Description of Work: David Gray replaced my hot water heater and put in a shut off valve for my outside water plus incidentals. Brad and Coty were very accommodating as well as professional. They worked diligently and in a timely manner as well as cleaned up the area. It was very refreshing to witness professionalism. One could tell they took pride in their work. All in all, very nice guys. By today's standards, that is pretty rare. Very pleased with the whole experience. I had just had a very poor experience with Sears. Upon calling David Gray, I was treated with respect and my request/estimate was handled very quickly and they were here the very next morning and were gone by the end of the day. I would definitely recommend David Gray to anyone.

Description of Work: We had a slow drain in two bathrooms indicating a plug in the rear area of the house, as diagnosed by the serviceman. He opened up all the faucets in the two bathrooms and the pressure of the water pushed the blockage out rather quickly.

Description of Work: Thought I had a leak in shower, wasn't always getting hot water just warm. No leak. John then checked hot water heater, water pressure, other water flow in house for hot water changed hand held shower head I had just purchased and found everything ok, even checked shower handle just in case. He was very through. Will call for him again if needed. David gray is who call to handle my plumbing needs

Description of Work: As always, great customer service and quality work from David Gray plumbing. They listened to the dishwasher symptoms we described, quickly diagnosed the problem, and then (at our request) removed the old dishwasher. There had been a leak, and they offered several suggestions for repair work where the leak was. Very efficient and helpful--courteous too. We always call David Gray for any repair work, and will continue to do so.
