. If you can’t do the job just let me know.

Arrived on time. Identified and fixed problem. Put yard storage bin back in front of pump. Checked to make sure water was getting to all of the sprinkler heads after pump was working, and that the pump was not cycling. Took about an hour from start to finish. $193.

It was my fault for calling them. It won’t happen again. A tree limb fell on two pvc pipes from my well to my house. I called on a Saturday morning (overtime!) because we did not want to be without water for a couple three days. A and C came out, said they could hook up one of them, but weren’t sure if I need the pressure tank hooked up. I was not sure either- my mistake for not knowing, but I had called them because I did not know what to do. I said fine, hook up the one PVC connection, and not the bladder tank and if doesn’t work, I don’t have to pay, okay? A and C both agreed. They hooked it up for $225! Overtime!!! I had water for about 30 minutes until what they just did blew out the pipe they just made. They came back and said maybe they should call the pressure tank guy. They did, and that guy called me and said he would need $160 to drive to my house and decide what to do. I had already paid $49.00 diagnostic fee to A and C. I said no way was I going to pay more – I had just paid $225 for nothing. He said I should dispute the charge with David Gray plumbing. Not his problem. I told him not to come. I got someone else to fix what they did not. So I called the office to dispute the charge; gave all the info to S who said she would send it to the right person, who would contact me. No one did contact me, so I called again a week later, left a message for the supervisor to call me. No call, so another week went by and I called and left another message. No call. So, after no response (one month later), I pen my tale of woe to warn you about this outfit. Remember, I called them because I did not know what I needed done. They didn’t either. My mistake. I do not recommend them for anything.
