Description of Work: Replaced faucet core in bathtube and water heater. He came to check the faucet in bathtub and found bits of plastic which he said came from the old water heater. I asked when he could get back to replace the water heater, and he said, when do you want it? At first I said, I guess in a day or two. Then I said, can you do it today? He made a phone call and a helper brought a water heater and they installed it that day! The price was very reasonable, too. I wish I could remember the name of the young man that did the work.

Description of Work: The plumber and an assistant promptly arrived at our home as scheduled and on time. They removed and installed a new main water shutoff valve for our home. The plumber also replaced six 15-year old water shutoff valves underneath two bathroom sinks while he was here. He also replaced four old hot and cold water supply lines under one bathroom sink. We were initially overcharged $104 in labor costs for the two-hour long job. However, a company employee called me a few days later to inquire about our payment and the work that was performed. I asked about the labor cost and was advised the amount would be researched and verified. The owner or a manager agreed to reduce the labor charge by $104 in our favor. I was told the company could verify their vehicle's GPS information. The matter took less than a day to resolve. We received a refund check from the company in the mail a few days later. My wife and I are currently planning on obtaining an estimate from this same company to renovate our two master bathrooms. All of the company employees that my wife or I directly dealt with were very courteous and professional. I also appreciate the company being willing to refund some of our money without any hassle. The customer service was excellent, although I was never informed why the mistake happened in the first place. When I brought it to someone's attention, the matter was quickly and easily resolved.

Description of Work: Replaced water heater |I found out later that TECO Gas would give a $300 rebate if a water heater was used in their list of efficient heaters. I didn't know this and it would have been helpful if David Gray had given this option. My tank didn't qualify!

Description of Work: Installed a comfort valve for my hot water recirculating pump. It went smoothly. I think the cost of. The parts were higher than I could have gotten but the installation is much better than what I could've done. Definitely recommend this company.
