Description of Work: They were very responsive and the technician was professional. I wanted the intake valve replaced in a toilet due to a leak. The technician said that the valve didn't need to be replaced, but he replaced the workings inside the tank. I had planned to do that myself and had already bought the supplies, but he recommended a different type of mechanism. I let him install what he recommended, and I thought it was a bit expensive for the time involved. Also, now water is pouring out between the tank the the commode every time it is flushed. I have not yet contacted the provider about the problem.

Even with running into repair issues, our provider had the parts needed and was able to finish the job in minimum time. He also made sure the area was neat and clean when he exited.
